• kanijo martín (9/5): Nos salvó la noche - Llegamos muy tarde por retraso en la travesía del Ferry y además tardamos en encontrarlo. Aún así la anfitriona nos ayudó a poder descansar. Al estar en zona ZTL tuvimos que dejar la moto y las pertenencias algo alejadas, pero no hubo problema. Todo fue perfecto.

• Jose Antonio (9/5): Supernice - Good location, good instructions for the check-in, which is also permitted until late, so it's very convenient if arriving on a late ferry. Full of restaurants around and close to the beach. The room where i stayed was supercomfortable. Breakfast vouchers are a plus (i loved prima spiaggia for the great capuccino and tasty croissans) I definitely recommend It.

• Joseph (7/5): Affordable and close to everything, perfect for a one night stay. - Breakfast was off site consisting of a coffee and croissant. The room was average but it wasn’t bad; acceptable for the price we paid. Didn’t use the facilities, checked in late and left early.

• berno (10/5): - Gördülékeny volt a szállás elfoglalása, a tulajdonos küldte a tudnivalókat. A vasútállomás és a kikötő is kényelmes sétatávolságra van. A szomszéd étteremben karaoke est volt, féltem, hogy nagyon be fog hallatszódni, de észre sem lehetett venni. Nem volt ilyen.
• Bernhard (6/5): War schon okay - Zentrale Lage in Civitavecchia. Leider gibt es in der Innenstadt kaum Parkplätze . Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Wir wurden mehrmals nachts durch die anderen Gäste gestört.
• Amy (10/5): - The room was a good size, really clean and tidy. It's nicely decorated and very airy with a lot of windows that all have window shades and curtains. We had breakfast included, and you get a little voucher that can be used in several places locally which we found really nice. Water pressure/temperature was inconsistent. Not a massive problem for us.

• wendy margaret (6/5): Great location for cruise terminal - Close to the port, second time we have stayed here. Very clean room Too noisy around the area, not quiet for a nights sleep. Not fault of the property but wouldn’t consider again for this reason. The time to leave the property was 10:30 am, the housekeeper was there at 08:30 to start her work. This happened last time too and she was told to go away until later!

• Nadia (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a night with so many cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Close to the t - Location was fantastic, room was clean and neat. Would be great if there was an outlet near the bed for a phone charger, but apart from that everything was good. The air conditioner was excellent. Bathroom is a bit small but fine for one person.

• sordaki (3/5): Καλή τοποθεσία, αλλά.... - It is in a very good location. Everything is close by — the port, the train station, and supermarkets. The mattresses on the beds were old and had dips. Our sleep was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower was very high, creating a risk of falling when stepping out. The bathroom bin had a broken lid, which was very annoying. Also, although there was an air conditioner, we couldn't find the remote control anywhere. The place does not provide a refrigerator.
• David (10/5): A great place in Civitavecchia before/after cruises - The B&B was in a great location between the train station and the cruise port of Civitavecchia. Our room was en suite and we shared a well-appointed kitchenette with the other guests in the apartment ~ though we were the only ones to make use of this facility. The included breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe. Nothing not to like ~ everything was as described !

Essendomi fermata una notte è stato rifatto il letto ma non è stata affatto colta l’occasione per pulire la stanza e nemmeno il bagno. Quest’ultimo era collocato fuori dalla stanza ma ciò non è stato comunicato fino al momento della conferma della prenotazione. Letto scomodissimo, assente isolamento acustico. Staff inesistente, mai incontrato nessuno.

We were very kindly allowed to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time which meant we had more time to see the city sights. We were given vouchers for breakfast which was included in the room rate, but when we got to the cafe, they said they were closed and were not serving breakfast.

• Li Nar (8/5): Bad experience with the irresponsible host - Strategic location Other room guest who arrived late after 12am mignight and was making a lots of noise like keep pressing the door bell for about half an hour. I personally feel the host should take the responsibility to make sure the guest who arrive late must acknowledge how to get into the room instead of let the guest kept pressing the door bell to disturb other guest's sleeping time in the same house. However, the host rejected to do any improvement on it when I text the host to complain about the issue.
• 108michealap (10/5): Amazing - First off let me start by saying this. When I saw all of the bad reviews on this place I hesitated to book it. However after much consideration my husband and I decided to go through with it. I am glad we did because all of those reviews seem to be wrong. We had hot water the entire stay and the water pressure was perfect. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. The shower was small but it worked for its purpose. Close to many restaurants and shops. Also close to the port if going on a cruise ship. It does get loud at night but we didn’t mind it too much. Just made sure the windows were closed and played some background noise to drown out the sounds. We had the pleasure of meeting Anna the cleaning lady many times and she was very attentive. She even took care of me while I was sick. Told me where to get medicine and what to get. She also made my husband and I pasta and brought it to our room.
