- Sopida (10/5): I’m impressed. I‘ll come back next time. - Now the lobby has moved to the 3rd floor temporarily. There is an area to sit and sit and eat. The room is spacious. There are facilities. The staff is friendly. Good help. Good location, I recommend it.

- Shin Lian (3/5): Disappointed to the room we getting. - I believe this is One of the best locations at Hatyai, literally based at Lee Gardens area and Kim Yong Morning Market. Access to the most happenings places at Lee Gardens area. Provide free parking for hotel guests as well. I didn’t get the room same as the photos I saw at booking.com hotel sites. I requested at the front desk when I checked-in to make sure my request is clear but they still didn’t arrange the room same designs as what I saw on hotel booking sites. I felt kinda Disappointed on that.

- Mr (8/5): QUITE OLD HOTEL BUT IN THE GREAT LOCATION - i can check in early. tq so much to the receptionist staff to allow us to check in. My room got slow water in bathroom. i use water from the pipe for everything.

- Joana (5/5): Passable - good location at the hotel, turn left and walk to the end of the road is kim yong market, at night turn right from hotel and walk towards cross road then you can see night market there area poster that put at the lift that cannot bring outside food to the room, we have parents that cannot walk further....so it is hard just to bring them out and take them to eat because of the rule

Value for money. I would rathe say there was not much to complaint about. If i would suggest, it would be the toilet facilities. It could be upgraded for more comfort. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay for us. This was our 3rd stay in the hotel.

- 163manjular (2/5): No words to describe 🤷🏼♀️ - I didn’t even want to give it a star. From basement parking to lobby, they never provide us lift. After that, they gave us only one room card access for four person room, even that couldn’t work. All the time we have to ask the front desk to open the room door for us , this makes us really exhausting as a tourist. Even the aircond works, but not chill at all. We couldn’t even stay for a day. I will not step in this hotel again.
