• Christine (3/5): - Breakfast was adequate. Pool & hottub were nice. Kids had fun I came to Austin with my kids to celebrate my sons birthday and to visit their Dad's grave. After checking out and leaving, my son came back after about 15 minutes as he realized he left a birthday card in the room with $100 in it. The card was still in the room but the money was missing. The cleaning staff had already started cleaning his room and stated they did not see the money. Just want to make others aware that the staff may not be completely honest and guard you valuables.

• Paddy (9/5): Exceeded our expectation in cleanliness and value for the money. - The room was very clean and fresh. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful and the value was wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of warm foods. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Breakfast area was a little crowded but wouldn't influence me not to stay again.

The only downfall is there is no elevator, there are only two floors but we had lots of luggage which the manager noticed right away and kindly switched our room from the second floor to the first floor. I would definitely stay here again. Located next to a Walmart, Hyvee, Marshalls, Caribou, Culvers and Perkins, all within in walking distance.

• John (6/5): Pipe hammer time! - The hotel hallways smell of curry. When pipe hammering started they did not believe me when I reported it. Only when it persisted did they act on it and stop the pipe hammering. That was the first night. The rest of my stay was fairly quiet. The breakfast was a sad experience and we decided to drive to McDonalds to improve the experience.

• Lapidakis (10/5): Great! We would definitely stay again. - We had a long day of traveling and so I made our reservation online. We arrived early evening. The staff is wonderful. I asked about local pizza shops that delivered and the gentleman kindly gave me several names of ones that were near by. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, free of noise. Breakfast fine and hot water for my to go tea was hot! We want to thank the gentlemen for assisting, as my husband could not find his wallet after taking our luggage out to our vehicle. They rechecked our room thoroughly and outside too. As it turned out it was in his lower leg pants pocket! Thank you very much. We do appreciate your help and kindness.

We stayed in room #204. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was the usual fare and we enjoyed it before moving on.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Booking was a pain - I had a hard time with this booking. Hotels.com got the reservation wrong, hotel was unhelpful, hotel allowed someone other than myself to cancel my room, my reward points were used to reserve the room and were supposed to be reimbursed when the reservation was cancelled, that didn't happen. Communication with hotel and Hotels.com was a struggle.
