- Florence (8/5): - I like the breakfast and the size of the room. We were in 104 and the back door to the hotel made a lot other noise when people came in and out of the hotel. I think it could be fixed, it sticks and then slams shut.
- Jin (10/5): - Good breakfast. Comfortable Room, Great location
- James (9/5): -
- Torsten (9/5): -
- Kevin (6/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Felt cared for and had lovely accommodations - Excellent service
- Leigh C Murray (8/5): - Space in the room was great The bed was a little hard and the couch was too small. Should be a bigger couch for that space.

- Janet (10/5): - Spacious room. Comfortable firm bed, plenty of pillows, high quality linens. Nice kitchen area with coffee maker, glasses, ceramic mugs, large refrigerator, 2-burner cook top. Large walk-in shower with plenty of hot water and great pressure. Nice breakfast included. Nothing
- Mercedes (9/5): -
- Joan (10/5): Great Stay in Olympia - We booked this hotel despite the reviews and past experiences of the neighborhood being sketchy and car break-ins. The neighborhood has changed! We had no problem parking our rental car in the front, back, or side of the building.
That being said, the staff was friendly and competent. Our room was very clean and huge. The bed was comfortable, there was a desk area for working, giant closets, and the kitchenette was well equipped. Coffee maker, toaster, plates and cutlery, and plenty of pots and pans. Full size fridge, two burner cooktop, and dishwasher.
The bathroom was comfortably designed and everything worked well.
The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, a meat (bacon or sausage), waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, instant hot oatmeal, bagels, muffins, English muffins, and a variety of dried fruits and nuts. One morning the coffee was unpalatable.
- Frazier (6/5): Do better - Friendly staff. Parking sucks, homeless everywhere, breakfast is subpar, bacon should be thicker than paper. To expensive for the amenities provided. . Furniture is obviously cheap. I expected better. The hilton in olympia is better, and at a better price.
- Bryanne (10/5): -
- Bury (8/5): -
- Sikai (7/5): -
- Ronald (9/5): -
- Andreas (5/5): - Extrem einfache Ausstattung
- James (10/5): - Very friendly staff, very helpful. Room was terrific and well appointed. My only complaint is that the scrambled egg (powdered of course) could have used a little more attention.
- Barry (10/5): - The room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and addressed all our needs. The location of the hotel is great. The only thing missing in our room that would be helpful is a safe. It was very clean and the breakfast included a nice variety of foods.
- Michael (10/5): - Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Good base for poking around the capital.
- Felix (9/5): - This place knows what it wants to be and does that very well! Spacious and clean room, well equipped. Decent price.
- James (10/5): - I liked the place. Quite comfortable.
- Joshua (9/5): Great downtown location - Great location in between the Capitol and historic downtown. Room was spacious.
- Melissa (6/5): - Decent location for getting around downtown Olympia
- Wim (9/5): -
- Judy (10/5): Nice hotel - Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
- Emily (10/5): - Complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the room and hotel were nice and well kept- the only complaint would be the parking, as there seems to be limited spaces available
- John E (10/5): - Everything was great, including the cold beer and microwaveable goodies at reception. One suggestion: put a microwave in the dining area. I arrived an hour before my room was ready and the nice guy at reception had to take my chimichanga in back to heat. He did so with a smile, but I wished I could have done it myself.
- Theresa (10/5): - We love this place because of the staff. From front desk to housekeeping. They are the reason we love this place. All of them went above and beyond for us.
- Patti (10/5): - Great placecto stay in Olympia Washington. I was there 7 nights, and having a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes allowed me to buy gricerues and save money on meals.
The doors on the rooms are fire safe doors, so they are heavy. The only negative was that people would let their door slam at 6 am. No way to control that, though!
So if you need friendly, nice and clean place in downtown Olympia, this is it!
- Eric (10/5): Great stay - Great overnight stay as we needed a room on our roadtrip. Very posh comfy quiet and safe place
- Mark (8/5): -
- Jeff (8/5): - The staff is great. The accommodations are very good. With the unit I stayed in this time needs to be freshened up.
- Karen (10/5): - The room was very clean and quite large, with great amenities for storing clothes etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Olympia has quite a large homeless population, and they are very present wherever you go, including around the townplace suites. But we were able to walk around with no problems. I would like to have had a reasonably clean window to look through since the view from our room was rather nice, but unfortunately the glass was filthy and covered with bird droppings. Kind of a bummer, but not a deal breaker. All in all it's a really nice, clean place to stay, with a very comfy bed.
