• Khaw (5/5): Passable - Asia Grand hotel staff are very friendly👍👍👍 Hotel location is convenient to go anywhere. Although the price is economical, but the hotel facilities are very old. It is recommended to improve the facilities to make the stay more comfortable.

• Nurrul (8/5): The room so good but the house keeper enter the room without out permission for change the towel. - The location very good. Easily to reach the place where I want to go. The staff (girl) quiet unhelpful. I got the key at 3 pm but when I went to the room, the room undone by the house keeper. So I need wait for 30 minutes but the girl staff didn’t mention me when the room was done. After I waited long hour I go to the counter and asked for that room waa done or not, she just passed me the key. She supposed to reach me 1st when the room was done because I didn’t waited far from her. That bad for me because I was traveled for 12 hours. I need rest immediately.

• Aizad (3/5): Poor - The water pressure for showering is really slow. Like really really slow in my room. Told the staff about it, he said he'll do something but he didn't do anything. The shower really slow.
• Jasmine (7/5): Good - The place is close to Kim Yong market and also is surrounded by many food areas.also there is 7e nearby and a very nice cafe called Coffee D just adjacent.the receptionist was also friendly. The place is a bit rundown and also when asked for an extra pillow there is a fees for it.there is no kettle for hot water.

Asked for our share of bottled water for Day 2. Counter staff acknowledged but it never came. Plumbing was very bad. Rusty water. Housekeeping staff was problematic too. Showed us a black face when we entered the lift with her. Are we being paid to stay in this hotel? No 2nd time.

• Md (7/5): Three Days Two Nights Hatyai Trip - Location walking distance to town area. Convenient store example 7 Eleven and coffee shop like Amazon Cafe just around the corner. Aircond and hot shower working accordingly and staffs are friendly. Room looks old school, need some fresh vibes touch up. Mattress feels hard.

• Thuraisingam (1/5): A very wrong hotel for tourist. - Room was not cleaned up though told for the 2nd day. There is no power back generator in this hotel. Total darkness on power cut and most of us need to cramp at the lobby. Doors not secure. Poor maintainence. Weak water pressure and very poor WiFi signal. Avoid this hotel. 👎👎👎
