A little noise from room above which presumably also has wooden flooring, but not excessive. Also from night time street cleaning machine but no people noise from street. However the location outweighs these slight annoyances.

• Rene (10/5): Excellent location - Wonderful host. - The location is so convenient and central to all we wanted to see and do. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. The host was attentive and accommodating. Coffee, tea and water were provided and a refrigerator is in your room. It is located in an active area so it was loud outside even unto the early hours of the morning. The street sweeper comes by after midnight. It wasn’t terrible but be aware.

She communicated with me prior to arrival, sent all the necessary info and was available for any questions. She made the difference in my stay. Loved walking out to the square where the energy was top notch! Shops, people, flower markets, the best Gelato, and so may restaurant options. Forever etched in my heart. I will be returning. • Kelly (9/5): Would stay here again! - We had a little difficulty finding the hotel at first, but figured it out! The location was fabulous, right in the middle of everything. The fridge was full of drinks, and there were cookies as well, all complimentary which was nice. Our stay was short since we had to leave for the airport at 2:30 AM, but would definitely stay here again! Lots of noise at night, but due to the location that wasn't unexpected.
• Jade (10/5): The most amazing hotel. - The room was very clean and modern. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The "little things" didnt go unnoticed, the umbrellas by the door if it rained, the little notices to tell us what the weather was going to be like that day and the stocked fridge full of drinks that was free, oh and the list of restuarant recommendations left on our bed. WiFi connection was brilliant to help us plan our route for the day, and the location of the hotel was amazing. Everything was close by, and the area the hotel was in was lovely. Communication with the host was also amazing, messages to explain how to get into the hotel and the message to say our room was ready too which actually ended up being early and ready for when we arrived into Rome. Thank you so much for being part of the most amazing holiday. There was zero complaints everything was amazing, we will 100% use this hotel again if we return to Rome.

• Radojevic (10/5): Excellent, we will be back for sure! 😊 - On first impressions, it was very clean with modern facilities, warm and the bed was super comfortable. We arrived in the evening, after staffed hours and the check in procedure was very well explained and simple. Courtesy umbrellas were even left at the door for you to use which came in really handy - literally all the details have been thought of to make the visit as comfortable and convenient for us as possibly can be. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic, literally a short walk to all the attractions which Rome has to offer. We couldn’t be happier with this place, this will definitely be our go to as we get plan our future trips to Rome. Nothing, absolutely loved everything! - (well, apart from the super comfortable bed which made it so hard to get out of in the morning 😄)

Todo muy limpio La ducha está dentro del dormitorio con mampara transparente, por lo que la persona que te acompañe, te ve ducharte. Creo que debería tener mayor que intimidad la hora de la ducha. Pese a ello, la ducha era muy nueva y moderna.

• Ana (10/5): TODO LO QUE BUSCAS EN UN ALOJAMIENTO - Me aloje 3 noches con mi hija, todo fue perfecto, llegamos muy tarde y Ludovica nos explico perfectamente como poder entrar en nuestra habitación y pudimos hacer el check in al día siguiente. La habitación estaba muy bien, buen tamaño, el baño amplio y todo muy limpio. Todo estaba lleno de detalles, caramelos, un bizcocho, galletas, bebidas, así da gusto viajar, son esos detalles que te alegran el día. La ubicación es inmejorable, andando a 15 minutos de todo. Es verdad que esta en una calle peatonal donde hay movimiento por las noches pero con la ventana cerrada no se oye nada, así que pudimos descansar muy muy bien después de los días intensos que vivimos. Sin duda repetiremos cuando podamos volver a Roma. Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestro viaje resultase aun mejor!!!

• Li (7/5): Great location, I might stay again. - Excellent location, it's on a small street with close by cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Most major attractions can be reached on foot within 10-20 mins. The restaurants nearby were high quality, and were not those tourist traps. The property sent detailed instruction on how to access them ahead of time. The staff were there in the morning and responded to complaints very quickly. The staff were only there before noon it seems, and responses on WhatsApp was a bit slow. The AC in my room had a strong smell of mold, the property responded very quickly, but I didn't turn on the AC again to check it the issue was fixed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The apartments are in a great location and is the midpoint with the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Trastevere, Colosseum and the Vatican all each only 15-20 mins walk or short cab ride. Bus and tram points near by also. No dislikes.

• Geraldine (10/5): Great room and location - My first time in Rome. Traveled with my aunt. Location if nice- plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping. Staff was vwry nice! Deborah greeted us at check-in and was very informative and kind! She gave us good recommendations for moving about the city as well. Felt very safe with the manner in which you had to enter for the room. Room was very spacious. My only recommendation for the room would be to add a bit more storage (such as a small dresser or cabinet) and a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. Be prepared to climb stairs for entering. I didn’t find them hard but some may. There is a tiny lift for getting luggage up and down.

• Ryan (10/5): A wonderful quaint location in the Campo area of Rome - The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance for most if not all of the major sights in Rome’s city center. The Campo area was amazing with the small market and excellent shops and restaurants near by. The owner was also fantastic and really made our experience special. The only thing to be aware of is that the road the hotel is located on is pedestrian only. This wasn’t an issue for us as the taxi will drop you a block or two away, but I wanted to mention this.

• Thierry (8/5): Nice, but .... - Spacious room (not so usual in Rome...), completely renovated with modern taste, nice spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, very good acoustic isolation (needed in Rome!), good Wifi, A/C cools down rapidly , comfortable bed, space for luggage, fantastic location - the property advertises an ascensor, but does not mention that you need to climb one 1/2 floor up to reach it (10 steps), which make it impossible if you have reduced mobility or very unpleasant if you have heavy luggage. This is really misleading - the common stairway is ugly and shabby - staff is kind of friendly, but not very communicative, with limited English - property does not call a taxi to the airport for you, you need to do it yourself - be aware the street is pedestrian, so the taxi cannot drop you at the door of the building, but some 70 meters away - if you don't leave your room before 11 a.m. your room will not be cleaned that day - gracious coffee machine in the room, but no milk available (which means no coffee in my case)

• Phin (8/5): - Love the location with its harming streets with shopping, restaurants and is near the Pantheon. Rooms with bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. All their apartments are on the 3rd floor in a very old building. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and Staff wasn’t here but was available via WhatsApp messaging. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to a very small, old style elevator. Elevator didn’t work for us and we were told it was working that morning and they’d call maintenance to fix it Monday.. We had to walk up another 2 flights of stairs with our luggage. On Monday morning, checkout day, staff was there to help us with luggage and the elevator worked. They said we didn’t know how to work elevator. Elevator is only for luggage. I would stay here again but will get instructions on how to work the elevator. Also, Ludovica, one of their staff members , have been super helpful. Helped with restaurant recommendations, booked transportation for the 6 of us from the airport to the hotel, then from the hotel to our cruise ship terminal, saving us time and money
• Blair (8/5): - Room was good, comfy. Nice having some water and soft drinks on arrival in our fridge but it was never re-stocked. Lobby/entranceway of the building was incredibly smelly. But a quick walk through to get to the stairs. Very convenient location. We walked to all the major tourist destinations.
