- James (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!