- Eva (8/5): - stayed for a week. Convenient and walkable , lots of food options
- Scott (5/5): Passable - Communication in regards to pet fees needs to be addressed. I emailed the Marriott after staying in Olympia on 2 occasions. I have yet to receive a response. Charging $100 for a 17 lb dog for a 1 night stay is ridiculous! I asked for a reply and nothing. I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere.
- Kre5 (8/5): Very good -
- Katherine (8/5): - Room comfortable overall but could use some repairs/update in bathroom area.
- Kristina (10/5): Wonderful Stay In the Middle of the City - Wonderful hotel that is in the middle of the city, it was nice to stay and be surrounded by things to do and restaurants to eat at. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we had a full coffee machine with real ceramic cups and a stove,(that we didn’t really need but was nice to have). Two things that could be better is the shower head, which it “seemed” as if it had multiple settings for spraying out but did not, it sprayed all over the place and into my freshly washed and straightened hair, not good. And the second, there was no luggage rack to put my luggage on top and off of the floor, which would be nice, instead of bending over constantly and getting things out of mine & my toddler’s luggage. Other than that, great hotel!
- Jean (8/5): - Very helpful staff. Lost my keys and they helped search. Comfortable bed and nice shower😊
- Robert (10/5): - The breakfast was surprisingly good
- Damon (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Susan (4/5): - The staff were lovely, but there wasn’t a maintenance person there, so we’d have had to switch rooms if we wanted the toilet fixed. And the internet didn’t work at all. We had to tether from our phones. Breakfast was ok, but they were running out of food an hour before the end of breakfast.
- Sean (5/5): Decent - Location and size of suite Institutional smell and smell of cleaning products and smell of breakfast food permeates the place. Off gassing of furnishings and finishes is strong. Fridge froze my food. In room coffee service sucks. Terrible product.
- Courtney (8/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and comfortable room.
- Brian (10/5): - Liked the patio with the fire pit
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Friendly staff, Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Within walking distance of the Capital and restaurants avoiding need to pay for parking. My favorite place to stay in Olympia.
- MELONEY (8/5): - The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are pleasant. We did find some hair in the bathroom sink upon arrival, which was disappointing, but my husband rinsed it away and the rest of the space appeared clean.
- Terri (10/5): - We were in Olympia for the Oly Funk Fest. This hotel was clean, quiet, and close to town. We were able to walk to all the music venues and restaurants. We will book again when we go back.
- Oksana (10/5): - .
- Rhonda (10/5): So close to cute Downtown Shops & State Capitol! - A very pleasant get-away with friendly staff, beautiful room, and definitely took their advice for dinner plans at the iconic Olympia Oyster House. Good times!
- Opsal (10/5): Exceptional - Location Bums soiling the sidewalks.
- Denae (10/5): Quiet, clean hotel right downtown! - Quiet, clean hotel with very helpful staff.
- Debra (10/5): Staff very friendly & helpful. - Close to Capital Parking
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfy, no charm - Comfortable stay with pet welcome. Not much charm.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Convenient location. Only thing I didn't like was the hard mattress.
- Amy (8/5): - We loved being able to bring our dogs and the staff was super accommodating finding us a spot on the first floor near an exit. Place looked brand new
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The complimentary breakfast was excellent!
They have a mini waffle machine, fresh breads, several drinks to choose from, and more!
- george (8/5): - Very clean and quiet. Near downtown so some interesting street activity but didn’t feel unsafe. Standard breakfast but well presented.
- Alisa (10/5): - Great place in heart of town.
- Shannon (2/5): - This hotel doesn’t mention that you have to pay $100 extra for each pet when advertising as pet friendly. So you pay for the room and then have to pay an extra $100 ‘fee’ for your pet. We have two small dogs so the hotel was $225 PLUS $200 for dogs. This hotel is not worth $425 per night. It’s a mediocre place and staff are unfriendly
- Sarah (10/5): - Staff so kind and helpful. Walkable. Didn’t have a car, but not a problem!
