• John (4/5): Place needs work and cleaning staff needs to be trained on how to clean a room properly. - Location Needs to be remodeled. Sink didn’t drain. Sink was not clean. Hallway carpets were not clean.

• dustin (3/5): Disappointed to drive 6 hours and then have to stay in this dirty room - The breakfast options were good Our room was dirty, finger nail clippings in the carpet, not wiped down properly, the air conditioner had something wrong with it and it made a terribly loud noise all night long so no one could get any sleep and the bathroom tub didn’t drain

Booking.com fee was 138 and the Fairfield charged me another 160. I emailed into the company about it and still have yet to get an answer. Would not recommend.

• Elizabeth (8/5): - I am only giving 3 stars at this time as I have stayed here before. I did not request a handicap room. Expedia must have chose it for me. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom/shower would hardly qualify as clean. Please put more effort towards these areas. Refrigerator was not functional which sadly is common in hotels. We did get a replacement a day late. I would suggest periodic maintenance done on stays longer than 2 days on "in room amenities". Pool and hot tub are nice for family. Outdoor fireplace was nice also. Good place to stay. I would stay again but, honestly? This Fairfield Inn wouldn't be first choice.

They wouldn’t offer us any discount on the stay only point~ who cares. The front door was broken and you needed to ring the doorbell to get the front desk staff to open it. But the coffee was good. Wouldn’t stay here again. I booked it because of the pictures and hoping for the comfortable pillows . But they were hard ones and on top of the rest it wasn’t worth it. Sherry S
• Adrian (6/5): - Had to leave early in the morning 3:30am no staff at desk. Door locked behind me when i took my bsg to my car. Key card wouldn't open the door and nobody answered the buzzer. Called the phone twice and a sleepy eyed staff member finally appeared and opened the door. A/C was very noisy. And cleaning staff never showed to replenish towels or empty trash.
• Scott (8/5): Still nice in Scottsbluff - Still a nice place to stay. Hotel breakfast is very weak and unappealing. This is my favorite hotel in Scottsbluff, except the free breakfast is terrible. Rubber eggs and uncooked sausage.

• Rik Kinnison (1/5): Housekeeping staff does not clean rooms at this hotel. - Nice location, cosmetically nice facility, decent price. Arrived at property and front desk checked me into my room. Upon entering the room it was found to be dirty. This went on three times. House cleaning staff do not clean rooms. See details: Room #1 - Dirty floors (cut toe nails on floor near couch) Room #2 - Dirty floors (various things all over floor), Dirty counter tops and computer desk top, dirty mirror, tv not functioning) (Billy commented, "at least one of the tvs is working". . . My comment: Really?) Room #3 - didn't accept as we saw Billy exiting the room with arm full of dirty towels (I commented: obviously it wasn't clean and ready for guests) Billy commented, "no, these were just left inside". . . My comment: Really? Dirty linens left in room and you think it was clean?) My wife and I asked for a full refund and went to a competitor hotel down the street. As I left the hotel I couldn't help but notice the sign in near the elevators on 1st floor about Mr. Marriot and his quote about, "its the little things that make the big things possible". Clearly he understood customer service. I think this should be a beginning with your staff to explain why they receive paychecks each week.

• Kyle (4/5): - The property was fine for the most part except the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. It is a pretty new building so things should be in good order. However, we were traveling with our dog and their pet fee is an egregious $75 per night. Stay at the Holiday Inn down the street instead for a more reasonable $25. I would avoid this place if you have a pet.
• Lindsey (10/5): - We were in town for a reunion and appreciated the convenience of having a leisurely morning on Sunday and still being able to enjoy a free and yummy breakfast before leaving for a 6 hour drive home. We felt very safe within the hotel and liked the quiet location as well even though it was located near the hiway.
• Tamara (10/5): - I loved the large parking spots. How nice and a change from the cramped ones you usually find at other hotels. The hotel was quiet and the mattress was firm. I would recommend fixing your light scones on the 3rd floor as they are all broken and maybe leaving the coffee and tea options out past breakfast.

We selected this location because of the pool for our 12-year-old little one and she was very disappointed. I think they could have posted this on the booking site.

The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned in several weeks more than likely. The exterior windows had not been cleaned at all. The room refrigerator was not working properly and did not stay cold. I paid over $200 a night for this room and it was not at all up to Marriott standard.

The front desk staff told me about local travel shuttles that made my trip possible. Without them helping me, I would have missed my Granddaughters high school graduation. • Ann (7/5): It was clean. The price was high, I will look at other options before booking there again. - The breakfasts were fine, nothing special. There were no working ice machines on any floors. To get ice you had to go to the front desk. The fridge did not have a small freezer. It was weird shaped on the inside therefore we were unable to put small containers on both shelves. It was like putting a puzzle together to get the small containers in.

The hot tub was cold so you couldn’t enjoy that. The clocks in the hotel were not working. The eggs at breakfast were cold so another thing not working, the staff did microwave my eggs for me but otherwise they were so cold that they just came out of the refrigerator . The staff was snotty and unwilling to even try to make any effort to do anything for our stay. I had asked 3 times for an extra comforter and it was never delivered. I would be embarrassed if I was Marriott.

The water sprinkler was on a timer right outside our window and sprayed on the window and outside of the building every thirty minutes ALL NIGHT!
• Beth (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay and the location is convenient for all we wanted to do. There was an issue with no housekeeping for Mother’s Day weekend. In hospitality there should be complete service at all times. If not then the rate should be discounted.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Disappointed. We had three rooms. The rooms were okay. Toiletries included one bar of soap and a small bottle of hand lotion. The shower gel in the shower was empty. I was disappointed by the service. Upon check in they asked if we wanted room service and I replied yes, none of the three rooms ever received room service. We were there for several days so we asked for fresh towels, cups, etc. They never did delivery the request to one of the rooms. I was very disappointed with our stay.
