- OReda (9/5): - Comfort and Safety.
The staff was very accommodating. I don't have any at this time
- OReda (9/5): - A place of safety and quiet No complaints
- OReda (9/5): My stay was highly enjoyable, thanks to the exceptionally courteous and accommodating staff. - I love how spacious the room is. It feels like a home away from home literally. Room services.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Muy buena - Muy bueno y muy amables
- Maurice (9/5): -
- jayson (7/5): No HOT water - So the only complaint that I have is that the water does not get hot at all. Not in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink. And especially not the shower. I actually heard several people complaining about the same issue. I LOVE my HOT showers and it is a must have for me. Not sure if I will be staying any more nights here or not
- Kelly Lynn (3/5): - Price was lower, quiet location. Run down,. It is a mini suite with full fridge, sink, 2 burner stove, micro. No coffee maker nor dishes. If you want those, you have to text them at the desk. No hairdryer, not even any to borrow, rent from desk.
- Flores (10/5): -
- John (10/5): -
- Rachel (3/5): - Security measures Not having hot water to bathe. I had two surgeries this week and navy showers suck!!!! Google it!!!!
Things were falling apart!! Towel rack above toilet was barely on the wall. Vent in ceiling was missing screws and loose. It made me feel unsafe
People started knocking on doors for no reason around 6 am repeatedly. I couldn't get rest for surgery because the noise
- Lbrown12 (5/5): - The area that is in it's nice and it's around a lot of stuff that's convenient I did not like how you had to pay a fee when staying more than one day to get towels and washcloths I did not like how you never can get in touch with the front desk no one ever answers the phone I did not like how housekeeping do not come and ask do you need your room cleaned or anything you just have to do it yourself I don't like that but other than that it was okay to stay the prices was okay in the area that is in is great
- Isaac (1/5): Terrible. Never stay here again if I had to sleep in my car - Nothing Terrible bed. Had to pay for a fork. Bad shower. Room smelled like cigarettes. Floors were sticky. Blinds had smoke residue.

- Tim (5/5): We were in town do to mother being in hospital. Only slept and showered. At the price point it fit our needs would stay - The price was good and the staff were pleasant. Fit our needs. Was able to sleep and get rest. The bed was uncomfortable and moved a lot as it was just a simple metal frame in the middle of the floor. Cabinets could be updated as well as the cook tops. Shower head sprayed water all over bathroom had to wrap towel around shower head to stop. Maintenance tried fixing it but still leak a little.
- Nancy (10/5): Staff was wonderful - Everything Nothing
- Hershella (1/5): It was pretty uncomfortable because we paid for two beds and only got one they we more than one person and it was very d - Nothing I paid for two beds and they give me a room with one queen bed The guy that check us in was very rude and is was dirty

- Kritiballab (7/5): -
- Terry (8/5): -
- Diana (6/5): - Location and price Bathroom needs attention. Shower curtain rod was half off and the floor in front of bathtub was low and weak. Obviously a water leak.

- Girdler (1/5): - Nothing, I was treated like a disease. I have never in my life been looked down on and disrespected to my face that I questioned if this was a prank show, or one of those YouTube videos. I will never (not that they mind at all) stay here again. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever to book with them. God the list could hot on and on
- Andrea (8/5): - Friendly staff, quick check in, room clean & tidy..
- Tracy (6/5): - Convince- Bad water pressure - toilet wouldn't flush or fill back ip after flushing.

