• Estefania (8/5): Buen lugar! - Las habitaciones muy espaciosas con las camas muy cómodas. La cocina y áreas comunes cómodas y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación! Está al frente de la estación de trenes y a pasos del centro. Que tiene solo un WC y una ducha ( por piso) para varios huéspedes, y se realizaba poco frecuente el aseo a la ducha y al baño ( se requiere más de una vez al día por la cantidad de uso que tiene).

• MIKU (7/5): 価格を抑えて泊まりたいなら良いと思います - ツェルマット駅出てすぐにあり、立地が非常に良い。 良くも悪くもホステル感が強めです。 地下フロアにキッチンとダイニングがあり好きなように使えます。 その代わり部屋へのホットスナックの持ち込みは禁止と書かれていました。 フロントの受付時間は決まっており、それ以外の時間はスタッフはいません。 また、共用のトイレの汚れがひどかったのと、スタッフ専用のランドリールームのドアが開いていたので中が見えましたが非常に乱雑で床にシーツのようなものがたくさん置かれており少し不愉快でした。

• Diana (10/5): Cozy and calm hostel experience! - It’s been 10 years since I last stayed jn a hostel so I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be great! The rooms are well equipped, with bed blocks made of wood, with shelves and plugs and lights. Each person has its own locker, the door is card locked. The hostel has an amazing fully equipped kitchen! An enormous place where you can cook, store your food and simply chill out in an adjacent lounge zone. Everyone was super nice and kind. I went to bed early and didn’t hear nothing. I would highly recommend!!! Ow and it’s also just outside the railway station which is super convenient.

• Kyle (1/5): Terrible, even for the price. Very cold rooms. - They have coffee for the guests, but you have to pay for it. Worst place we stayed during our trip to Europe. Expectations were low because it was one of the cheaper hotels in the city, but even for the price, this place is really bad. It was so COLD we had to sleep in our clothes and jackets. Also the bathrooms smelled terrible, kind of like a sewer. We were told that the smell comes from the pipes and there's nothing they can do about it, so I guess it just always smells disgusting. Aggie, the front desk worker, seems to be in the wrong business. She was very rude and dismissive of our complaints. She said it was our fault we were cold and no one else complained. Again, we had to sleep fully clothed with jackets on to stay warm. There were other problems, like the ratty towels and uncomfortable beds, but the cold and the smell were the worst problems.

• Yuma (10/5): - マッターホルンパラダイスでのスキーをするために宿泊しましたが、非常に便利でした。中央駅前かつゴルナーグラート鉄道の駅前であり、立地が良いうえに価格も周辺ホテルよりお手頃。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も地下にある手荷物ロッカーを無料で使用させてくれて助かりました。ロッカーはとても広く、貸出カードでのロックする形式で、安全性は高いと思われます。 食事は地下の共有キッチンで基本食べることになります。部屋でカップ麺などを食べるのは禁止されていますが、キッチンには料理する器具が揃っているので、問題ありません。

Prix élevé pour la taille de la chambre, mais très raisonnable en comparaison du reste de la station. A mi-chemin entre l'auberge de jeunesse et l'hôtel. Attention, ne propose pas de repas. En revanche, cuisine confortable, propre et spacieuse à disposition. --

• stephanie (7/5): Very sweet hostel seconds away from the train station - The beds were very comfortable and had a socket right by them, which was super convenient. The staff were very welcoming, spoke great english and gave some advice in terms of hikes to do around (although the difficulty was harder than described...). The location is phenomenal being less than a minute away from the train station and was very easy to find upon arriving. The set up of individual lockers with key card was great and reassured me in terms of safety against theft. Overall very pleasant and well organized! One of the bunk beds did not have a ladder attached to it and therefore I had to awkwardly climb the ladder next to my bed and hop in, which isn't super inconvenient during the day. However at night this made it a lot more challenging to get down without disturbing others. Additionally the lower lights in the room that were automatic would turn on even if someone on the upper beds would move, which obviously is not very pleasant for the people sleeping on the lower bunks. The last area for improvement is the cleaners coming into the room at 9am! Not only did this wake us up 2 hours before check out, but they also didn't knock or let us know they were coming in. This was the biggest flaw and ideally would be improved by the cleaners coming post check out time as to not wake up the guests unnecessarily early. However, apart from these issues it really was a pleasant stay and very much worth the money.

• Michelle (7/5): Very thankful this place exists, otherwise I may have not been able to experience Zermatt as a solo traveler. - Very close to the main train station so easy to access with luggage during a storm. Clean, organized, and the only affordable accommodation I could find in the area for a solo traveler. The ski and storage area were easy to access and the luggage storage was a huge plus. The heated floors! It has one large shared kitchen and there was a family of 6 that cooked morning and night and didn’t leave any room for others to use the kitchen. The kids were left unattended and were loud in the hallways and could be heard throughout the sleeping areas. The hostel beds are five floors above the ski storage, so about 100 stair steps each way.

• Amanda (10/5): Tranquil and friendly place to stay. - Location was excellent- right next to the train station and bus stop for the ski bus, yet very quiet despite so much foot traffic. I wish there would have been a warning about no elevator. I would have packed differently. However, the staff were very kind and offered me a locker on the main floor so I didn't have to haul my large suitcase up 5 flights of stairs.

• Matt.B. (10/5): Es war ganz toll, wir kommen wieder. ! - Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick aufs Matterhorn. Weil das Zermatt Unplugged stattfand, waren viele Leute abends auf der Bahnhofstrasse unterwegs und man hörte sie natürlich auch im Zimmer.

Unfortunately the hotel has no elevator it’s very tough for us who’s traveling with a big suitcases moving around from the luggage rooms and up to the room. The cleanliness needs some attention as we found many dusts on bed head. However shared bathroom is pretty clean.

• THET NAING (4/5): - Very near station No lift — we had to carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves, which was very difficult. No reception staff; everything is self check-in with no assistance. Shared bathroom and toilet. Not suitable at all for guests with heavy luggage. The floor is bare concrete with no carpet or flooring, making it extremely cold. Blankets are old and smell bad. The heating system is very poor and not warm enough. The shower is also bad — water comes out weak and scattered, making it hard to rinse soap properly. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

The kitchen is full of appliances, you can cook almost anything. There is no lift. After a full day of snowboarding it is hard to climb to the top floor. The dorm beds do not have curtains.
