- Piumi Peshala (4/5): Disappointing - There was a centipede in the room. As we were changing clothes, we couldn’t call anyone for help, so my husband quickly killed it before it moved around. We handed the dead centipede to one of the hotel staff members. There were also ants on the table where the tea-making items were placed. The mini fridge in the room was unplugged, so we connected it to check if it was working, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Around 1 a.m., the power went out in our room. When we called the hotline, the staff came and said the trip switch was off, and asked if we had plugged in anything. It turned out to be their own mini fridge, which we had tried to test. We’re wondering why a broken, unplugged fridge was left in the room in the first place. I also have a dust mite allergy, which was triggered as soon as we entered the room. Renovation work was happening in both adjacent rooms, which made the environment even worse. Overall, we are very unhappy with the condition of this room.

The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. At this price, it was worth every penny. Would definitely consider staying here again! Internet service needs a bit of improvement.

- Asif (10/5): It was a short stay for 3 nights but it was really good and I enjoyed my stay. - The location of the property was very convenient to move around , 1min walk from the hotel to the beach side you will find a coffee shop “ coffee beans “ and many restaurants as well ! And a supermarket called arpico towards the main road again a 2mins walk only. The staff was helpful and friendly. I gave them a hard time , but they were all very kind and humble they all still corporated with me , They staff did the room service every single day even when I forgot to inform or ask them to do it ! Close to the hotel towards the beach side ! Yu will find many hotel at the beach and stuff ! Everything was good ! And nice !

Even the immediate complaint after checkin, there was no action till checkout. Mandating to pay in cash which cost more and stress due to ATM withdrawal in few KM away place. There's no bill provided after checkout due to printer issue. I have shared my visiting card to share the bill but there's no mail so far.
