- Lyndy (1/5): I’m very disappointed in showing up to my hotel room with my three children and not being able to stay where I pre-plan - Nothing and we did not even stay there. They canceled our booking when we arrived, I’m in the process of getting my refund from you guys. Extremely dirty did not have the rooms that we booked. That was extremely rude and did not help the situation at all. We drove an hour and a half away for my son‘s wrestling tournament just to find out that they did not have the rooms that I requested because they were overbooked and canceled and we had to find a hotel last minute for the second year in a row
- Brian (1/5): - Never made it too the property. They called and canceled my reservation Never made it too the property. They called and canceled my reservation

- Tuohy (4/5): Room wasn’t made up at check-in and the tv didn’t work - Location Lobby is to small and the building has a lot of echoing noises
- Dax (5/5): Good price. Place needs to be cleaned better and upgrade the beds. - Price Housekeeping needs to do a much better job of cleaning. Floors were bad. Ended up with floor dirt in our beds. You can look around and see they do not sweep or mop the floors well enough Beds were clunky. Made allot of noise whenever you moved around.
- Malone (1/5): - I did not like anything with that place. Staff was good, but the place was absolutely TERRIBLE. The parking lot was cleaner than the place.
- Racheal (7/5): -
- Jamuel (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Very nice Love it
- Carynn Alvarez (3/5): Not worth it. - Front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. The room wasn't clean. The window had been left open.So when I walked in the room was freezing. There was a stuck cheese puff on the middle of the floor. A bar code sticker from what must have been a piece of fruit stuck on the wall. There was hair on the cups they gave you for water. The people above me sounded like they were living in a roller rink. The front desk said , oh , they must have kids , but was assured that quiet time was after nine. They were quiet until about 12:30 at night. And then the party started , until around three a m. At that point I did not feel comfortable complaining to the front desk.As people who do not care about others at that time of night who are trying to sleep are not going to be quite with someone simply reminding them that there are other people in the same space. It's a hotel other people a
re there trying to sleep.

- Ursula (7/5): - Friendly staff Loud neighbor
- Sharnika (3/5): -
- Emma (4/5): - When I got there there were dirty socks and towels in my room clearly nobody had cleaned the room prior to us checking in
- Dawn (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and professional
- Fitzpatrick (10/5): Wonderful !!! - The location is in very good spot with stores and nearby gas stations Some people was breaking rules by smoking in their rooms
- Walls (8/5): - Pet friendly
- Santana (1/5): -
- kayla (1/5): - Location The TV didn't work
The shower water was cold
The toilet ran all night
- Kelly (7/5): Finding rest - It comes with a stove and a refrigerator where you can comfortably cook as needed instead of ordering out fast food. The plumbing needs work and they need better pillows and towels
- Ciarra (8/5): - Broken elevator and a couple dead cockroaches in my cupboard
- Daugherty (1/5): Shitty with roaches! - I want my money back for this stay I can’t believe you would have hotels on here this bad! People screaming and banging alright. Room smelled so bad fridge was dirty. But roaches crawling Al over that night really! Bed so cheap and old the coils it was like sleeping on a damn box spring firm as hell! You charge almost 100 dollars for this! Nothing!
- Yurii (2/5): - Location, affordable price A foul smell in the room and hallways. Crawling cockroaches. A complete lack of any utensils—what's the point of a kitchenette in the room anyway?
- Rebecca (1/5): - Microwave in room and nice staff The room was dirty. Dirt in tub and floor. And bug on wall and hair in the bed. I just left.
- Amy (1/5): I got there, unpacked, got ready for bed, went to turn off the lights and looked in the sink and on the countertops, and - Location There were cockroaches in my room walking around having a good ole time!!!!
- Dawn (10/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and understanding. Notta. It was perfect
- Forister (5/5): My stay was the equivelent of a jail cell that I could leave. - There was not a breakfast. The hotel was stripped of anything nice. The hotel was a flop house for transient workers or people visiting the drug clinic next door. I understand why it was so very cheap. next time I will stay closer to my activities. This was the worse. I guess I will change my attitude about your business.
