- Fernando (4/5): - This is a low budget Extended Stay hotel. We selected this option because it had a kitchen and there were no supplies to cook any food. We asked for a pot or a pan at the front desk and it was going to cost $40 to buy one from them. This is ridiculous!

- Pauline (6/5): - Basic economy hotel in a good location. Needs updates but again, expected for the price. The saving grace was the front desk staff, Brianna. She was super friendly, very helpful on multiple occasions during the week stay, and kind enough to work with us on a late check out last minute. Just a joy to work with in every way and she is a a great asset to the hotel and deserves a raise :-)

- Adam (1/5): - Nothing The room smelled sour. I found discarded toe nails on the floor next to the bed. The television glitched the whole time so I was unable to watch TV. When attempted check in and check out, the staff shut the desk window and could not be located for an extended period of time. I was left waiting until they returned with no knowledge of how long it would take. This occurred with other customers as well. No breakfast was provided. An absolute waste of money!! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Gave me a room that fridge was broke, no blankets, felt dirty, said coffee machine was broke for weeks. I know it's a budget hotel but stay at the extended stay across the street. Way better!

The gentlemen on staff did communicate that he was running behind but I had an entire line of people behind me also waiting. On top of that, all of my towels were dirty, looked like they were run over by something and there was splatter all over the wall

- Sherri (3/5): Poor - It was the worst experience because of you guys you guys charge my bank account and they turn and they charge my cash app so I got charged twice so I didn't have enough money to do anything during the vacation it was the refrigerator was broken the freezer was broken all my food went bad nobody would switch my rooms because they were busy and they told me just to check out well I couldn't because obviously I had nowhere to check out too because I had no money back in and you still have nothing to show you that you charge me twice and you guys not good enough I always use booking.com and set upset with his company I need somebody to fix this problem

Please do not waste your money on this hotel! We went in the room and could not brieathe. The smoke smell was so thick and there was an ash try on the counter. We selected a non smoker hotel. We did not stay and did not get our money refunded. This place should be shutdown. Pleas x a thousand to not waste your money.

I ordered a non-smoking room and was told they only had smoking rooms available. The smoke was so thick, you could see it. I left immediately and drove the remainder of the way home. As the property was not as advertised and I did not spend the night, I believe I should have a refund. Please respond.

- P (1/5): Not ever again. - Location Everything. I got there and I was told that the room I booked (20 min earlier on the app) was no longer available. I was offered a two bed instead, with an overcharge of like $20, even that when on the app was showing the same price. Room was clean however it smells as old tobacco. Beds were... army beds. If you know you know. Awful doesn't describe it. Ac/heater unit is LOUD. Every time that starts is like a damm truck turning on. I ended up leaving a few hours later. Couldn't stay the whole night there. If could get my money back I would.

Asked twice for basic things you would expect a hotel to have, and both times was told no. Asked for 30 extra minutes checkout on a Sunday, a SUNDAY, so it was not like people were coming in and out, yet I was told no. No way I can recommend this place. It wasn't terrible but I would try to find someone else

- Phillip (4/5): My stay in the city was great! My stay at WoodSpring Suites could have been much better. - I have stayed at this hotel before and was familiar with the location. The last stay was fine. Quiet, not a lot of traffic and the smell was neutral. Not bad, not great. Rooms were clean and staff great! This stay, there was a lot more traffic at the hotel. The first issue was the strong smell of marijuana in and around the elevator. Second, the non-smoking room I asked for also had a strong smell of marijuana, making it almost impossible to sleep that night. The following morning I asked for a different room, which was given. The smell was better, but there were repairs that need to be made to the room. Missing doors & drawers in the furniture. The door to the hallway would not lock by just closing it. It had to be closed 4, 5 or 6 times before it would lock coming in and going out. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, they should not have to address these problems in the first place. I question weather I'll use this hotel in the future.

Internet is $4.99 a day but says free on-property amenities. Breakfast is coffee. I ordered a queen-sized bed for two and they gave us a standard bed. We are two women so entering our room after we left to leave the towels that we did not ask for made us uncomfortable. We had the room for two nights but were so disappointed that we did not stay the second night.

The hallways and rooms had a bad smell, mainly the hallways, i held my breath walking through. No staff from 11pm to 7am which i thought was strange and thankfully we got there early enough. The staff who was there to check us in was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. It was a one night stay so not bad but would pay extra to stay in one of the surrounding hotels next trip.

Only warm water for shower and poor water pressure. Only hand soap bar provided and no other toiletries including tissues.
