• Pindi (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was very expensive for the quality of the room. It was untidy. When I checked in, the receptionist didn't check properly that I had mistakenly booked for 1 person. Later on he called me and charged 1000 more. It was absolutely waste for money spending 5k for an avg room at a avg hotel

• Pappanaboena (1/5): This will be my last stay - There is literally nothing in this property except air conditioned rooms The reception is bad, they didn’t offer breakfast also, the key cards don’t work. AC stopped didn’t work again technician came. Buildings are different

All service requests were promptly handled. was upgraded to suite. Kind of rundown. Bedsheet was torn. Towels not replaced at cleaning. Growing fungus in bathroom. No bath mats. Restaurant staff not trained and distracted.
