Bad communication with the owners; we wanted to check in early, but the owners ignored our question; we asked about Wi-Fi, and never got an answer. The apartment is a bit worn down, and the furniture isn't in the best condition.

• Paulina (6/5): Pomimo świetnej lokalizacji i dobrej ceny wynajmu na jedną noc pierwszy raz spotykam się z takim zaniedbaniem odnośnie c - Lokalizacja Ciężki kontakt z osobami wynajmującymi mieszkanie, z opóźnieniem dostałam informacje dotyczące dostania się do mieszkania. Pomimo doby otwierającej się o 16 o tej godzinie dalej nie miałam żadnych informacji, musiałam zadzwonić i poprosić o przesłanie dodatkowych informacji. Oprócz tego po wejściu do środka od razu zauważyłam, że nie były wyniesione śmieci, ani w łazience, ani w kuchni. Czystość łazienki również pozostawia wiele do życzenia, na podłodze jak i w prysznicu widoczne były wlosy po poprzednich lokatorach. Ręczniki były brudne, nie wiem czy ich wilgotność była spowodowana tym, że dalej się suszyły po praniu czy również nie zostały wymienione

Czystość na okej poziomie + za dobre wyposażenie kuchni Nieszczelne okna było strasznie zimno, zamiast karniszu żyłka, brakowało stolika ze zdjęć w salonie przez co kawa ciastka itp musiały leżeć na ziemi. Kratka w kuchni cała czarna.

Wygodne łóżka w sypialniach. Mogłoby być więcej kapsułek kawy i informacja o prohibicji w tej dzielnicy Warszawy. Mimo žabki na dole nie mogliśmy kupić piwka na wieczór.

Połamane biurko, łóżka nie wiadomo czy były pościelone w czysta pościel. Szczerze brzydziłam się tam spać. Było dość późno już na interwencję i zgłaszanie tego właścicielowi. Byliśmy padnięci na szukanie czegoś innego. Zdjęcia mijają się z rzeczywistością.

Termosifoni spenti in pieno inverno, 2 cialde da caffè per 3 giorni, zucchero con muffa e non vi è nient'altro per cucinare. Due asciugamani per 3 giorni, non c'è neanche un porta spazzolino. Puzza di fogna nel bagno. Contattato tramite messaggio neanche si è degnato di rispondere.

• Marek (10/5): Polecam ze względu na lokalizację, łatwość dostępu oraz dobre warunki - Lokalizacja oraz wyposażenie apartamentu. Centrum Warszawy, wyposażone kompletne łącznie z pralką i suszarką. Córka wysiadając z auta ubrudziła białą bluzkę przed uroczystością a dzięki suszarce udało się ją doprowadzić do czystości w krótkim czasie. Nie jest to wina operatora apartamentu (wiadomo centrum Warszawy) ale może się zdarzyć problem z zaparkowaniem. Tylko jak napisałem nie jest to element który mi się nie podoba tylko informacja dla ewentualnych najemców żeby wzięli to pod uwagę

• Bryg (9/5): - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, blisko dworca głównego i Pałacu Kultury. Mieszkanie bardzo schludnie i czyste. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy były zapewnione. Jedyny minus to hałas z ulicy, ale to przez bliskość Alej.
• Liliia (3/5): - Бронювали спочатку інші апартаменти в цієї компанії, зранку запитувала чи можливо хоча б на час раніше, тобто з 15 заселитись, на що отримала відповідь, що повідомимо пізніше, і всі деталі надішлють лише ближче до заселення, після 15:00 перестали відповідати, і лише після 16:00 зателефонували, з вибаченням, що не бачили моєї резервації і заселили вже інших людей, дали два варіанти або повернення коштів або заселення в інші апартаменти (але менші), так як вже був вечір ми погодились на 2 варіант, інструкції щодо того як знайти будівлю не було, код, який надали не підходив до дверей, апартаменти були жахливі, паркет був зіпсований, штора була обірвана, обіцяних зручностей теж не було, хоча апартаменти були менші, різницю в коштах теж ніхто не повернув, загалом враження дуже негативні.

• Paulina (7/5): Ogólnie jak na pobyt jednodniowy mieszkanie bardzo dobrze się sprawdziło, jednak na dłużej hałas i standard kuchni mogą - Mieszkanie było czyste i wyposażone. Znajdowało się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji i na dworzec centralny było bardzo blisko. Pościel jak i ręczniki zostały zapewnione i były czyste. Bardzo dobry widok W mieszkaniu widać parę niedociągnięć i zużyć już w materiale jak np. zamiast karnisza na zasłony w pokoju wisiała żyłka. Kuchnia mało funkcjonalna i na ścianie była kratka, która była czarna. W szafce znalazłyśmy kieliszki, które niestety były brudne. Mieszkanie znajduje się w miejscu strasznie głośnym więc spać trzeba najlepiej przy zamkniętych i zasłoniętych oknach. Jednak robiąc tak można w ciepły dzień się nieźle upocić przez brak klimatyzacji i wiatraka. Kontakt z właścicielem na plus aczkolwiek wcześniejsze zameldowanie nie było możliwe i właściciel podkreślał że doba zaczyna się od 16 po czym instrukcje do zameldowania otrzymałam po tej godzinie i po podwójnym upomnieniu się.

