• Yvette (10/5): Guest - Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

• Edward (2/5): Was not impressed with my stay. - The lady that checked me in was very nice and let me check in an hour early. That is the only positive thing I have to say. There was no desk staff after 9 pm. The window was closed and shuttered. The room looked and felt like a college dorn room in disrepair. There were no curtins on the 4th floor room I was given. The lights from the busy street shown in the window all night long. There was only one of two light fixtures working. The toilet was covered in dried paint, the seat was not the same size as the bowl, and the water in the toilet tank ran all the time. The furnishings in the room were in disrepair, like missing drawers. There was no closet, only a wire shelf mounted to the wall in the corner above the TV. There was no WIFI working. You had the choise of basic WIFI, (it did not work), or you had to pay at least $4.99 a day, for the next WIFI tier and there was a limit to only one devise. The front desk was closed when I went to check out at 8 am. I had to slip the card keys under the metal shudders over the window as I left.

Staff wore wrinkled uniforms and were sitting outside talking to ppl or on their phone. We had to evacuate from Florida and they charged us for the whole stay plus a $50 deposit for our dogs which there was no mention of. They don’t answer the phone, the 1 time they did it was after 1pm and manager was to call me back. Never did. I went there to see manager and she was “gone”. Had to stay somewhere else and still no refund. Terrible way to do ppl. Corporate needs to monitor their properties.

The Manger of this hotel and your company should be ashamed of yourself to have this so be called hotel on here for discounts this is a raggedy place that needs to be demolished. No kept up Appliances, floor nasty, bed hard and nasty, mold every where, dirty sheets I had to put on myself. After that I walk away from this motel

• Allie (2/5): - This was HORRENDOUS!! We didn’t get a sofa bed in our original room, so switched rooms, and our new room with two beds was the worst I’ve EVER stayed in. We had to go a whole night with no privacy blinds, we asked for trash cans for three days and never got one, there were roaches and bugs everywhere, no doorknob on our bathroom, no towel wrack, and bugs all over the bathtub and shower. If I could give negative stats I would. I asked for the manager to call about a refund and still have heard nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable and still want a refund. This was a complete ripoff.

The entire room looked as if it was built-in the middle of a ghetto, and it was because 6 cop cars arrived to arrest 2 prostitutes who were dealing crack at the hotel parking lot. The entire hotel smelled musty and cigarette smoke.It was disgusting.
• Ginia Weaver (8/5): Great on a budget - It was a great price for having a kitchenette. There were no utensils of any kind but I brought coffee supplies from home and purchased microwavable food from the nearby Kroger. I never walk barefoot in any hotel I stay at so I always have flipflops. The non carpeted area did sound sticky under the shoes but I never felt it so can't confirm. The bed was very firm but comfortable. You have to use your key card to enter the building, even a locked door after the check in area. I always felt safe in the building as a solo female traveler. There was a homeless guy outside the building one day but he didn't approach me and I didn't feel unsafe. There is no housekeeping which was fine with me on my 3 night stay. I didn't need extra towels but not sure how you would get them if you did. There was no one at the lobby window during the mornings when I was there. The hotel was close to the convention center where I was working and made meals cheap for the trip because of the kitchenette so it was an excellent deal for me. Even though I saw one tiny roach on the table on the first night, I would consider staying here again for a business trip.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Been staying there 8 years... 3 times a year (March, September, & December). I had to wait for nearly an hour on the cart to be found to carry my luggage to my room When it gets as found in laundry room, it was extremely hard to push because it had flat tires. I'm disabled and it really hurts my poor back to get moved in and to exit...

• Alexis (10/5): Check my comment out - I checked in late two lady’s where there to assist me when I called to question my booking told me that they were closed but got me a room for check in around 12:30pm great people and my stay was incredible nothing but great service.

• broc (2/5): No Hot Water; Marginal Internet and leanliness - A tad expensive for a "bare bones" budget hotel and the "lobby/checkin" location is more like a police precinct HQ. The wifi is 1990s strength and speed is unsatisfactory any time there are more than a handful of guests in the building. All that is marginally unsatisfactory, but the reason no one should ever stay in this hotel if there are any other options is that the hot water heater doesn't work adequately. Anytime between 7 pm and 10 pm, there simply wasn't hot water. The front desk answer: "Wait a couple hours. There are too many people taking showers." Maybe in a third world country, but in America? Really? If I hadn't experienced it, I wouldn't have believed it was possible

When I arrived at the hotel and waiting an additional 30 minutes after check-in time there was no room clean and available. The manager Marsha was very rude and disrespectful about not having room ready. This booking had been made for 2weeks. This experience was dreadful..... If these are the type of places that you offer on your website, I would never use the site again.

I cannot believe booking.com would advertise such a horrible hotel. The room smelled awful! The refrigerator was dirty, the toilet ran all night; dead roach beetles were found in the bathroom floor. The bathroom tile on the floor was missing and the carpet was stained and coming up. The cabinets were off and precious guest had written all over it. What makes it worse, as we were packing up to leave, two brown roaches were crawling in the ceiling in the room. This studio hotel needs serious renovations.

Refrigerator looked like it never been cleaned on the outside stained up and very nasty looking,microwave had spots all in and a big hole where looked like something blew up in it .. we work at night and get off early in the am and there are people who live here and are loud and obnoxious and dont treat their neighborswith respect and when we get back to the room in the morningswe just wanted to take showers and go to sleep bug they wouldnt even have towels or wash cloths availablewe would have to wait for them to clean rooms and wash them...i would not recommend this hotel to a homeless person,probably be more comfortable sleeping in a tent on river bank somewhere
