• Pete (6/5): - The property is very nice and is in a good position. We found the check in system slightly annoying as we were not sent details until less than one hour before we arrived at the property and required a lot of WhatsApp messaging. We were able to get in ok but previously for bookings like this the check in details arrive a lot earlier and a lot loss effort.
• Catherine (10/5): - Very comfortable apartment. Very close to restaurants and access to tour buses as well as downtown Split.
• Anne-Charlotte (10/5): - 2-3 min walk to Old Town, 1 min to supermarkets. 10-15min walk to ferry port and coach station. Perfect for short or long stay as it has a kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Clean and well equipped. Good communication and easy access. Up a small street. No lift.
• Steven (8/5): Overall - Good location, short walk to the tourist areas. Room was a good size. Not really a king bed but maybe that is the norm in Croatia. There were issues with Hotels.Com on communication and billing. The host was good at work arounds.

Com relação à estadia, o apartamento não tem elevador, então, caso você esteja viajando com malas despachadas, é um fator a se considerar, especialmente se seu quarto for no último andar. Com relação à descrição, não há recepção 24h, como mencionado no anúncio, nem estacionamento disponível. O Wi-Fi é bem intermitente , então, se você for trabalhar de lá, considere ter um pacote de dados ativo. A cama é boa e o boxe do banheiro é pequeno, quase não me coube. O time que te atende é bastante cordial e solícito, te faz se sentir à vontade. E a cidade de Split vale muito a visita!
• Chris (10/5): - It was exactly as advertised and a great location in Split. Close to Diocletian’s Palace, the farmer’s market, grocery stores and many restaurants. Even walkable to the soccer stadium!

He was very friendly and responsive. The location was around the corner from the Green Market and the Silver Gate. I would stay there again.

A Netflix account to use in late evenings if I wanted. The place is very clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Croatia.

Really happy with the stay, Mate met us with a key and was super knowledge about the area, what to do and see (even in a short time) and in helping arrange an airport transfer.

• Alison (8/5): - Mate was a great host. This was a great location a few minutes to the produce market, old town, the pier and the public beach. It was clean and has a small balcony but no real view. As a lot of places in Croatia even though this is booked through Hotels.com it is not a hotel just a small studio aprtment good for 1 or 2 people

He also provided a local phone with his number so we could contact him any time. Location was also brilliant only 2 minutes walk from the fortress wall.

• Enrique (8/5): - Es handelt sich um ein Appartment und kein echtes Hotel. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super Lage, 200 m vom Zentrum entfernt. Zwei Nachteile: 1) das Zimmer hat nur ein paar kleine Fenster wie in einem Keller, es ist dunkel. 2) Zum Parkieren ist kompliziert, je näher man fährt zum Appartment, desto enger werden die Strassen... Am besten 400 m weit parkieren und zu Fuss gehen. Aber alles in allem ist es OK.

The property manager, Mate, reaches out to me via WhatsApp to make sure we connected so the check in process was quick and easy. The rooms was beautiful and extremely clean. I loved that there was a big water bottle in the refrigerator for us upon arrival and some snacks in the small lobby for guests. The bed was very comfortable and they have Netflix which was a huge plus for us. Overall this apartment was a fantastic choice for our 1 night stay in Split, the other problem is I wish we got to stay there longer!

The flat is well positioned just a stones throw from the main part of the City. All pick ups were arranged by Mate who on arrival, couldn’t have been more helpful in pointing out great restaurants and places to visit. Take a visit to Articok, Zinfandel, and Bokeria Kitchen and Wine Bar.

The room was easy to get to from the port even with our big suitcases, ithe room was lovely and comfortable and clean and Mate the host was very helpful with the local area . The place was a bit tricky to find but the Manager had emailed me the day before with a map. It’s up a small lane way not a road. Once there we were greeted warmly and helped up the stairs to our room. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and very modern. It was also close to the old town. The Manager Mate had a map for us and gave us tips on where to go.

He also gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do in Split. Rooms were very clean, comfy and the air conditioning worked well.

We were welcomed by Mate who was the perfect host giving us a map and lots of information about the apartment and Split itself. We were in apt 4 at the top of the building . 41 steps up but worth the climb . We had a tiny balcony which faced the sun in the afternoon . Perfect for a relax after walking around the wonderful city of Split. Highly recommended

• MELANIE (10/5): Stay here for your visit to Split! - This apartment is a gem in a fantastic location at great value. It is down a small alley (so quiet), just outside the old city walls. The little touches (thanks to Mate)were great ; bottle of water in fridge, air con turned on, chocolates on pillow, local mobile phone for use, great air con, spotlessly clean, king sized bed, balcony (room 3),pastries/coffee/juice in communal area, great WiFi, marked up map and local recommendations [and we parked the car for free for 2 days]. Spilt is an amazing city and this is a perfect place to stay.

