- Verified traveler (6/5): - Buena ubicacion. Habitacion amplia Los baños y duchas, terriblemente chicos y sin mantenimiento. No habia espacio para dejar ni la toalla ni un cepillo de dientes. El agua no salia caliente correctamente. Las taquillas para guardar las pertenencias se encontraban en los pasillos, no en la habitacion (y cabia solo el dinero). En la habitacion no habia donde guardar nada.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - いつも部屋のトイレも共同トイレもトイレットペーパーがない。チェックインの時にレセプションに伝えたが、後から補助するからと言ってそのまま忘れており、ハウスキーパーも清掃には毎日入ってくれているが何日も補充せず。最終日に違うレセプションの人に言ったらすぐに補充してくれた。 シャワーが壊れていてもそのまま。水圧弱い。シャワー室の鍵も壊れており防犯面はない。 部屋は4階だったがエレベーターがなく、レセプションが地下1階なため、重い荷物を5階分持って上がらないといけなかった。

Only good comment I can say about this place is the excellent location; on the edge of Hyde Park, not far from city centre.

But, this area is like challenging place ! So many labors and biginner immigrants looks like living in here such as a Middle East , India , parkistaniseand Africa! Hostel staffs are kind and warm hearted ! But, the system is like home not a youth Hostel :; not organized well :; The hostel need to be painted front entrance and Bolcony on the first floor ! Ladder was on the wall constantly:; looks so not nice ~ and hostel needs to provide some chairs at a some area so People can have a relax in stead of stairs outside ! Some customers are smoking so bad and they are always drunk at some point! Some people bothers girls even though they show no interested in them and actually They are living in this hostel! So uncomfortable!!! I saw rat in the kitchen and refrigerator smell so bad ! Although staffs are nice but, this hostel needs to show exact pictures and not exaggerating! I thought that this hostel is like YHA but, it was not !!! I believed the picture was shown ... far from it ! Price is great for 1, 2 days staying not a long term staying!!!

- Anne (4/5): Pour des jeunes aimant le collectif. - Attention. Ce n'est pas un hôtel au sens français. Plutôt une auberge de jeunesse. Propre mais très vieillot. Trop cher pour les 4m2 de la chambre au 4 étage sans rangements. Douches individuelles et lavabos collectifs. WC communs(toujours propres). Ils se définissent comme une '' vie en collectivité ''. Petit déjeuner correct et copieux. On lave son bol à la fin. Par contre très bien placé pour 3 accès métro.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - One word to describe this place: Trap. To start you get out of the subway station and you don't feel safe, just a feeling. When you get to this place you walk downstairs into a hall, at the beginning there's a door to your left, that's the "baggage storage" room, there's no control on that room, they give you the key, somebody can leave one piece of luggage there and take 10 if they want. A little bit farther on the left there's the check in front desk and on your right a tv room, I got there early around noon and luckily couldn't check in. There were 3 or 4 guys sitting on the tv room staring at me, obviously they are not tourists (who goes to visit London and sits to watch tv at noon?), this guys look they will steal a bar of soap if they have a chance. They don't have an assigned locker to each bed, they have some lockers on the "tv room", I saw them and they look you can fit about 3 or 4 laptops (without the case) on top of each other, that big. And that's the farthest I went, didn't stay there, spent the rest of the evening looking for a place to stay, so I can't tell you anything about the rooms or the showers, maybe the beds are super great, the showers super clean with good water pressure. I don't care, they can keep my money. You can call me prejudiced it's alright, if you don't believe my comment go there and find out by yourself.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Two nights - The service was great, breakfast was okay for it's price and good location near a lot of restaurants and the metro. The bad things were that the bathrooms were always really wet (they should clean them often), also I saw a cockroach in one bed... And the last one which was not their fault I guess, is that the wifi wasn't working on my third day there.... Overall it was good for the price.

It has a fantastic kitchen that you can cook and fridges to store food. and all the staff are very welcoming, its constantly cleaned and I mean cleaned. Every single member of staff work tirelessly and are always on hand too help if you need it, This has to be the best hostel in the area as I have heard bad reports about the others. I stayed in 4 bed dorm which was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. they have lockers for valuables near reception. I have left my stuff laying around and at no time I have felt wary doing this. The area surrounding has a vast number of bars and shops and plenty of places to eat. Great place to stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Good staff, but not clean - The bathrooms are very small and it can take a while before you can get a chance to use it.24 room dorm is very crowded and noisy. The beds are literally spring mattress and there is a cushion sheet over it to make you feel a little better. The sheets have stains on it..so it looks like they don't wash the material properly. Breakfast is cereals and bread with butter. Lockers are downstairs and you kinda have to store material at your own risk. I saw random people walking in and out of the hostel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Look for another hostel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No Artwork Needed To Exhibit ROAMING NOMAD@Gallery - Great location, for shops,restaurants, tubes/buses. Nice breakfast, lovely shared kitchen. The whole place is brand newly decorated but a lot more thought and effort needs to go into designing the toilets and showers.
- Melanie (6/5): - It was closer to Baywater underground than my gps told me! :-) Staff is super. I was in a 8-beds rooms. Found it mostly secure. Breakfast with toast and coffee was just enough. Once you figure it out the Underground, it's so close to the main tourist attractions and Hyde park is awesome! Coffee shop and Groceries stores around the corner. It reminds me of my time at the dorms during my college years 10 years ago ! People are friendly. And the noise from the kitchen stops around 11pm. Earplug will do the rest. I was on the third floor. Overall a good experiences. With super staff.
- Steve (4/5): Avoid really - Staff rude as got asked when I was leaving even though I had another night there. Room was roasting, too hot to sleep. Shower and loo rooms were stupidly small and lighting was useless. Beds seemed like they were given away to hostels also no bedding for quilts?? Area is great and the only advantage to booking this hostel but really there are much better nearby
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent place, worth a stay - I booked a bed in a 4 bed room with shared bathroom. At first I was surprised that it doesn't seems to have that many bathroom but I never had a problem finding a bathroom when I need it. Breakfast is very basic, cereal, toast, jam, milk but it was adequate. The room itself is pretty clean and decently well maintained. The hostel is just within 2 blocks from the bayswater underground station so location is excellent. It's located on a supposedly quiet street but cars still seems to generate good amount of noise. WIFI was decent