- James (10/5): - Nice stay for being on that side of town
- Dennis (10/5): - Very convenient location. Good breakfast. I used the fitness room two treadmills and a stair stepper but no bike or rowing machine. My only complaint- the wall heater was very loud at startup.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb -
- Samuel (8/5): - My stay was 11/9/2024. I will say that I enjoyed my time there and it was a very easy experience. It was a one day stay as I was in Olympia for a concert that night.
All in all, I would stay there again.
Check in was mid-day and easy. They were able to put me in a room at noon, when 3pm was the stated check-in time.
Staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I was in was a 1 bedroom suit, it was good size, clean, and just what I needed.
The room amenities were in good shape and clean.
One tip I will give is that the parking was almost completely full at 10:30pm when I got back from the concert. I think we found the last open spot on the property. However, there was street parking around the property and that had plenty of spots. As they only enforce that M-F 8am to 5pm, that would have been my backup.
- James (10/5): - A quick stop over was convenient and the staff were great!
- Nancy (10/5): - Loved the staff and the room!!!!
- Marge (2/5): . Upset over undisclosed fees charged. - When I arrived I was given a form to sign that disclosed a pet $100 fee for my small dog, which had not been disclosed prior to my arrival. I objected because it had not been disclosed until I was checking in. Because I didn't know a out it prior, hotel staff dropped the fee to $50. I had just had surgery about noon and did not have any more energy to discuss it further. I looked through all information received from the hotel about my stay and the cost. I did talk with staff about the other $50 of the pet fee after I'd had some rest, and wrote a note on the pet form I had signed in duress. The note stated that I only signed the form under duress. I was given the managers email to communicate with him, which I will.
- Jim (9/5): Superb - Very clean and modern Parking lots were small and disjointed
- Ian (10/5): - Staff is always amazing. Cleanest hotel room in Olympia. Always my go to hotel
- Larry (10/5): - Easily walkable, super helpful and friendly staff. Quiet room. Would definitely stay again.
- Marian (9/5): Superb -
- Doris (6/5): - I reserved a room with a King Bed, the front desk gal gave us an "Upgrade" to a suite but the bed was downsized to a Queen instead, I was not informed of that difference ahead of time. Considering it is a hotel it was odd that there was NO luggage racks, nowhere to put our bags while we we were there. The counter in the bathroom had very little space to use around the sink to place anything to use. The tap water was horrible, there was something in the building outside making it hard to sleep. Between lack of sleep and awefull water I did not feel very good the next morning. The water in the shower was too strong, like it was trying to beat you up. I would not stay there again.
- Lise (8/5): - It was extremely well cared for and the room was modern and had great amenities, fridge, hot plate, microwave, kitchen sink, working desk, couch with ottoman and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was well stocked and wonderful. The gym space was more than adequate. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
- ashley (8/5): - Nice, quiet, conveniently located, friendly staff, super easy check in/out, the sheets and towels felt and smelled really clean. The only downgrade was the shower, it could use a little deeper clean.
- Isabel (10/5): - The staff working the front desk were friendly and very helpful
- Brigitte (8/5): - Night shift front desk people were great! Very helpful and informative. It was quiet and clean.
Only complaints is that parking is minimal and breakfast was making. Twice when we went to have the hot food nothing was made.
- Russell (10/5): - Great place and location, able to walk to the Capitol and historic downtown district.
- Jeannie (10/5): - Welcoming staff, nice hotel facilities and great location
- Maggie (10/5): - Strongly recommend if visiting olympia. Great location, 2 blocks away to the Capitol and lake as well as historical areas. Breakfast has everything i needed, coffee, bagel , yogurt and eggs. Very new and well maintained inside. It's a bit pricy but worth it.
- Valerie (10/5): - Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and as expected. Would stay here again.
- Erika (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): - Nice big room. Clean, very quiet. Ample parking.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place but a loud fan made it hard to sleep - The location is good and the hotel has been refurbished recently. The amenities are good and the staff are all very nice people. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan runs 24/7 - apparently it’s the only ventilation for the rooms. The one in my room was really loud and made it very difficult to sleep. (The heater/ AC could be adjusted.).
- Eran (10/5): - good location, nice facility
- Cheri (10/5): - The kitchen area was really nice. The provided breakfast was great. Thanks so much.
- Kelsey (8/5): Very good -
- Brandon (1/5): Bad -
