• Anna (8/5): - Ο Μεχμέτ ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός σε ό,τι χρεαιστηκαμε και η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό κατά την άφιξη μας. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά. Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας δωματίου θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάθε 2-3 μέρες.

• Timea (7/5): OK - Small but clean, comfortable room. It was cold, but the heater was very efficient. The location was very good, just a few minutes walk to Taksim square and Istiklal street. It was good value for money. There was no hot water in the shower, so for the duration of our stay we had to shower in cold (or best case lukewarm) water. There was only one toilet paper roll left for us for 4 days. There was noone ever at the reception to talk to. The whole house, including the reception area, elevator was stinking of sewage/toilet all the time.

• Jacob (10/5): Great location and great room with very easy payment and communication with the owner. - The property was in a great location close to the main area of Taksim making it easy to get to anywhere in the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the owner was very accommodating with adding on days to my visit and a very late check in . Overall it’s great value for your money and the room was everything you would want. Definitely would come back to this spot again ! No complaints

• Aikaterini (10/5): - Μικρά και πεντακάθαρα δωματια. Ο Μεχμέτ, ευγενικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός Σημείο, εξαιρετικο- δίπλα στην πλατεία Ταξίμ. Προτείνω- ιδίως αν ειστε περισσοτερα ατομα- από και προς το αεροδρόμιο να χρησιμοποιήσετε την υπηρεσία με λιμουζίνα που προσφερει το ξενοδοχείο. Μπορουν να μπουν έως 9 ατομα στο οχημα, οποτε μπορεί να στοιχισει και πολύ λιγοτερο απο το εισητηριο του λεωφορείου- αποφευγοντας το στριμωγμα και το αγχος... Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπέλεγα

• Anna (10/5): - Очень приветливый молодой человек на ресепшене, каждый день интересовался, все ли в порядке и спрашивал, как проходят мои дни в Стамбуле. Договорились в следующий раз остановиться в этом же отеле! Отдельно хочется отметить чудесную веранду и местоположение — рядом все необходимое, в шаговой доступности метро, автобусы и фуникулер в порт Кабаташ. Благодаря этому было сэкономлено много времени и сил 🥰
• Σοφία (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό ζεστό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα , μας άρεσε πολύ το rooftop όπου πηγαίναμε το πρωί και πίναμε τον καφέ μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική αφού είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία ταξίμ. Ο Μεχμέτ ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός αφού μας παρείχε έξτρα βοήθεια όταν τον χρειαστήκαμε και ήταν κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε δεόντως. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είναι επαγγελματίες και πάνω από όλα άνθρωποι 10/10!! -
• Terminahter (10/5): Отличный, уютный отель у площади Таксим - Отличное расположение отеля. До площади Таксим 4 минуты пешком. Номера небольшие но чистые, есть все принадлежности. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, через неделю были снова в Стамбуле, попросили о хранении багажа и нам не отказали, хотя мы уже не являлись гостями отеля! Рекомендую всем этот отель!

• Stanislav (9/5): - Чудесный и уютный отель, расположенный в тихом месте, в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро, откуда можно добраться до аэропорта, так же недалеко от знаменитой улицы Истикляль. Великллепное место, если вы любите гулять пешком. Сам отель чистый и уютный, мне он настолько понравился что я лстанавливался в нем два раза. Отель не новый и некоторые мелочи требуют внимания, например, мыльница в душе в моем номере открутилась и на нее невозможно было положить мыло. В остальном все отлично.

• Olga (10/5): - Отель очень приятный, месторасположение отличное - удобно добираться в любую часть Стамбула. Прогулявшись буквально 5 минут можно посмотреть на знаменитый трамвайчик. Номера крошечные, но орагнизация пространства просто поразила - все очень удобно и продуманно, есть чайник, чашки, стаканы, вода, чай-кофе-сахар. Чисто,свежо, аромат в номере просто кайф. Есть лифт! Что большая редкость для отелей в Стамбуле. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяина - очень гостеприимный и очень нам помог - распечатал нам посадочные талоны, без которых мы бы не попали в свой самолет. В общем, если едете в Стамбул - рекомендасьон! Выбрав этот отель точно не прогадаете !