- Anthony (6/5): Very Hot - The staff were very helpful with check-in but the layout of the hostel was confusing and resulted in very warm rooms at the top floor. There is no air conditioning which can make for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, the shower was broken so there was only hot water which was too hot or comfort. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. For a room of six, there were only two plugs and these were near only one set of beds.
- Kenny (6/5): budget backpackers should consider - Overall, consider it is a Hostel, it is a reasonable stay. However, the Wifi is non-existent at room, the bathroom is small and can use some upkeeping. The location is excellent, the Keningston Palace is just a short walk away, Tesco, M&S, restaurants are all over the place. Tube and buses are just around the corner.
- Cathie (6/5): Just okay - Not terrible for one night, but nothing amazing either. It's kind of pricey for what you get, but that's average for London I found. They have a luggage room. The beds aren't that comfortable. My room has a large window. There weren't very many bathrooms for how many rooms there were so it was a little bit of a wait. I don't think they gave towels which is a bit nuts. Breakfast was just okay. Not a ton of variety, but at least there was something.
- Mandy (4/5): Good for solo travellers! - I arrived and the staff immediately wanted to charge me for my stay, even though I already paid through Expedia. Thankfully, everything got sorted. Hostel was OK, however, I wish they'd warn us about the flight of stairs we had to take before reaching the room - if you have a heavy suitcase, you're going to get quite a workout. The beds are super noisy - as a frequent traveller, I don't think I've stayed in bunk beds that made so much noise when you turn... Rooms were super hot because of heating, making the air very stale. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. AMAZING location, minutes from Central Line and next to Kensington Gardens.

- Cherie (6/5): Excellent location - Gallery Hyde Park was in a great location, right by two subway stops. The staff was fantastic- friendly, helpful, couldn't ask for better. They even set up a free breakfast every morning! The beds in the room were a bit squeaky. If one person moved in the bunk bed, the whole bed shook. There were only a few bathrooms & showers in the hostel, which was a bit of a problem in the morning and night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible dorm beds and generally grubby - There's a courtyard in the centre of the hostel, a nice place to relax... that is until anyone in the hostel flushes a toilet and you can smell the bodily waste passing closely by. Nice kitchen, small TV room where storage lockers are located. Some bathrooms were clean, some stank of ammonia having not been cleaned in a long time. Could do with 1-2 additional bathrooms considering the number of beds. The bunk beds were the super cheap metal frames that creak at the slightest movement - exactly the type you hope not to find in dorm rooms if you require any sleep. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The location was reasonable, being close to the Circle Line and Hyde Park. I couldn't recommend staying in this hostel, although in London you tend to pay a lot for little.
- Monika (6/5): If you don't mind dirty shower room stay there. - Low value overall. Dirty bathrooms,small TV room, narrow main staircase. Somebody switch smoke alarm at 6AM. Very funny :-( All smells from kitchen could smell in my room. Note for Manager: maybe you should pay your cleaners more, then they will do their work properly.
- Douglas (4/5): Marvellous location, many stairs - A good place with excellent staff, but you had beter enjoy climbing stairs....lots of stairs. Very close to 2,tube stations and many shops and restos.
- anthony (10/5): Prime location - Stayed for 2 nights at the end of my vacation. Very good location for traveling on the underground as there is 2 separate stations and 3 lines to have access to. Plenty restaraunt to eat at, 2 grocery stores to but food at as well. Room is spacious enough with double bunks vs triple bunked. Own bathroom for each room is nice over one bathroom for entire floor.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Squeeky beds & very narrow rooms (no wifi) - The rooms are too narrow. Barley the space to walk. So just get off your bed and walk out the room. No place to put your bags. The bunk beds were so squeeky.The slightest move they will make a sound.Very uncomfortable all night every 5 minutes one bed squeeks..And no Internet in rooms.However staff were very friendly.
- Modo (2/5): Do not stay here unless desperate - This is a slum, dirty, the place is falling apart, reminds me of student housing 30 years ago! Disgusting. Owner friendly by whatever your expectation is, this will be below it!
