- Karin (6/5): Was an ok place for the price. - In a nice area and the room was decent for the price. The elevator had a really bad odor, there was hair on the sheets and the overall place had an odor.
- Linda (5/5): The rooms were nice & clean, but not enough amenities for the cost, especially having a pet!! - The rooms were nice, hard wood floors makes it nicer having pets. Everything was clean & didn't have a pet smell (since there was no carpet).
Very nice having a regular size refrigerator. There was no breakfast. There wasn't even any coffee!!!
There was no pool.
Having hard wood floors makes it nicer having pets, however, having hardwood floors makes it easier for cleanup after pets, so the deposit is way too expensive!!!!

- Baker (10/5): Smooth sailing - Hands-down the best extended-stay spot in the area. Needed a room last-minute for Thanksgiving and Andrew (on-call) got me checked in fast, was super friendly, and made the whole process easy. Room was spotless, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), comfy bed, great shower pressure, solid Wi-Fi, and a big TV; everything worked perfectly.
Brenda at the desk the next day was just as awesome; kind, helpful, and made checkout smooth along with a trainee they seemed very pleasant and more than capable create a pleasant experience for anyone wanting to stay here.
Clean, quiet, affordable, and genuinely good people running the place right. If you want a no-drama spot where you can actually cook and crash in peace, this is it. Already planning my next stay. Thanks Andrew & Brenda! No issues!

Luckily we were too lazy to get our luggage out the vehicle, so it was still in our vehicle, so my husband bombed the whole truck. Yeah. Won’t be staying there anymore.

- bharat bhushan (2/5): - Rooms are neat and clean. Check in policy is wired. They don’t allow to check in after 12 am on the day of reservation and won’t refund you the amount if there are any issues in getting to the hotel.

They understand changing schedules and will coordinate late check in and early checkout . They make cleaning and kitchen supplies available . I wish they had breakfast and a gym.

- DENNIS (2/5): - Booked this stay to recover after a surgery only to learn that the mattress which was a queen size was on a double bedframe hanging of. when checking in, we got laid down all these rules and upon entering the room we learned that everything was very basic and a bit outdated. One bar of soap, etc. construction at reception made it hard hear. We ended up leaving after one night. No refund !!

They say bc its an extended stay facility, but this should be highlighted when people are booking. The snack machines take your money but dont work. One out of 4 staff was helpful.

A situation occurred where I wasn't even at the hotel, I work nights and I was locked out. Had to get another hotel and came back to ask why. Was told to call the cops you got an hour. I'm not the only one from BBB, corporate Choice Hotels, Facebook, and X the manager there is a nuisance.

The manager she didn't want to give me the booking.com rate, and she charged me a regular rate. $$ she was not nice and no explanation. I either take or leave it. I was not happy with this. My room was not clean during my stay either. The rest of the staff was nice it was just this female manager, I hope I knew her name.

My room went 3 weeks without being cleaned. They have all kinds of excuses why something doesn't get done, but this is just a bad hotel, save your money.

- Betty (1/5): I will never stay there again. - The property would not let my 18 yr child check in. I registered and paid for the room and no where did I see that they would not let an 18yr old stay.
My child had to drive back from StLouis to KC in the middle of the night on New Years Eve, because of this.
My child is transgender and they said the receptionist was very rude.
I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company. Please look above.

My room was right next to elevator. Could hear when people would get on and off which set the dog to barking. I would insulate that wall more.

Tried to call 911 to have me and my children escorted out and the cops said that SHE was in the wrong and they purposely do this in order to keep your money since they make you sign their fine print which differs from the website. Very rude, left rude messages on my phone and even yelled at my son while we still had 3 nights left on our reservation.

He is very nosey and I witnessed him tell a guest that he was going to get them evicted. There was only 1 front desk worker that was welcoming. Wouldn't give a partial refund to move. They don't care. And to be in St. Charles u would expect better service.
- Cesar (1/5): This hotel is racist and unprofessional - Nothing! The manager was very angry and upset because my workers needed an interpreter when they arrived. From the moment they arrived, they faced racial discrimination. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent interaction with your hotel. When I inquired about the $100 deposit and whether it could be paid with a credit card, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. They informed us that no credit or debit cards were accepted for the deposit because they believed we might cancel the card before the charge could be processed. The manager then suggested that if we did not have the money, we should stay at a different hotel.
This response was not only unhelpful but also inappropriate. Additionally, my workers and I felt that the treatment we received was discriminatory. As a result, we chose to leave and find accommodations elsewhere, as we do not tolerate any form of racism against any of my workers.
I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, and that measures will be put in place to ensure that future guests do not experience the same issues.

- linda (8/5): I enjoyed my stay - It was reasonably priced, the staff was friendly and helpful, every guest I ran into was friendly, they held the elevator door or other doors for each other. I will go back again.
- Oscar (1/5): Angela was was disrespectful and there is no customer service at this facility. - Angela was unprofessional and the room we saw was filthy. We spoke with a Booking representative about a refund that apparently was agreed upon until we showed up at the counter for her to say no. While speaking with her she threatened to call the police for standards she could not withhold and not take responsibility for her own accountability for poor standards. The fact that she said we know this is not a five-star hotel and to not expect standards associated with professionalism of a hotel was disrespectful. I don't like being charged for a room we didn't sleep in because the hotel didn't take responsibility for their lack of professionalism and standards.