• Viktoria (9/5): Super smještaj na super lokaciji - Sve što vam treba za kratki boravak u Istanbulu, objekt je na super lokaciji, krevet je udoban i sve je bilo čisto. Domaćin (vlasnik) je susretljiv i lako se s njim dogovoriti. Jedini mali minus je stvarno malena kupaonica.

В номерах чистота и порядок. Особенно приятно впечатлило гостеприимство. Мехмет бей помогал везде и во всем. Огромная ему благодарность !!!! За эту стоимость очень даже хороший вариант. • Marija (10/5): Amazing property, highly recommended! - This might be one of the best places I have stayed at for the price range that it is. It is very clean and very comfortable small room. I was worried that it would be too small, but it is totally reasonable for a couple. Small and intimate bedroom with a small walk in bathroom. Towels and bedding clean. We informed the property of our late check in and that was totally fine. The key to our room was left at the reception with clear instructions of how to get to the property and how to access it. A big plus is that there is an elevator! Also, in these types of cities I am usually worried about the noise of the street at night, but it was not a problem at all. This city never sleeps, but the rooms windows are totally sound proof for you to sleep comfortably. Also, room service cleaned our room an our request by leaving the sign on the door, left clean towels and everything. Everything was amazing.

Le réceptionniste a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : toujours souriant, très serviable, il a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer, notamment pour les moyens de transport, et m’a même aidé à réserver mon vol. La chambre était parfaite propre, confortable et calme. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 6 minutes de la place Taksim, ce qui rend tout facilement accessible. J’y ai séjourné deux jours au début, puis je suis revenu pour trois nuits à la fin de mon voyage c’est dire à quel point j’ai été satisfait. Tout était vraiment parfait. Merci encore pour cet accueil si chaleureux !

В номерах очень чисто, комната хоть и небольшая, но очень светлая и уютная, окна большие в пол. В ванной есть все принадлежности для душа. Хозяин очень любезный и всегда готов помочь. На мой взгляд это, пожалуй, лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Такого нет.

My room whilst not large was well equipped with a fridge, room safe, tea and coffee facilities. Cleanliness was excellent, my room was spotless and comfortable. Due to the location of the hotel, expect some street noise but personally this wasn’t a big issue for me. (I’d recommend rooms to rear of the hotel as they are brighter, with a more open outlook). The guy on reception, Mehmet, was always friendly and welcoming, also a good source of local information Overall a great budget hotel. Nothing

• DOROTHY (9/5): Friendly staff, good location - We arrived late in the night and they helped us with the check in. Although there wasn’t anyone at the reception, the check in is seamless. The guy at the reception (didn’t get to ask for his name) also gave us good advice on our way around. It’s a bit walking distance to Taksim but it gives us a good chance to explore the area. Room is a tad bit small but we can still open two big luggage
• David (9/5): - Very centered hotel. Room a bit small but very cozy and clean. I was landing in Istanbul very late and they left me the key for check in at the reception even tho the hotel was already closed. Communication very good through WhatsApp
• Mumina (10/5): Удобное и выгоднее проживание - Очень хороший отель в самом центре за хорошую цену. Небольшой, но очень удобный и милый номер. Приветливый владелец готовый помочь во всем. Обязательно рекомендую остаться.

• Anastasiya (5/5): Cold room in good location - Friendly staff, great location The room was very cold, even with AC and small heater the room couldn't get warm. Also, seemed like the bedsheets and towels were not changed, so we had to ask housekeeping to give us new ones. The size of the room was also pretty small.
• Gabriela (7/5): Good - Stayed only for a night, on a long stopover in Istanbul. The hotel location was convenient for the airport bus (10min walking), and was enough for a comfortable night. The hotel is simple but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so overall good value for money. I stayed very short, so not much to say here.
