Especially the lady Mijung, she should be the employee of the year. She's so bubbly, helpful, feels so good after tiring day and u get back to hotel to be greeted so happily and sincerely.. Very good working attitude. Most of the girls at the reception counter are friendly. Except 1.. location very good. Housekeeping very good. They dont rush you out of the room. . When I checked in. I was served by this girl Luna. Very unfriendly. Like it's my fault she had to work. . No smiles, stern attitude.. Thought I should be feeling welcomed as its our first day. . I dislike the time spent waiting for the lifts . The pillows were too soft. Requested for a firm one ,they passed me one that deepens in the center. Unable to sleep on that too.

It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The lifts are a little slow. A number of guests commented on this as we met in the lift.

- NORIE (10/5): よく眠れます！ - まず立地が極めて便利です。 地下鉄からエレベーターを使うと大きな道路を渡らなくてはなりませんが、自分で荷物を持って階段を登れば目の前にホテルがあります。 部屋は明洞の他のホテルより広めで清潔で快適です。 一階にカフェがありますが、宿泊者はフリーでコーヒーを飲めるスペースが別階にあり、ゆったりと過ごせます。 渡韓したらいつもこのホテルを利用しています。 特になし。

Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein; Mitten im Ausgangs- und Einkaufsquartier, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, Restaurants, Cafés, Shoppingstrasse - alles da! Ich würde sofort wieder buchen! The curtains on this side of the room was better and blocked out the light sufficiently. Coffee at lounge was the best thing It is quite expensive for a small basic room

- Sandra (8/5): Fazit: Die Lage ist top und ich würde es wieder buchen, wenn der Preis stimmt. 😃 - Die Lage ist super. Die Metro Linie 4 ist quasi 10 Meter neben dem Eingang. Es ist auch am Rand von Myeongdong, also super, um noch schnell zu shoppen oder zu essen, wenn man nach Hause kommt. Auch ein 7eleven ist gleich beim Eingang. Trotzdem war es ruhig im Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 18. Stock mit toller Aussicht auf den Namsan Tower. Nach unserem Erstaufenthalt reisten wir weiter und kamen nach einer Woche nochmals ins Hotel zurück für eine letzte Übernachtung. In der Zwischenzeit bewahrte das Hotel für uns einen Koffer kostenlos auf. Top Service! Das Familienzimmer war leider etwas klein für 3 Personen und mit Teppich. Die Zimmer mit Parkett sind sicher schöner. Das Frühstück hatten wir nur einmal. Ich fand das Frühstück nicht den Preis wert. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Es hatte nur immer 1 Person Platz und der Wasserdruck beim duschen war etwas schwach…

- Schroeder (7/5): L7 Myeongdong is a great base for first-time visitors to Seoul. - The location is excellent for exploring the city. Breakfast was good and good value for money. The highlight was the foot spa—perfect after a long day walking around Seoul. Our room was on the smaller side and the bathroom felt quite cramped, especially getting out of the shower, and the lifts were noticeably slow.
