- jamai amir (2/5): A nightmare - The geographical position of the hotel I traveled to Istanbul for three days to prepare a presentation. Unfortunately, there was no chair in my room. I asked the hotel manager to provide one so I could sit and prepare my presentation, but the request was declined. I was instead asked to move to a noisy common area, which was not suitable for focused work. As a result, due to the lack of adequate support and appropriate working conditions, I missed the opportunity to properly prepare the presentation.

- Meryem (4/5): Run , à fuir - L’endroit près de marina Réfrigérateur qui ne marche pas, le retard incroyable quand tu demande un truc ( j’ai demandé le service ménage 1000 fois, la femme n’est venue qu’après 10 heures alors qu’elle est en couloir du même étage, j’ai demandé de réparer le réfrigérateur ou le change il ont refusé ils disent qu’ils ne comprennent rien alors qui parlent l’anglais , mais il ont changé ce matériel après 2 jours et apres un grand scandale , lorsque un taxi viens vous prendre ils refusent de vous appeler dans votre chambre pour vous informer… wifi et électricité qui s’est coupé pendant le séjour (j’avais un travail à faire qui nécessite Google meet mais j’ai pas pu le faire… ils disent un problème technique dans le wifi et on peut rien faire) ….

- Tracy (4/5): - Don’t really enjoy my stay there the bed felt like he had lies in it. The bathroom was dirty and very uncomfortable to even have a wash and the toilet is dirty overall not a very clean hotel.
- Loona (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert ! - Nichts Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, vielen Dank für Ihre Nachfrage. Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Hier die Punkte, die mir überhaupt nicht gefallen haben: 1. Extrem schmutziges Badezimmer: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Badezimmer in einem derart dreckigen und ekelerregenden Zustand, dass ich gezwungen war, selbst Reinigungsmittel wie Clorix zu kaufen und das Badezimmer zu putzen, bevor ich überhaupt duschen konnte. Besonders schlimm waren zwei völlig abgenutzte, verdreckte Toilettenbürsten, die offensichtlich seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr gewechselt worden waren. 2. Sprachbarrieren: Das Personal sprach kaum Englisch. Nur ein Mitarbeiter konnte sich auf Englisch verständigen. Obwohl ich dankbar für den Service war, war es völlig unpassend, dass man mir um Mitternacht Kaffee anbieten wollte – zu einer Zeit, zu der ich eigentlich schlafen wollte. 3. Lärmbelästigung: Das Hotelzimmer lag an einer stark befahrenen Straße oder Autobahn. Die Fenster waren so schlecht isoliert, dass man den Verkehrslärm ununterbrochen hörte. Zusätzlich gab es jeden Abend extrem laute Musik (wie aus einer Diskothek) bis etwa 3 oder 4 Uhr morgens. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. 4. Fehlende internationale Standards: Das Fernsehangebot bestand ausschließlich aus türkischen Sendern – es gab keine internationalen Programme oder Satellitenfernsehen. 5. Unangenehme Umgebung: Obwohl die Marina Ataköy gegenüber sehr modern und gepflegt ist, war die direkte Umgebung des Hotels in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Für mich wirkte die Gegend unsicher und ungepflegt. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel weder den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Haus noch den Beschreibungen, die auf der Buchungsplattform zu finden waren. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv niemandem weiterempfehlen. Loona

Было кусковое мыло, но очень маленькие кусочки, мыться им было не удобно. Администратор не смог сразу разобраться, что прошла оплата по Booking и нам пришлось ждать и доказывать, что мы оплатили отель.

Size odanın ne kadar kötü oldugunun resimlerini atacağım. 2 gece konaklama almıştım ama 1 gece konakladım ve çıktıım. Çıkışım ile ilgili size bir ticket da gönderdim. Çok kötü bir otel ve tatil deneyimi. Parasını verdiğim ve otelden çıkış yaptığım için 1 gecelik konaklama ücretimi geri istiyorum

