• Esther (7/5): Defraudada - Primero quiero destacar que coincido con el resto de opiniones en la amabilidad del personal y con la buena ubicación del alojamiento. Pero mi reseña no puede ser positiva porque tuve un problema, nos dejamos olvidado un aparato médico y no hemos recibido una correcta gestión por parte del alojamiento. No es un hotel con 50 habitaciones, por eso destacamos la cercanía del personal en ciertas cosas, pero si tienes 4-5 habitaciones debes dar un trato más cercano, se presupone así cuando vas a este tipo de alojamientos. Lo que dejamos olvidado es suficientemente grande para verlo al hacer la habitación (recogimos las maletas al final del día y nadie nos dijo nada). Así que nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria, las cosas van bien cuando no hay problemas pero cuando hay incidencias es cuando se ve y se demuestra la manera en la que se responde y se trata al cliente.

The apartment was very clean and modern . Great bathroom. Towels changed daily and the beds made. Great pillows!!! I shared a twin room with my daughter and thought it was smaller than the pictures showed, but very clean which is a huge positive.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux et en bonne quantité. Seul petit bémol : l'insonorisation des chambres. Parfaite sur l'extérieur mais on entend beaucoup par la porte, notamment ce qui se passe au niveau de la réception. Heureusement, comme il n'y a que quelques chambres, cela n'a pas été très gênant durant notre séjour

• Bogdan (9/5): - I had a great stay at Top Floor Colosseo Guesthouse in Rome. The experience was even better than expected. The room was cleaned daily, everything was very tidy, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Colosseum, close to public transport and the metro, and within walking distance of the city center. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
• Nicole (9/5): Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. - Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett begrüßt und man hat uns auch viele Tipps zum Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist recht schnell zu Fuß, aber auch mit dem Bus den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles prima.

The site seeing in Rome was exceptional - We liked the location, public transport was close by for the metro and bus transport literally outside the door. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance and finally but not least lovely reception staff. We were happy, the lift is a bit antiquated but not a big deal.

• Mimoza (7/5): City trip. Gut erreicht - gut verbunden. - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Mit dem ÖV erreicht man die Unterkunft von Rom Termini in etwa 15 Minuten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich (danke, Valeria). Direkt zu Beginn wurde wir mit einer Karte und Erklärungen, welche Monumente sich besuchen lassen. Auch die Restaurantempfehlung war für uns eine Erleichterung. Das Fenster war zwar gross, jedoch wurde es im Zimmer nach dem Duschen recht feucht und stickig. Unser Fenster zeigte zum Innenhof, folglich war das Zimmer nicht sehr hell.

Valarie helped arrange our first tour and great advice for tours to do on our own, breakfast in room arrived exactly when it was supposed to very filling and delicious… a perfect gem of a unit able to walk easily to the majority of the sites…. • Stijn (9/5): topverblijf - Zeer goed gelegen. De host heeft verschillende locaties in de stad, dus goed het adres checken. Wel zeer vriendelijk bijgestaan zelfs in de late uren. De toegang gebeurt via codes, geen persoonlijke ontvangst als je laat toekomt. Voor de locatie dicht bij het colosseum had ik wel mijn oordopjes ter beschikking. Vrij drukke straat met veel horeca. Maar zeker goed doenbaar. geen ergernissen

• Emma (10/5): Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and in an unbeatable location with a stunning Colosseum view. - We absolutely loved our stay at Colosseo Guesthouse. From the outset, communication was excellent. Valeria sent detailed instructions the day before our arrival, which were very easy to follow. We arrived at 1am and everything had been prepared perfectly for us. The room was very clean, and we could see the Colosseum through the huge double windows. There were also two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The location was excellent, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk to the left and a bus/tram stop only 2 minutes to the right. If you prefer to walk, the Colosseum is about 5 minutes away along a long, flat road. As we were out exploring most of the time, we did not meet the host until our final day, but she was so lovely. She asked about our trip and gave us some great dinner recommendations. We could easily have stayed chatting all evening. The room was cleaned daily, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, well-located, and reasonably priced place to stay with a wonderful host, you really could not do better. Nothing - it was exactly what we needed!