- mayne (10/5): -
- Dan (8/5): Fine but… - Overall the stay was fine, saw a cockroach in the hallway on my way to check out.
- Bennygirl (7/5): A place to sleep - Friendly staff and great location My room was hot even with A/C because it was working properly. The towel weren't white but tan due to stains, and the barking from the dogs when tried was horrible
- michael (3/5): - staff was helpful COCKROACHES, no shampoo , no toilet paper, no coffee in room, or lobby, 1st room had not been cleaned and bed had not made.
- andrea (1/5): - Have been charged 250 USD after leaving. Trying to contact, no reply. Passing the case for legal dispute
- Mikah (2/5): - Bed sheets/comforter/pillow cases not washed and cleaned. Put a shirt over the pillow case, slept on top of the sheet. Cockroaches, killed about 6 in the room alone. Bed spring was broke on one side so you slanted off the bed if not in the middle. Just provide a bar of soap and no extra toilet paper. Would definitely not recommend.
- Williams (2/5): -
- VENKATESH (4/5): - Corridor, elevators stinks very bad, seriously concerned about possible health issues here. Room is dirty, refrigerator had all dirt spots all over the door, I was scared to touch it. Bathroom faucet, shower, tap all rusty and dirty I won’t dare to go here again.
It’s such a good location and brand surprised see how poorly it is maintained.
- Patricia (10/5): - The staff are fantastic and the rooms very clean.
- Eaves (10/5): - Clean and nice workers Beds are a bit small for a couple but nothing too crazy
- Klein (8/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - The beds were very comfortable. They have Dish Network in the rooms, so you cannot get local stations. But if you have a Netflix or YouTube account, you can watch on the TV. The rooms were a bit dirty. Especially the floor.
- Brenda (6/5): - Has
- jasmine (10/5): -
- Abdelkrem (6/5): - There is no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom also there is no breakfast as mentioned in their website
- Li (5/5): -
- Brackins (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (4/5): - For personal reasons, the stay was adequate. However,
- Jasmine (7/5): Good -
- Tommey (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk was closed when I arrived had to go elsewhere There wasn't any complaints
- ami (2/5): - The staff was friendly. The area is a bit sketchy and the room had multiple roaches! The staff did not question my claim about the bugs and issued a refund no questions asked
- Len (1/5): New Jack City - Staffing Tv not working the shower lever was broken had to take baths and the beds was like sleeping on a bunk bed the hallways was disgusting and smells awful
- Amanda (4/5): - Room had a mouse trap/bug traps in it. TV didnt work at first. Floor was sticky! Booked for 3 adults and one baby and there were 2 towels in the room. When ask for more they stated we needed to bring them down before we could get more. Then was told they are short on towels and would wash the 2 and give them back. What a joke!!!! Theres no smoking but the whole hotel smells of weed! Killed what looked like 2 cockroaches! People party all night in the parking lot!
- Nathan (4/5): - Our check in experience was negative, as we had to wait quite a while for a night attendant (10:45pm) to arrive and check us in. Once the attendant arrived, he took his time with the process, but no issues getting the room assignment and keys. The room was clean enough, but had an unpleasant musty smell, and there were no washcloths and no shampoo in the bathroom. We found a small palmetto bug near the window, but that can be hard to avoid near openings, and he rest of the room was fairly clean, so we ignored that. Lots of noise in the lobby and outside the building, but it didn't continue very late into the night.
- Omri (10/5): - Great hotel
- Lawrence (6/5): - It was fine
- Stephanie (5/5): Passable -
- Collin (2/5): - Very unclean, short staffed,
- Alyssa (4/5): - There is no ice machine on the premises, the room smelled funky and the floor was not swept upon arrival. The appliances pictured in the listing are misleading, they work but the fridge was covered in rust and the microwave plate constantly shifted when in use. The bed frames lifted off the ground when you sat down and other guests were not curteous with noise level starting at overall it looks poorly managed and not kept up.