- Linda (1/5): - Clean The hot water is never hot enough
- Gaines (10/5): -
- Deanna (2/5): - Good location The linens stunk, the bed was lopsided and there was roaches.
- tammy (1/5): Would not ever go back. - No staff available at check-in. Police were in and out all night long for disturbances from other guests. This appears to be a place that attracts a lot of criminal activity.
- Howard (5/5): - Didn't fall in all of the ice Ice ice baby¡!!!!!! Very dangerous & at one point there was two doors that couldn't be used so that made a longer walk on the dangerous ice
- samuel (10/5): -
- Aleta (10/5): - Everything
- Melinda (8/5): Comfortable and clean - It’s in good location .. Few Meth monster roaming every night !!
- Blakley (1/5): Never again - There was no ice machine, no silverware, the blinds were torn, you could hear everything and everyone.
- Michelle (9/5): -
- Jessica (5/5): -
- Scott (1/5): Very upsetting, I do have a picture, I gave the dead one to the staff in the morning. - There was no breakfast, like it said in the advertisement. If there hadn't been any cockroaches, soon as we walked into our room. I was so pissed, I have never seen them in person, however my wife has and confirmed it was a cockroach.
- frank (2/5): Don't stay here - Nothing not even close to a highway 😔😔 No ice machine. The hotel had no internet. Front desk said they don't deal with it you have to call the company to get it. What crap that is.Theres no lobby. You go through a door into a 4x10 hallway and a lock door other end.Girl beyond a glass window checks you in.Not friendly or feel welcome. No restaurants around. Your in a residential area .Never heard of a hotel not having internet you have to the company is mind blowing.
- Sandy (1/5): - No breakfast The staff
- Kenneth (10/5): - It was alright.
- David (10/5): -
- Campbell (8/5): Great, if you packed a skillet. - Great location, clean hotel. The nickel-and-diming. $10 a week for usable wifi. $20 a week for the privilege of using one of their coffee pots.
- Cooper (7/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Porche (7/5): - It was quite and clean
- Lester (10/5): - It was peaceful and quiet The weed smell
- Tim (7/5): -
- Jimmy (10/5): -
- Paisley (8/5): -
- Scott (10/5): The stay was great - Great Na
- Hogelin (10/5): - The security. You have to use your key card to gain access to the hallway then the same key card to gain access to your room. Didn't know where to drop off trash but also didn't ask. Will ask front deck next time.
- Aaron (1/5): - The staff walked into the room while I was getting dressed I yelled wait a minute but then continued to walk into the room and plus gave me an attitude.
- Vieyra (1/5): -
- Casey (6/5): -
- Howard (7/5): - There was a total of 3 bugs I had to kill while a stayed for a week. The blinds were broken & people could see into the room. Never had any fresh towels they need to better take care of their guests. This place was quite most of our stay.
- Chelsea (1/5): Never stay there - I liked that the door is locked at least although staff gave anyone a key to any room they asked for without any kind of identification. That they had people staying there that were throwing heroine at people in the elevator selling drugs left and right claim they discounted me when my dogs left never did so I paid for not having dogs then I just paid for another week that exact same day someone else knocked on my door asked me for drugs. I told him I needed to leave. She said it was not our fault and she did not refund me Seven days that’s a total of 400 and some dollars with dogs that I don’t even have.
- Tripure (10/5): -
- Ricky (1/5): -
- Janie (2/5): - Noything Everything
- Stewart (10/5): - Location Nothing
- Sky (2/5): Very poor conditions all around. - Good location to everything Entire building reeks of cigarettes and weed.
- Keyara (1/5): -
- Eric (7/5): Peaceful - I liked everything about the place nice quiet peaceful The shower wasn't too good
- Andrew (3/5): Would not recommend this place. - Location was ok, breakfast n/a Stated this was a non-smoking room but the minute the door to the hall was opened, the smoke smell was overwhelming. There were wrinkles on the bedding, looking like they were not fresh & clean. No coffeemaker, only 2 Styrofoam cups and no extra commodities provided.
- Whitney (6/5): - I like the fact that it was secure like in order to get where the rooms are you had to have a room key. The staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like the beds weren’t very comfortable, but overall, it was a good stay. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but other than that, everything was good
- Jennifer (4/5): - Bed is hard and the pillows were as flat as the bed.. no comforter and very loud park lot. I was on the first floor and people slmmed their room doors all hours of the night. Cars playing loud music all hours or the night
- Tammy (2/5): - The room stank. The wifi, advertised as free, was only available for one device, and then after being on hold for 30 minutes with an outside vendor. The clerk was pleasant but dismissive. The room had an apt size fridge, and stovetop, and a microwave, but you had to buy a coffee maker? The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. One bed was so close to the wall it made it nearly inaccessible on one side. This one is now on my ‘never again’ list.
- Tammy (2/5): - When we entered the room, it stunk. Once we turned on the AC and aired it out a bit, it was tolerable. The WiFi gave continuous errors with a number to call. After being on hold for 20 minutes, we finally spoke to a human being. Only one device could access the WiFi with paying extra. The desk clerk was dismissive about the whole issue. “Yeah, that’s what happens. There nothing I can do about it.”
The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. One of the beds was so close to the wall, you could barely access that side of the bed.
Overall, a bad experience. We are checking this one in the ‘never again’ column.
- Kathleen (9/5): -
- Stewart (9/5): -
- Cheryl (8/5): - There wasn’t any breakfast! If was I didn’t have any!
- Michael (8/5): - Very noisy
- Susie (6/5): - Noisy all night. Smells bad
- Tonya (2/5): - The manager on duty had to leave the desk to see if the room I had reserved was clean because the assist manager hadn’t done that earlier that day. House keeping came after check in to bring toilet paper. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a blow dryer in the bathroom and the description when booking did not indicate this was an extended stay. I would not have booked it And someone tried to enter my room the next morning while I was still in bed before check out
