- Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms are spacious and big. We took the family suite. Food was as we wanted it to be. Service was good and fast. Behavior of the hotel staff is friendly. Room service is very good. Food is delicious. Nights are completely silent so sleep quality good. Deluxe rooms are cheaper but lots of stairs to climb. WASHROOM: Spacious & simple. Neat & clean . Linen average. No toiletries, hair dryer or shave mirror. Hot water from 24-7 FOOD: great free breakfast. Satisfactory & reasonably priced. Room service was prompt & caring. This property has a dining hall (not restaurant) adjacent to reception but there are lots of good restaurants with in walking distance so it's advisable to eat out. HOUSEKEEPING: Prompt. All staff members are experienced. RECOMMENDED 100 percent

- Verified traveler (6/5): Half a star hotel at the best - Couple of problems - 1. OYO couldn't confirm the booking until very late as their system put the booking in Manual intervention(?). I was on call for like 2 hours with OYO and finally they figured out to fix it. 2. Room's toilet wasn't flushed/cleaned and didn't even have the light. 3. Room's service phone was broken. 4. Parking was on very congested street. I slept in fear that someone will bump into my car or might side scratch as the spot was too tight. 5. No sense of security.
- Narendra (2/5): Horrible experience at OYO - Horrible experience..never book OYO property on Hotels.com..had to wait for 2 hours at the reception as the hotel didn't receive confirmation from OYO. No help from OYO or Hotels.com. horrible!!
- Ankur (8/5): Nice Service by the staff - The best part is the Service. The only little problem faced is late availability of hot water for Kids bathing. Actually, instead of installing electric geysers in individual rooms they've installed one big Solar heater for the complete building. Thus, sometimes you have to wait for the hot water.
