• Leydon (7/5): - Nice location, clean and comfortable room. The inn was not busy and they wouldn't allow us to use the pool before check-in without charging us an early check-in fee Didn't give you the feeling of a friendly Inn, not the vibe we expected.

It felt private and let me experience my time by the ocean. Could here some creamy footsteps above for a little while, but not a deal breaker.

Also has a nice indoor pool as well as a delicious continental breakfast. This hotel has 3 floors and is without an elevator. Its very busy in season, (summer) so make your reservations significantly ahead of time.

• Justin (10/5): Cute inn, cute town - Loved my stay here. Only critique is that the patio gets noisy as soon as folks begin conversing. It felt like the conversation was happening in my room, even with the window closed. I stayed in room 20 and the noise from the lobby woke me up pretty early and the noise machine that was in the room (nice touch) sounded like a jet plane so it wasn't really solving the problem. But the room was great and employees friendly and kind.

Everything was tasty! It happened that there was a large party in attendance and there was not a great deal of seating( morning of Nov. 14,2024). Not enough seating for breakfast.

• Siobhan (10/5): - My husband and I stayed here overnight after a show at Soundcheck Studios. Very clean. Right on the water. Nice area to walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby and a coffee shop. Also some cute shops around. We were there in February so it was a little chilly outside but nice area to walk around. They have an outside patio you can sit on in the warmer weather.

Few things coming down the stairs from our room, unbeknownst to me. I got a call ten minutes after we left to get our grandsons and was able to stop by and pick them up. The only downside if someone has mobility issues are the stairs to the rooms. No elevator. Our room was quite spacious.