- Verified traveler (2/5): PARANIZA YAZIK - KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM. Verdiğiniz paraya yazık olur. Ben internet üzerinden 3 gece peşin için peşin ödeme yaptığım için konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Otel oldukça eski ve bakımsız, hijyen sıfır. Odalardaki halılara basmaya, koltuklara oturmaya ve banyoyu kullanmaya inanın yürek ve mide ister. Kendinize bu konuda güveniyorsanız kalabilirsiniz. Benim kaldığım oda deniz manzaralıydı ama camların çok kirli olmasından dolayı manzarayı seyretmek mümkün olmadı. Otel yola çok yakın olduğu için cam kapalı olsa dahi araç trafiğinin bütün gürültüsünü sabaha kadar çekmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otelin yan binasında ve yakınında türkü evi, bar gibi birçok oluşum var ve programları saat 02:00' a kadar devam ediyor bu da rahat bir uyku uyumanızın önünde ciddi bir engel. Kahvaltı oldukça vasat bir kahvaltı tabağı olarak sunuluyor, açık büfe gibi bir şey beklemeyin. Otelin otoparkı bulunmuyor otelin önündeki sokağı işgal ederek otopark haline getirmişler. Sigarasız oda diye leş gibi kokan halıları sigara yanığı olan, sehpa üzerinde kül tablası bulunan odayı kakalamaya çalışıyorlar. Otel görevlileri ise ayrı bir hikâye; adamlar lobide arkadaşlarıyla online oyun oyuyorlar ve içeri giren çıkan hiç kimse umurlarında olmuyor. Bu paraya kalınabilecek çok güzel hatta mükemmel beş yıldızlı oteller varken kesinlikle aldanmayın.
- Richard (10/5): - Location. Location. Short drive from Ataturk airport ( plus help with kerbside luggage from the vigilant receptionist, Marve ). Stroll over the footbridge (lifts both ends) to the Bakirkoy ferry terminal, which is served by regular ferries from two companies. Excellent Anatolian gozleme café around the corner, with dedicated women labouring lovingly in the window over the dome grills. Great views over the sea of Marmara. Staff are happy to let you leave excess luggage to allow day trips, or longer jaunts (minus heavy bags). Getting to the very fast train terminal, on the Asian side, is, unbelievably, easier than you might think, as you cut out the nightmare Istanbul traffic by taking the ferry to Bostanci, then taxi to Pendik station. Kebabs, fish, ice cream, gozleme, coffee and chocolate, even succulent BBQ chicken, are within easy reach. My wife and I stay here each year. The best.
- dentoman (10/5): Great Le Marde - I like everything with this small hotel.. Tidy clean rooms.. Excellent location as the marina and cofee shops are in front & big shopping markets behind. Helpful & respected staff. I would like especially to thank Miss Mervet for the cooperation, help and great customer support.
- Pam_ora57 (6/5): Comfortable & clean - Basic comfortable hotel. Clean rooms, but very small; just enough room to get around the bed; no room to open suitcase. Ideal for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast basic & very slow service, even though we were the only table being served. Noisy rooms, you could hear people in the next room & the corridors. Traffic noise through the night, as a busy main road, but also lots of people taking from the side road below. Luckily the room did not smell of cigarettes, but old ashtray in the room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen!!!! - Also ich würde nicht wieder dort einchecken. Der zugebuchte Meerblick war nicht vorhanden. Heizung war nicht aktiv. Personal kann nur gebrochenes englisch. Offene Stromführende adern frei zugänglich. Manipulierter Feuermelder... Badezimmer war nicht das sauberste und der Duschabfluss war mehr als defekt. Zimmersafe hätte ich in meinen Koffer stecken können. Zudem war das Hotel schwierig zu finden da es den Namen geändert hat. Positiv war dass das essen im Restaurant vor Ort sehr lecker und preiswert war. Das Personal ist trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten sehr höflich
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel Decided to Have an 'Abrupt' Name Change!?! - Spinning round and round in the Taxi I finally was able to convince the taxi driver to call the hotel cause it was obvious he couldn't find it. He parked me outside a hotel called "Le Marde" and told me that this was the Hotel?! When I talked to the Hotel manager over the phone he mentioned; yes we just changed our name 2 days ago, (I had booked just the night before travel?!) The Manager was anything but apologetic over the inconcvenienced caused and acted as if it was a regular matter. It took me about 10 -15 minutes to checkin on arrival waiting for the Manager to finish up what seemed like a business meeting to check me in. Other than the terrible first impression made the Hotel was spotless clean, comfortable bed , and perfect location(airport, restaurants, shopping). The internet went down early during the night and they couldn't get it fixed and said they would try to fix it the next day. The kind young gentleman at the front desk the next day helped us fetch a taxi early morning and explained directions to our driver. All in all it's a good hotel other than the unimaginable frustration caused up until check-in
