The location is not in the nicest part of Coffs Harbour. It was very noisy on a busy back street. The room is quite dark. A good paint job throughout could do wonders. Spuce up the garden. Some pots with some plants in the carpark area would make it look a bit more inviting.

Manpreet (1/5): Worst stay, no cleanliness, broken and dirty walls. - Nothing really. Everything. We arrived at 11:00pm so practically no one at reception that is understandable. But even if you try to reach them in case of any urgency, no response on phone or text by them, I called more than 10 times. They gave us room and there were so many cockroaches in the toilet, and flies in bedroom. When we told the staff, they said show us photographs to prove the cockroach and flies, so they wanted us to do photo shoot of it??? We told them they can go in toilet and see dead cockroaches and flies dead on the walls too. Imagine how you would feel doing this after you drive car for 6 hours

Lynette (7/5): Great. Had a thunder storm so didnt go down to the beach for dinner. - Motel extremelly old, but it was spotless. There was a gap under the door...nothing in place to keep the creepy crawlies out. But I rolled a towel up and placed in front of the door. All good