- Jackson (6/5): Not a fan. - Location. Maintenance man was friendly. We were there for 9 days. We only saw someone in the office only two times. They said to use the phone on the wall and call if it is important. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. They do not clean your room until you leave and asked us to haul off our own trash. We had to ask the maids for a second roll of toilet paper and had to turn in 2 towels to get 2 clean ones. I have never stayed in an extended stay motel before but it is not for me. There were many construction type workers staying there and who ever stayed above us was noisy.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Omri (10/5): - Employment so kind so nice always clean. Very quiet. I recommend this place.
- Carol (10/5): - The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean & well appointed. Would love to have had a coffee maker. Will stay again:)
- Mabus (1/5): Your motel is the worst 😭 - Unprofessional service and staff treated me poorly and then stalked my room and I will never get a room again frfr get better staff not unprofessional All of it was dirty sink leaked
- Tony (1/5): Bad - Pet friendly Just paid over $550 for a week never had a problem up until Sunday April 13th got woken up early morning being accused of smoking in the room I don't smoke so the manager left and five minutes later she came back to evict us and we didn't get any refund
- Carmony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (6/5): Outside of my exceptional interactions with Shaneice the other staff always seemed confused. - There was no breakfast provided at this location. I didn't like having to experience the roach infestation. I feel that for the price that I payed I shouldn't have to experience roaches in my room.
- Trina (2/5): - What the extended day through Expedia when I got there, I could not check in because they did their night audit and it wouldn’t let me check in so I want my refund. They did it on their end. They need you to do it on your end Expedia.
- Brittany (6/5): - They gave me a charge for late check out but I checked out at 10:15 am. Left my card on the front desk because nobody was there after 5 minutes….other than that, my stay was great.
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Destiny (2/5): - Mean staff, they didnt have room availability but let me book it.
- Joshua (1/5): The worst property dirty - Nothing Everything I did third party billing and received no communication
- Brennan (1/5): Bad - Bed bugs and dirty rooms, extra $100 deposit per room not told about until arrival.
- Nika (4/5): - Check in took FOREVER, even tho there was only one person in front of us. Then we were rudely informed of the non negotiable $100 deposit (even tho we already paid, and there was no mention of this on the website).
As we left ON TIME, I stopped at the front desk to make sure they knew we were leaving. The next day I realized they only refunded a portion of the deposit- the reason stated… LATE CHECK OUT?!?!
The only nice part about this stay was the person that fixed this error and refunded the rest of my deposit (which took 7-10 business days to come back).
Next time I’ll shop around a little more.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (1/5): Bad - Staff member named Rob made inappropriate remarks about tying up the guest for a sexual experience. Those remarks were followed by the guest being advised that he would be entering the room to do some sort of work.
The front desk lady was really cool and handled it with the tools she had but the company did not act regarding this in good faith.
- Daniels (5/5): Passable - Shaneice(Manager) IS the ONLY REASON the customer stays. The ROACH INFESTATION is and should be"uxcusable." The extended stay is too expensive for someone to deal with. Roaches are nasty and come from people not cleaning their rooms.
- Azizul (5/5): fair - Breakfast - N/A
Location - Good Room atmosphera
- Prater (1/5): Bad - The staff only. Roaches in the room. We were moved to two different rooms the first one the TV did not work and it was not clean pee still on the toilet seat filter was caked in dust in the heater window was left open refrigerator was dirty.
The second room after getting food and returning to our room we took a shower and upon coming out of the shower were greeted by roaches all over the counter area. We quickly checked out
- xavionw2025 (2/5): roaches are gross - found a roach 🪳 was going to cook breakfast and found a roach crawling over my counter all they could do was provide bug spray and not until “later in the day” roach crawled up my wall and into my cupboard and i dont think thats the only one. smh expected better than this
- Keith (1/5): Cockroach Ran Across Bed as We Entered the Room!! - Looked nice on the outside. Electrical outlet covers had not been replaced and were sitting on counter in room. There was a large cockroach that was running across the bed when we first entered the room. We turned around and left the hotel and did not stay at this hotel.
