WebBrown (8/5): It’s fine - Old building with lots of character. Room was large as was the bathroom. Contemporary design and decor. Customer service was good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of of 5 was because of cleanliness. My room (1217) has various stains (some sticky) on the bathroom wall paper . A simple wipe down by housekeeping could have taken care of it. But with a lack of attention to cleaning details in the bathroom, of course it makes you wonder about the rest of the room,
Kira (9/5): Beautiful for Events and Stay - It was beautiful. I had my baby shower here. Everything was perfect. The breakfast staff was a little wonky but the front desk staff was quick to fix it for me.

tsiong329 (6/5): unauthorized charges - we stayed at this location one night after our reservation at Embassy suite was cancelled due to gas leak. while the hotel stay was ok, upon checking my receipt i noted a lot of unauthorized charges (over $200) for food & beverages, we didn't consume. i just want to warn others to pay close attention to their receipt and charges.

Tanee (6/5): Great Location, for enjoying Downtown - The space of the room as well as the proximity to Downtown activities is amazing I enjoyed the floors and mirrors. We live in 2025 an age where people video record things to not only showcase their experiences when traveling but it also brings recommendations to good travel spots, so I suggest you guys enjoy the free exposure and allow some filming as long as it's not encroaching on the privacy on other guest or staff. The way the older lady ran me down and nice/ Nastily answered my questions was insane. unfortunately, didn't get to experience the rooftop bar because they open at 5pm and close at 10pm which is a bit of a downer. I wasn't really able to get any good reviews to showcase the hotel because a lady told me I was on private property and when asked if I was able to use the computer room I was told no it's for gust although I was a guest! The views from the room is about 7/10 because they do not have floor to ceiling windows in the particular room we stayed in, I will say the hotel is a bit older and could use some updates in the ceilings of the room because there are visible water spots and cracks. Also there isn't a pool inside or out. unfortunately, didn't get to experience the rooftop bar because they open at 5pm and close at 10pm which is a bit of a downer. I wasn't really able to get any good reviews to showcase the hotel because a lady told me I was on private property and when asked if I was able to use the computer room I was told no it's for gust although I was a guest! Vickilyn (1/5): Horrible. - The room was outdated, the smell of the room was not pleasant, my partner got bit by bed bugs and the location had too many homeless around the building. The drink on floor 13 was too expensive for the size of the cup. The cup were very small.
CazzaHayes (8/5): A vibrant rooftop bar with excellent service - Don't let the exterior fool you! This is not a grey monolith but inside is bright, light and sophisticated. I headed for the rooftop bar to see the sights at night. The service was excellent - the waiting staff remembered who ordered which cocktail (and the menu was extensive). The food was a good mix of 'picky bits' blending US and European favourites. The views from the roof were not the greatest, to be honest. Phoenix is a city in the desert not Vegas or San Francisco, so, for me, all the interesting Phoenix sights like the mountain ranges were in the far distance, past the flat rooftops of a metropolitan city. That didn't stop the rooftop experience being vibrant with the city lights and the state fair visible and enjoyed in the warm, still night air.

Michelle (5/5): Great hotel, just didn’t appreciate someone setting of fire alarms - Very clean, great location for our trip, friendly staff Woke up at 1 am with a fire alarm going off. I was on 10th floor and have severe foot pain. Walking down those flights of stairs, standing outside for an hour to find out it was false alarm. Then get back to our room and alarm continued for 20 minutes. I was in a house fire a year ago, so I’m still recovering from the shock of it. Should have had some kind of discount on our bill.

The rooms had great windows providing lots of natural light (all with shades and blackout curtains). Overall great stay and would recommend.

raquelsY2890DV (2/5): Bad stay - The hotel did not provide me with WiFi password when I check-in had to call that night was placed on hold for about 10 min so I hung up since no one came back. WiFi still did not work after they gave me info also. I got password info the next morning when I got up. I was also not told they charge $12 every night for parking and was deducted from my deposit that I was also not told they would charge deposit. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Space for parking is limited and tight spots.

Escape61295500729 (10/5): Great hotel AND rooftop venue!! - I'm writing a review as both a guest at the hotel and as a venue client. We hosted my daughter's bridal shower brunch in the Floor 13 Rooftop Bar, and it was fabulous!! The night before the event, we booked two rooms as guests and were so pleased with our rooms as well. (The water pressure in the shower was the best!) I worked with Kimberli and Mckenna in their sales department to book, plan and host the event. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my requests/questions and very professional yet personable. They left a very thoughtful "Welcome Bag" of goodies in our room which was an extra special touch. The day of the event (a Saturday morning) Kimberli showed up (wearing an outfit matching our bridal shower colors) to make sure everything was being taken care of. The hotel staff working our event - Angel, Joe, Rashon and a server who I didn't have time to meet - were also very attentive and professional. The food was served right on schedule and was fabulous. There was more than enough there for everyone to take seconds ... even thirds! Even though the venue is a rooftop bar, it offers sun shades over the top, misters if necessary, and opens to the underroof bar and private bathroom area. When you rent this venue, you have use of the entire rooftop area ... with complete privacy. That was a major selling point for us. I had checked into other area rooftop bars but Floor 13 is one of the very few where your event would be private. We didn't want to host such a special occasion hoping we wouldn't get splashed by the other guests frolicking in the pool!! My daughter lives in and is getting married in New York City so we wanted something local to give the NYC vibe. This building and rooftop bar were just perfect! I would book there again in a second! Thank you Kimberli, Mckenna and the rest of staff for ensuring our event was flawless :)