• Vaida (8/5): Very good - Great place to stay for one night. Street noise. The apartment was cold, the windows were not airtight. Sewer smell in the bathroom.

• Daniel (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing. Instructions to enter the property were not clear, we tried to contact the host for help however received no response. After speaking with locals we finally managed to find the property, it then took us 30 mins to enter due to the poor instructions regarding codes. The apartment was even more disappointing than the instructions... area was not inviting, online pictures make it look much better, and when we sat on the bed we both fell on the ground - to add to this the bedding smelt like it hadn't been washed and there was a large brown stain on the mattress. After this we decided to book a night at the Hilton instead. We told the hosts we were not staying the night which we received no answer to.

• Metreveli (4/5): Disappointing - we collected our keys after calling on the phone for 2 hours. after opening the door. we saw woman laying on the couch. she told us that property was not available. That she was host and she was staying there. After very disappointed experience. we called to booking and also to host number. They finally gave us another apartment nearby, but it was not the same as originally booked.

• Gerda (9/5): Superb - Area, the apartmens are located is super, ease to reach any part of the city. The flat was comfortable and cozy, there were everything you may need for your stay. We had a lovely spacious balcony with town view. There was a fresh pink rose on a side table, love it. The only bad thing for us was the noice of streets, especialy trams. It was just too loud for us.
• Eliran (4/5): Suitable for one night max... better to avoid. - Great central location. Clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was horrible. He kept ignoring our messages and replied the same irrelevant things like a boot. The directions to the house and to the enterance code are very unclear. We managed to get ibside only because people from the building arrived and later realised from the comments in booking that we were not the only one. Despite all people commenting about it-the host havent done anything to improve it. The appartment is super central and the only window is to the porch. Its so noisy and impossible to sleep, thank good we spent there only a few night ours before our flight. We asked for a fan so we can keep the window closes (it was very hot and bo a/c) and again-the host completely ignored us and only asked for the time of departure.

• Mariia (6/5): Pleasant - I think the best part of this apartment was its location — near the central railway station and with the stunning view from the balcony. The self check-in part was also a plus and we appreciated the check-out at 12:00. Also it was nicely cleaned. The whole apartment was "tired": occasional cracks on the floor and walls, the mirror hung crookedly, a little bit damaged shower cabin etc. But it was minor inconvenience compared to the noise outside. Without air conditioning it was hot inside and if you open a window you can't sleep because of the traffic. It is all possible to handle for one night, but for the long stay it may be very uncomfortable if you are a light sleeper.
• Vanessa (6/5): Good location but not the best place - Location was good. Good transport links nearby, a shopping mall area with a supermarket and many restaurants just at the back. The photos of the flat on the advert didn't correspond to the flat we got. The flat wasn't very clean upon our arrival. Everything was very tired and even though we were four people the bed for our children wasn't even made! The kitchen had no toaster oven or microwave which seriously limited our food options. Also we weren't left with any kitchen roll or even a tea towel to be able to clean the dishes we washed. There was no communication so we weren't even sure where to leave the garbage. Finally there was a washing machine but no detergent for it, so it didn't really help much. In the future it might help if the hosts bother to mention the existence of the back gate so people don't always have to go around the building when coming in or out. These are small changes that will make your guests stay much more comfy. Finally the flat is very noisy, it is well insulated but the street in front is so busy that the noise can be deafening especially the during the day when the tram is going. When we arrived was 25°C as we couldn't open the window because of the noise.

• Ullah (1/5): Nice location and not a bad apartment but rude staff - The location was great It was our first time in Warsaw and we got lost, after a long time of us trying to find the place we eventually called the staff and asked for any help and the man was incredibly rude. We were told to “read the text” and we will be able to find it and when I tried asking questions about other restaurants near it etc he once again told us to just read the text, I also tried explaining that on google maps it brings us to the wrong location but he basically hung up on me. In the message we got sent about how to find the place it said it’s metal gates near Żabka and that really wasn’t helpful since Żabka beside metal gates were in couple of places. Yes maybe we were being a little silly by not being able to find it but his attitude on the phone was so unhelpful it made us feel even worse. So if you’re gonna book this place do not copy and paste the address into maps on your phone because it will take you to the wrong place and the staff won’t help you either :)

Small apartment but u have everything u need. Good equipped kitchen, washing machine for long stays very convenient. As it is right in the center u have to deal with noise from the street. I would add not only curtains but tulle to open the window in the room during the day

• Omri (1/5): Bad - the host completely scammed me and gave me one different apartment in a different location that was disgusting and unappropriated for living. the sofa wasnt a 2 person bed but a single one, the host didn't gave us extra mattress so one of us slept on the floor, the apartment was abandoned. i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there what so ever. i want a full refund on the room i didnt get at the sum of 1607 pln.
