• Simona (8/5): Great for short stay - Location is super easy to reach from airport. Considering that it’s right at the waterfront it was really quiet. Host were really friendly! Having a kitchen to have morning coffee would have been a plus. But I understand that it’s the host house too, so this might have been difficult.

Very charming old aprtment with beautiful decoration and also very comfortable. It is very close to whatever you need in the beautiful city of Cagliari. Hosts Michele and Daniela are extremely nice and welcoming. They have been very helpful to us whenever we needed something. Trust me this is the place to stay there. I had to come back to Cagliari a week later and i chose this place again without a doubt. Thank you again Michele and Daniela. Nothing

• John (9/5): Beautiful room, excellent location, fantastic and friendly host. - Wonderful place to stay with a delightful host. The room was large, clean, comfortable and stylish. The location was excellent, and very central to all the places we wanted to visit. A short walk (5 minutes or so) to the Bastione di Saint Remy and the main areas you'd want to visit. Our host offered plenty of tips on places to visit and eat and was generally just a lovely person to chat to. The only thing I could possibly mention is that the bathroom (which was private for our use only) didn't adjoin onto our room. So to go to the toilet in the night I had to leave our room and walk across the hall to it. Literally a first world problem and not something that bothered me but worth mentioning as I didn't realise until we arrived.

• Gouanere (10/5): Parfait - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ca’ Del Sol. L’établissement est idéalement situé, très beau et parfaitement entretenu. Michele et Daniela ont été d’une grande gentillesse et ont pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les activités et visites à faire dans la ville. Leur accueil chaleureux a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

I had to walk across the hallway and a reception room to get to it. Also I wasn't aware this is an apartment that had 2 other bedrooms rented out and the hosts live there. It's someone apartment which is advertised.

• Juan (10/5): Stay with an Italian family in Cagliari, Centro. - This is a lovely room centrally located to all the attractions including the port and train station. Daniela and Michele it’s the owners and they are very friendly, kind and will help you with any questions you may have. It is a bed and breakfast with no breakfast lol. There are plenty of places right out the door. There are beautiful beaches nearby that you can take the public bus to and sun umbrellas and mats were provided by my host. Recommend. I did have my own private bathroom with a key to lock it. I believe there are only 4 rooms that they rent.

The hosts were lovely, let us in, explained everything and sent restaurant recommendations. It was very clean. The hosts take sustainability very seriously, ask not to overuse the AC, encourage recycling and not leaving any plastic behind. Everything was great.

Such a treat to stay somewhere with so much history and the hosts were very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat during our stay. We knew to expect that it’s a B&B because we read the reviews prior to booking, however some people might expect it to be more of a hotel setting, so if you’re not comfortable with having the bathroom not attached to the room or other people being in the shared spaces, perhaps this isn’t the accomodation for you. We however, loved it and feel lucky we got to stay in such a beautiful spot.

The location is perfect and is very close to via Rome. Walking distance from the train and the central station.

The hosts are kind and super helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here if I visited again.

A bit loud due to the busy street, but one does not hear anything if the windows are closed. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

No possibility of making coffee unless you bought your own instant coffee and used a hot water dispenser.

• michel (10/5): Chambre en ville - Grande chambre agréable haute de plafond dans un appartement traditionnel à 50 m du front de mer et en lisière de la vieille ville, on fait tout à pied et les propriétaires sont super gentils. Trois chambres seulement, la salle de bain est privative, mais en face, il faut traverser le couloir mais ce n'est pas un drame et elle est grande

• Katariina (9/5): Perfect place to call home for 3 days - The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, we got a looong list of different beach and restaurant recommendations which helped us alot. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The place was exceptionally clean. We also had a private bathroom across the hall but that was not an issue for us. Also, the location of the accommodation is central and it is possible to walk everywhere. We were also very lucky to get a free parking spot almost every night next to the building (tip: come before 8pm). Me and my friend would definitely recommend this place.

• Jérémie (9/5): The most welcoming host we’ve ever had! - Michele and Daniela were one of the best host we’ve ever had. They were very nice, welcoming and helpful to answer any questions we had. They gave us their recommendations to find the best bars and restaurants in the city. Plus, the situation of the property is perfect. Super close to the city center, the train and the bus stations. Because of the Covid situation, we didn’t have the chance to have breakfast nor have access to the kitchen. Unfortunately, this was not Michele and Daniela’s fault. We totally understand and agree to respect their choice and keep our distance. We hope the situation will change in the coming weeks to let new guests the chance to share moments with them.
• Donald (10/5): Great B&B - We stayed for a couple nights in this B&B. The room was absolutely beautiful, in a traditional style townhouse. The location of the B&B was ideal right across the road from the harbour. It has easy access to the Marina district. It also gave east walking access to the Castello district. I wouldn’t change anything.

• Daniel (10/5): A Warm Welcome - Fantastic B&B based in the centre of Cagliari. Very friendly welcome and very hospitable throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and Michele always gave great advice of places to see in Sardinia. Great base to explore Southern Sardinia, they were happy to upgrade our room without asking. All round, fantastic B&B!
• Samuel (10/5): Great house, great hosts - A beautiful B and B in a great part of Cagliari easy to get to anywhere and right next to Marina. Michele and Daniela were very friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive hosts offering advice on beaches and restaurants. Michele even made us a breakfast bag to pick up on our way out as we had a 4.30am departure for our flight. Both my girlfriend and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Thank you.

• Liz & Darren (10/5): Wonderful Stay! Fantastic hosts. - We couldn't have wished for a more fantastic location to explore Cagliari and Danielle and Michele as hosts were perfect. Every morning Michele and Danielle would bring out a different display of local specialities for breakfast and explain and advise what they all were ( including home made jams, cakes and treats!)- no breakfast was the same. On our last evening we shared in some homemade liquor with Danielle and Michele which was a wonderful end to the break. Their local knowledge was second to none and were able to inform us what local transport to use and which beaches to visit. We visited Pula and Nora which is a definite recommendation. We stayed for 5 days but chose not to hire a car, however if we were to return we would hire a car to drive around the island.
