- Ting Kai (6/5): Classic look hotel with gorgeous lobby - The outlook of the hotel is classic. Their lobby is gorgeous. However, our room is a bit old. Staff are friendly too.

- Robert (6/5): In Japan? - Oddest of hotels. It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy. A couch with stained upholstery graced one end of the room, but as there were no table or bedside lamps, there was no reason to sit on it.

- Luke (8/5): - We are not sure why there was a dog-themed event going on. The hotel was nice, staff were great, but we didn't see any indication of it beforehand and it was quite a surprise.

- Jared (4/5): - Good facility bad management. Room as shown on picture the reason I selected this place. When I checked in, they tried to put me in a poorer room w then audacity to tell me it was an upgrade. It took me an hour to straighten out the bait and switch. In the end the manager reluctantly gave me a decent room. Had I been unable to articulate in Japanese the overall experience would have been horrible.
- rie (10/5): バスルーム… - 娘と1泊しました。 部屋の芳香剤？がキツく窓を開けて換気をしました。バスルームのトイレに行くとトイレ特有の臭いがしてこれを消す為の芳香剤かな？と。 朝食をとるレストランが寒くて食べている場合ではなかったです。 ただstaffの方々はとても親切にしてくださいました。 外観も素敵で娘も臭い以外はとても気に入っていました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 駐車場の事前予約必須 - 駐車場について、事前予約が必要だったようです。 フロントにてチェックイン前に駐車場の場所を伺ったところ、事前に予約しているかの一点張り。 明示されていなかったことを伝えても、こちらに非があるような返答を何度もされて不快感を覚えました。 しかし、他の方の対応は特に問題なくとても丁寧でよかったです。

- martinc39 (8/5): A pleasant stay, good size rooms - The hotel had no electric when we arrived due to its annual check, however the staff were very good and we left our bags and went out to look around. We returned at 3 and checked in no problem, rooms were a good size and very clean with wifi too. We duped not eat at all at the hotel but had a couple of drinks in the bar upstairs.
- bubbleDC (6/5): Good location and fancy lobby but small and old room - I stayed at Hotel Raphael for 1 week when I visited Fujisawa for business. I liked the hotel location because it was a few steps from a 'OK' supermarket (grocery store) and 'family mart' (24 hr convenient store). It's only a few blocks from the train station and on the way to train station, there are many eateries like mcdonalds, KFC and other restaurants. The hotel itself wasn't impressive at all. The lobby is nice and there are many brides coming to thoel to take photos or to have make-up. The room was small and old but it has flat-screen tv and small refrigerator and desk. The breakfast was expensive (1800 yen) (not buffet) so I just went out to familymart for my breakfast. Deluxe room was more than enough for myself. Free internet was good. If you don't find anything better or cheaper, Hotel raphael is a OK hotel to stay.
