• Demonjock (10/5): - Friendly happy staff even at almost midnight when we checked in. Comfy beds. Lovely hot shower in the morning with great water pressure. Buffet breakfast. Location was only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of orchard road. Ride rooftop swimming pool area which I used had it all to myself. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Tgev4eception staff even obliged and found an extension cable board fir ys as we had a cpap machine to plug in. Lovely friendly service. No complaints

• George (9/5): Excellent. - Location behind Orchard Road was perfect, very quiet and central. Room was fine. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. Excellent staff who responded to our request within minutes and they are all polite. None.

• Annie (9/5): Clean comfortable great location great value - Very comfy bed, great water pressure in shower, great location. Clean and comfortable We enjoyed the pool area after days out exploring. Staff were very accommodating and pool towels available on request. Good value for money. Definitely recommend. Room was small but for the price no complaints from us. Our room was tucked in a corner on the 7th floor but to be honest it was nice and quiet for a big complex.

• HSINPING (9/5): 飯店地點距離購物中心與地鐵站很近，非常方便，且住宿環境安靜又乾淨，房間空間也很大，整體感覺還不錯。 - 購物方便、交通便利 房間氣味較不好聞，應該是住宿旅客所殘留的古龍水氣味久久不能散去，清潔人員有協助噴灑除臭清潔劑，有改善很多。謝謝！

• Bernard (8/5): Just needed a place to crash for a few hours as we had a lunch and a wedding dinner to attend nearby - Cheapest among all the Orchard Road stretch hotels. Near to shopping malls. Also I was lucky they allowed us to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm. Swimming pool area is a bit run down. No swimming towels provided (or at least don't have when we went there in the afternoon).

• Darius (8/5): Spacious clean room with amazing water filter built in - We loved the fact it was central. We also loved how spacious was our room. We had a nice view from our hotel room and it was a quiet room. We also appreciated that the room had its own hot and cold water filter so no need to waste plastic bottles. The gym was just one walking machine and a bike and a ball and a few weights so really not suitable for people who like to keep fit.

Кровати удобные, номера чистые, уборка каждый день. В номере есть диспенсер для воды, что очень удобно, не нужно держать в номере бутылки с водой. Так же есть USB и USB-C разъёмы для зарядки телефонов, не нужно покупать переходник для розеток.Персонал вежливый. В общем понравилось всё.

• JOA (8/5): Very helpful and friendly staff, clean property with a great location. - Location is great with a main bus stop 3 min walk away. Loads of shops within a 10mins walk and tucked away from the main road so no noise disturbance. Staff were really helpful and friendly Room was very small with nowhere to store cases (was hoping to put under the bed but no space), so we ended up having to continually move them around when we needed different parts of the room free. We were a party of 3 with 3 single beds (great), but it made the room a bit too cosy for space. There is a water heater in the room (no kettle) which is great but it's up so high that you can't actually see how much water is going into the cup and if you lower the cup, the hot water splashes over you and the counter top. A small negative as it was great to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The water heater actually dispensers cool drinking water too - not chilled, but you can always put in the fridge. The rating would have been higher if there had been better storage for cases and the water heater had been at a better height.

Despite writing to the hotel management to consider me for a refund, they refused. I don't think this is proper for a hotel in a country that prides itself as a country with almost zero corruption.

Room was average size, not too small, clean and comfortable. good buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. Swimming pool on top floor deck needs maintenance. We also had trouble with one lift to get back down but managed to find access to another lift.