- Wendy (1/5): Disgusting - The over powering disgusting chemical smell. It was dirty, the floor was sticky. I could hear a radio all night through the bathroom area. It was gross and overpriced See above, there was nothing to like. Although the young woman at the front desk was pleasant
- Staci (1/5): Bad - I didn't end up staying I booked a room with 2 double beds. They tried giving me a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out couch. I wasn't paying over $100 a night to sleep on a pullout couch. Cancelled my room as they had no other room to give me. Left me scrambling to find a hotel. I was assured my credit card would be refunded, of which it has not. I am currently still trying to get my money back. Unacceptable!!!!
- Michael (2/5): It’s not good - Really needs cleaning and the walls need fresh paint. Floors in the room and the corridors need to be swept and mopped.
- Yoder (1/5): Bad -
- Cheri (2/5): - Roaches. Refund denied for both nights. Was only there 5 mins.
- Jims region (10/5): Clean but not maintained - It was as clean as it could be but the hotel trim and appliances were not in good shape
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This has not been a good experience.
- Jamie (1/5): Very bad - We’re prodigious and we’re unprofessional They were rude
- Jamie (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I woke up with bed bug bites and bugs all over me and in the bed. I was loved to a different floor and room and that room had roaches. The staff was extremely nice but they should’ve definitely been notifying people of this issue
- Verified traveler (2/5): - You have roaches
- Smith (1/5): It was wonderful until that bad apple of the bunch showed up. - I love the housekeepers they were wonderful so we’re all the staff except one I don’t like the way things were handled today. Very unprofessional. Refused me an itemized statement charged me 3000 for 3 weeks my son had a meltdown due to the rude clerk. We were kicked out due to the staff 1 staff. 1bad apple ruins the bunch. The the 2 lady housekeepers were wonderful they asked if they could assist me several times. And the lady behind the desk not only refused my bill she was rude enough about it that my son was melting. He slammed the door out of rage due to her attitude. And when I was approached my management as she was there she told
Me to leave they called the cops they gave me an hour made my autistic son sit in the car yes he is almost 21. That still doesn’t give an employee of ur the right to criticize us in any way or be little us at all and both of these factor were in play. It all started over her attitude about my son booking a room the day before because of a mistake. She fought with me told me I was lying so I showed her and all she did excuse my language but bitched about everything she could and I don’t care if my son is almost 21. It’s his money they are taking and as I have told all the staff 3 weeks ago he was autistic. There was no talking about this. And I’m sorry I do believe I should have at least been entitled to speak my side. Like I said all the other lady’s and mantaince man we wonderful it was that one apple that spoiled us all. So the cops came they trespassed me and my son. I had to pack all my stuff as my son was told not to go in the building. As he was sitting out there he was starting to melt as he feared I was going to jail. I cop came up with me. I got my stuff my room was left spotless I mean spotless and we left. I don’t know who to talk to as today the owner was there and I asked staff to speak with him they told me he left and once again was another lie as he was just pulling off just before the cops came.
- Smith (10/5): I stayed here 3 weeks was wonderful the 4 week was a living hell - Great place at this time Na
- Smith (10/5): Very friendly manager was awesome we had an excellent time thanks a bunch - All of it N/a
- Arnoldo (2/5): Very poor - Didn’t have breakfast I’ve got charged Two-Hundred and Fifty dollars
For smoking and l don’t smoke in room.
I roll cigarets but l don’t smoke in room. Why would l want to be charged 250$ to smoke in room. Make it make sense. I stayed with you guys in the past for a month and never smoked in room
Sincerely, Arnoldo Rodriguez