She was very helpful not only with the room but also with my questions about the city. She was very friendly. Even though I was traveling alone, I was given a huge room to make sure I was comfortable. I had to wait at the entrance because my luggage was heavy. I was worried about security because I was alone, but I had no problems. I was able to contact the hotel staff at any time, day or night. The sheets weren't very clean, but I had my own sheets and used them. Some reviews mentioned a problem with the hot water; it was cold after using the jacuzzi because a lot of water was used, but it warmed up again after a maximum of an hour. I never had a problem with the water getting cold while showering. The room was cleaned every day, and none of my personal belongings were touched. The location is incredibly close to everything. It's a maximum of 10 minutes walk to all public transport and all the sights you want to see. You can see the Colosseum and the Roman Forum as soon as you leave the hotel. There's a Carrefour right next to the hotel, and it's open until 10 PM. I was extremely pleased with my stay. They even came to check me out and escorted me to the door, and we had a great time chatting. The sheets and towels could have been cleaner, and disposable slippers could have been provided.

• Ciuciu (10/5): A lovely stay in Rome - I liked the location, near the Collosseum, 5 min walk. Also you could walk to all of the attractions.The staff was very friendly and helpful, both Valeria and Vito were awesome. The room was cleaned every day and there was enough heat.

• Anikó (8/5): - Kedves volt a személyzet, amikor megérkeztem. Jó a lokáció, könnyen megközelíthető. Az ágy kifejezetten kényelmes volt! Két dolog nem tetszett: A szobám a kiválasztott szobához csatolt képpel ellentétben egy belső udvarra nézett, ami egy felújitás miatt nagyon hangos, zajos és poros volt. A foglalási visszaigazolásomban reggeli is szerepelt, ami már helyben szóba sem kerülhetett.

El mejor hotel que nos tocó en Italia. Nos recibieron con lindos detalles ya que viajamos por honeymoon. Sin duda regresaríamos y lo recomendamos.

• Felicia (10/5): - TOT ne-a plăcut.😍 Locatia - la 2 pasi de Colosseum, camera - simpla dar funcțională si confortabilă si dotată cu tot ce trebuie, la fel si baia, curătenie/prosoape schimbate - zilnic. In ceea ce priveste personalul...nu putem spune decat ca ne pare rau ca nu putem da nota 20. Valeria te salutăm cu drag!🤗 Si desigur ca daca in viitor ne vom intoarce la Roma, tot aici vom dori sa stăm.

It was right next to the Colosseum and lovely restaurants. The room was quite small and right next to the hotel checkin desk so you could hear people in the hallway. It didn’t feel private at all

The entrance can be hard to find if you are not used to airbnb style entrance. But there is a phone number that really helps in case you need help.

• SeñoraGlotona (10/5): Excelente. Para repetir sin pensarlo. - La ubicación es espectacular, está a 5 minutos del Coliseo, bien conectado con el servicio publico. El trato de los anfitriones es increíble, super simpáticos y serviciales. La habitación tiene el tamaño perfecto, bien acondicionada, la cama muy cómoda y el baño super equipado. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Nada.

Valeria es una super anfitriona: nos recibió con una energía increíble y desde el primer momento se preocupó de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Nos explicó con mucho detalle los puntos clave para recorrer la ciudad y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones para comer, todas un acierto 🍝✨. El sector es simplemente fabuloso: salir del hotel y encontrarse de frente con el Coliseo es una experiencia que emociona y no se olvida. La habitación fue muy cómoda, limpia y acogedora, cumpliendo totalmente con nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos sin pensarlo.
• Carmen Rocio (10/5): Inmejorable - Todo. Está a 5 minutos andando del Coliseo, desde la misma puerta del alojamiento se ve. Es una zona tranquila. La habitación súper limpia, cómoda y calentita, hacen servicio de habitaciones todos los días cambiando toallas y reponiendo gel y champú. Pero lo mejor de todo esto es Valeria!!! Ella es un 10, simpática, atenta, dispuesta a todo lo que necesites…Sin duda lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y si volvemos repetiremos aquí.