• Sandy (8/5): Split Allure Apartments - This is a great property with only 4 rooms. It is tucked away so be sure to get some specific directions as our google map had us going in s circle. Matte was a wonderful greeter full of local tips from restaurants to the best place to exchange your money and nearby markets. Apartment was quiet and a nice size. The bathroom is tiny with no vanity but there is a shelf. AC works well. We had a nice little balcony to have our morning coffee. There is a two burner stove top and small fridge and dishes and cutlery. We will be back!! The staircase is narrow and spiral so getting up to your room with a heavy bag is a challenge. If you’re on the third floor it’s a long narrow hike so I would recommend this property to my fit and able friends. No elevator so it’s not for everyone. Matte had fresh fruit and fresh croissants and coffee in the teeny tiny lobby in the morning which was a nice touch. Nice little apartment adjacent to old city walls of town Center!

• Susan (10/5): great flat in good location - great flat in central location, we just spent a week here and the flat was just what we wanted, nice and clean,very well presented with everything we wanted,comfortable bed,good shower and bathroom and kitchen with all you need to eat in,everything was lovely,it was great to sit on the balcony and have breakfast and enjoy the sun,our studio flat was big enough for the two of us and only a short walk to markets,harbour and sandy beech, very helpful and useful information when greeted on local sites and getting around which helped and it was generous to have a bottle of wine and chocolates which was very nice, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again
• luis (8/5): Nice Hotel - The only awkward situation was I could not use a credit card. This is the first time it happened to me. Now I am learning it is common in Europe. But only in certain countries. Next time I'll be sure to carry some cash.
• Alison (10/5): Well apportioned apartment in good area - Beautiful studio apartment with balcony, close to port. We were met at the apartment. Small touches such as a bottle of water in the fridge and a mobile with contact number if we had any problems (which we didn't). Also apples and pastries in the foyer for guests. Would stay again.

The host Mate was extremely helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. The apartment was so easy to find and5 mins from all the action.
• Larry (10/5): Great Quiet Location near the center of town - The property is actually better than it's description. It is really Clean, Well furnished, Quiet, and has a Great Staff. We were provided with pre-check in information by text and it was very helpful. Then we were greeted by Matt who gave us a local map, and he provided us with many tips and additional information. We highly Recommend this property if you can book it. During our recent trip across Europe, this was the Best place that we stayed and the Staff was highly responsive, but invisible. The daily Coffee and Croissants just made it better.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect location - This is a clean, modern apartment with an excellent location. Both the Palace and the bus/ferry stops are just 5 minutes away. Anything you can need in an apartment is there: fridge, microwave, full kitchen, etc. They even leave a mobile to contact the owner for travelling tips and stuff! If you are deciding between several apartment for a Split stay, choose this one you won't be disappointed. I know I have a go-to apartment when I return one day.

• Andrea (10/5): Amazing little flat - I absolutely loved this flat. It was so comfortable. Great AC, nice little kitchen, great bathroom. Best of all the check-in process was so easy and convenient. Help with the local area and where to eat/what to see was provided. Also, help with transportation was provided. A very short walk into the heart of Split, but worth the distance to stay in this awesome flat.
• Phillip (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Host excellent explaining local area. Visited beach and restaurant he suggested both excellent. Apartment has been renovated beautifully still maintaining link to its history. Would stay here again. Only negative bed was very firm bit I'm used to soft beds
• danielle (10/5): Modern apartment, good size and comfy - Very central to the port. If you are getting off of a Sail, then I would highly recommend this apartment. Place to have a good shower, big bed, fridge, coffee, stove top. Staff are very kind and let us leave our bags at 8.30 and even let us check in early as the people before us checked out early.
• Jamie (10/5): Great location - even better service - The studio apartment is perfect for 2 people and the check in service is impeccable. Location is exactly where you'd want to be. Can't recommend highly enough

• Rebecca (10/5): Gorgeous apartment a stone throw from the old town - Lovely apartment, very close to everything; old town, ferry port, restaurants, cafes. The owner was very helpful and recommended areas to visit for breakfast, away from the tourist traps on the promenade and recommend a wonderful restaurant, Apetit for dinner, very reasonably priced and delicious. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a visit in Split. Like at a hotel, we were able to leave our suitcases in the hall until we were leaving for our flight the next day, which made life a lot easier.
• Marianne (10/5): Unbeatable location! - What a gem. Spacious room with a gracious host. Mate made sure we knew where to go in the neighborhood and even gave us a local cell phone to carry, which we used to make reservations for tours and restaurants.
• anthony (10/5): Convenient and quiet location - We spent a week at the Split Allure apartments in June and we were very impressed with the accommodation and it's convenient location. It could be difficult to find but we opted for a transfer from the airport. It's very well appointed, cleaned regularly, and the addition of coffee and croissants being provided in the morning is a bonus. The pictures shown are accurate, with lovely exposed stone feature walls etc. Mate is very helpful providing maps and local information on buses and places to visit, including restaurant recommendation. The mobile provided is useful, although luckily we didn't need to use it more than once! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Split Allure to anyone visiting Croatia.
