Guest Reviews
- I_am_de_La_Condamine (4/5): Grubby - The whole hotel is dirty and run down. Don't trust the photos which must have been taken at least 5 years ago.
The rooms aren't exactly clean, especially the bathroom. The walls are filthy and nothing looks like it's been cared for.
The lift is the only realistic way to upper floors unless you want to use the dirtiest, dodgiest set of external stairs I've ever seen. No thank you.
The cherry on the top was when I asked for a recommendation for a good massage (frankly all the places nearby look dodgy) and was told they would send a lady to my room; 400 1 hour spa massage. It was the worst massage experience I've ever had, the woman wanted to charge 700, not 400 as I'd agreed. She was so bad I told her to stop after 15 minutes and between her and the receptionist they tried to charge me 400 for less than 20mins.
Do not trust them. Don't give them your money. Go somewhere else.
- Yoon (4/5): - Overbook and they change us to their partner hotel, We Resident Hotel which is like 3km from Lee Garden.
They provide 1 return way tuk tuk as compensation. However, it is still inconvenient to us.
- sarunphonga (8/5): Good budget Hotel - This is an excellent budget hotel surrounded by plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room is sizeable, but the bathroom may need some improvements on hygiene. For a short stay (2 nights or less), the hotel is worth the visit. Cheerful staff as well.
- 6811goefis (4/5): Room not too bad - Room is not too bad. Bathroom not as clean as on the booking pictures. We stayed one night and it was okay. At least they have a fridge and aircon. Bed is really soft and i dont like that at all. For the price it is okay
- normatias (4/5): Bad room - Room really dirty to stay with family is not comfortable. Air cond not really working. Toilet don't asking is really bad. Far from everything I mean attraction place you have to used tuk tuk what they call it
- Silflou (8/5): A home when you're away from home - The location of this hotel is near to Kim Yong Market and Lee Gardens Plaza. You can reach both place only with no more than 10 mins walk.
Staffs are so nice :)
Room is clean, aircon and water heater are work well.
The price is also reasonable.
- Nur Syazwani (10/5): Recommended - It is very nice place to stay. The price is affordable & the room are very comfortable. My room are complete with microwave, kitchenette, kettle, & free instants coffee. My friends & I really enjoy our 1 night stay. The staff also very nice people. They not really understand what we said, but they try to give the best service they can. We happy with that. The only problem during our stay is when we want to check out, the process took a bit too long time as we actually need to catch the morning train to Padang Besar at that time. But its okey, maybe next time we need to check out more early so we no need to rushing,
- Nur (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Nik (8/5): - Nice hotel to stay
- wengSDK (6/5): Nice hotel - The hotel lobby seems newly refurbished but not the room. A small balcony but the surrounding smells unpleasantly. The rooms is moderate with cold air cond. No breakfast available although there is a restaurant. No problem as there are lots of eateries around. Not close to train station or bus station. Friendly english speaking staffs.
- Nurul Amal (2/5): Overbooked Victim - I book and paid on the day of my check in date. Checked in at around 9pm only to find out that they have overbooked us
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff are friendly. Room is clean, but balcony is quite dusty and dirty. We had great sleep during the stay.
- Chun Wei (10/5): The best hotel! - Will definitely stay this hotel again on my next visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location! We reached earlier than we expected and they let us check in as early as 9am. Room is clean and comfy. Equipped with hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator. Totally recommended!

- G0hH (6/5): Bad sleep. - Room is very small. Just nice for a queen size bed only. No ventilator in bathroom. Make sure your waste is not smelly or the whole room will stink. Air conditioner is not cold even after service as the compressor keep cutting off even set temperature at 18.

- Josiah Siew Kai (8/5): Good hotel - Stay 1 night for family room. All is well. Room just like the photo
- Ayatutu (10/5): Pleasant hotel - Booked 2 rooms for 1 night for my family. Rooms was very clean and looked very new. Reception miss Ana was very efficient to check us in even at 9.30am. Shower pressure was really good. Within walking distance to 7-11, delicious street food 1 minute walk away, central lee garden 15 leisurely walk. Try the nearby congee shop, pau & siewmai shop..very good!!! Will consider staying here again.
- bernard (4/5): All staff lazyy - Hotel staff very lazy and never change the towel for us
- Yap (10/5): cozy and convenient location - first step in room there was so many ants...and the refrigerator is so dirty, after called room service, they have clean up for us. overall is good.
- WeiL194 (2/5): Worst Experience I Had - Dont stay in this hotel.
The hotel reception arranged massage to come to room, mentioning 1hr45m for 300 bath. The sessions end up only 1 hr and the massage person left. Went to complaint at the front desk - intend not to get back the few hundred bath but to ensure this not happened to other tourists.
The owner/ manager called the massage parlour to verify and of course they mentioned that they did the full 1hr45min. Both of the parties were related of course and they just indicated that we lied.
Requested to see the CCTV and the owner/manager refused. End up he threatened to call the police to come and said that we cannot leave Thailand in that case once the police come.
This is a horrible experience that for me & my family. If someone threatened you with police to make sure you cannot leave his country - then you know these are not the right place you will want to even consider.
Stay away
- 451zakwanr (8/5): Nice budget family hotel - Our vacation is unplanned trip to hat Yai and krabi. We use tripadvisor when reach destination. Check the price online and asked the room over counter. There are 50 rooms in this hotel. We are 3 adults, 4 childrens. Deluxe family room full. We manage to get 2 double rooms. Room is clean. Value for money. Wi-Fi is excellent. Recommended for budgetary and unplanned trip. Hotel as described and shown in tripadvisor. Satisfactory is excellent.
- Verified traveler (10/5): value for money - perfect short vacation!
room is ok, receptionist was nice
- GaryMuc (6/5): Good for a short trip - This ibis-style hotel offers small rooms but have everything you need. Here you really get what you pay. Thin walls make you hear noise from the galley. No breakfast is available but a massage place right at the reception (a bit over-prized actually). Reception staff speaks English. City center is in walking distance.
