Verified traveler (6/5): 보증금 요구. - 여러차례 방문한 호텔 입니다. 숙박객에대한 일반적인 서비스는 친절 합니다. 그러나 Check In시 Deposite(보증금)을 필요 이상의 금액으로 요구 합니다. 이해하지만 Card 승인은 하지 말아야지요. 그래서 숙박비는 선불하였는데 왜 보증금을 청구하냐고 물어보면 숙박 완료 후 문제 없으면 취소를 한다고 합니다. 유럽, 일본, 미주 어느 호텔을가도 Deposite 결재는하지만 승인은 하지 않아요. Check Out할때 이상 없으면 문제 없으니까요. 이 호텔은 보증금 다시 돌려 받는데 6개월 걸렸읍니다. 매달 카드 명세서 확인해야하고, 너무 불편 하네요. 또한 아침 식사 중 제가 먹을려고하는 음식이 없어 달라고하니 다른거 먹으라고 합니다. 황당! WIFI는 객실에서는 잘 되지도 않아요.

Nitin (8/5): Business trip - Stayed there for 2 nights. Location is near to the port and this is the only good hotel in the area, I guess. The room was clean and comfortable. Not many choices for dining outside the hotel. Vung Tau city centre is around 40km. Overall stay was good and staff were quite helpful with all the things.
