Furnishings are outdated a little worm out with wear and tear. Bathroom requires a deep clean from harsh water etc. A/c in room needs replacing or a service clean room gets dusty.

- ReizigendeMeneer (1/5): 1/10 - No Soundproofing - Noise - Horrible behavior by other guests - Irresponsible employees - This is not a four star hotel, with a very, very long distance. 1. First of all, the room is NOT soundproof at all. You can hear the noise from the hallway and even from the hallways of the floor above you and below you. Every time someone closes a door anywhere in the building, a loud BOINK sounds echoes through the bed and the cushion. Sleeping is difficult if you are not used to excessive noise at night. 2. The Wifi is not even good enough to be used for some simple internet tasks, such as checking in for a flight online. 3. The gym cannot be used because it is too hot. It is located on the roof of the hotel in a little cube-shaped room made of glass. It is like a greenhouse and the air-conditioning doesn't work well enough to even make a difference. (The hotel might as well not have the wifi and the gym at all, because both are unusable.) 4. Poor behavior of other guests Another major problem is the behavior of a significant proportion of the other guests. Because this is a cheap "four star hotel" in a lesser developed part of Thailand, located far from both Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, the guests that you will encounter in this hotel lack the cognitive concept of things like 'consideration towards other people', 'education' and 'good manners'. They should not even BE physically present in a hotel or any restaurant, because they lack the basic manners that are required to be allowed to be there in the first place. In Europe, these people would be asked to leave the hotel or restaurant, because they do not meet the minimum requirements that are implicitly expected by the entire society for being physically present IN a hotel or restaurant. The other guests allow their children to run around while screaming at the breakfast, to yell extensively and repeatedly slam doors in the hallway. They allow their children to misbehave in ways which in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok would be frowned upon even by the middle and lower class. As I am typing this in a notepad to prepare posting this review, I am forced to listen to some toddler misbehaving in the hallway right in front of our door. The parents don't communicate to one another by talking. Instead, they shout. There is no difference between shouting and talking for these people. Other people do not exist. They are staying in this hotel and therefore they can behave like this without having to consider other guests, the situation they are in, common sense manners or anything. They exist, so they yell and allow their children to knock on all the doors of the hallway and run and around and scream and so on. They have the door to the hallway open for no reason and are shouting to each other and the entire floor can hear it. And all the other guests don't care, because they are behaving in the exact same way. And the staff doesn't think anything is wrong with it, because they behave like that too where they are from. 5. Conclusion This is the level of this hotel, so if you are from Europe or Canada or Japan or any other civilized country and have certain implicit expectations when staying at a "four star hotel" (which this is not), then it is not recommended to book here. No not be deceived by the "four star" rating. I have no idea who or what determines whether a hotel is "four stars" or not, but this hotel is probably one of the the worst "four star" hotels I've stayed in and I have traveled more than 99% of people,

- Abdul Razzak Fikri Bin (10/5): Good choice for Malaysians driving to Hatyai - The hotel is very near Central Hatyai Shopping Mall and Asean Night Market, which makes it convenient for shopping and dining. For Malaysians driving to Hatyai, I highly recommend this hotel as it provides lot of parking space. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Also, ladies take note: the hotel does not provide an iron or ironing board, so be prepared if you need to iron your scarf or clothes

The toilet discharge outlet was a bit slow, and the shower water pressure could be stronger. It would also be better if hand soap were provided. My room had a window facing the wall of an adjacent building, so the view was limited, though I’m not sure if this applies to other room types.

Breakfast was bare basic. I would suggest to eat outside. The bed was spring loaded, bad at one side, okay at the other side. Very confusing menu that is digital. Gym is also very basic.

- 801faisalh (4/5): Simply shocking experience - First and the most unbelievable experience I had was about Iron and iron board when this 4 Star claimed hotel told me that in this hotel they don’t provide iron or iron board to guests. I literally was in shocked as it was 1st time in my travel experience across many countries I have never face this problem. Also they do not provide any hand wash or face wash or any soap in this hotel. Breakfast served in a place where I think people booked their weddings or other ceremonies and there is no egg station in this again 4 star claimed hotel. I was feeling like I have been invited in a wedding where there is no one to receive guests. In the whole menu there is only one dessert option beside few fruits option. I don’t know who is running this hotel but let me tell you it is running by extremely incompatible, incompetent and non professional management. Next time if anyone dare to book this hotel then pls bring your own iron and soap to wash ur face or else you have to use body wash gel on ur face.
