- Maria (1/5): Not recommend - Nothing In the 7th of January 2026 we’ve tried to check in in this hotel and they didn’t want to accept my Visa card for payment and told me that it is “brocken and not acceptable”. But my card was working and in all other places that day I paid by my card and there were no problem. Only in this hotel. The guy in reception refused to solve this problem and we had to cancel booking and to search for another hotel. I’m very disappointed with the service of the hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Taiba (1/5): For the price, I expected much better. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. - My stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel had serious water problems throughout my visit. The shower barely worked, and when it did, the water came out dirty and discolored, which was both unpleasant and concerning. I reported it to the staff, but nothing was fixed during my stay, and no one seemed particularly bothered by it. Having clean, functioning water is the bare minimum a hotel should provide, and this place failed at that. I would not recommend staying here until they address these issues.
Staff seemed uninterested in helping with even simple requests, and the noise from the hallway made it nearly impossible to sleep. For the price, I expected far better conditions and service. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Pankaj (1/5): Exceptionally bad - I like nothing in the hotel, everything is exceptionally bad They don't have any parking, when you mention there will be parking then there should be specific space for that, hotel cleanness very bad, spider web I see in rooms, if they mention in hotel menu that these things will available then atleast 70% items should available not just 20% items, many times they mentioned that we have a party so many things will not available out of available 20% items.
Seems like positive reviews posted by hotel staffs or family & friends of hotel only.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Unreliable hot water for showers - This hotel, for the most part, meets basic needs, with the exception of hot water for showers. This was a complaint shared by the occupant of the room next to mine, so this is not just a problem constrained to my room. The variables involved in getting hot water for a shower includes some unknown combination of the following variables:
(1) calling the front desk to verify that the boiler has been activated (perhaps for the entire hotel: the staff have admitted that there is some issue with what I *interpreted* to be a centralized water boiler),
(2) a switch in the bathroom that may or may not be related to hot water availability,
(3) luck as to whether a stream of hot water may suddenly go cold, as happened to me when a staff came up to troubleshoot the situation, hot water eventually came on, but disappeared not long after that staff left my room.
This has resulted in luke-warm (at best) showers after one has spent time leaving the tap running and divining what one might have done wrong. Having customers waste water in this manner is not a sustainable practice, and is just plain irritating.
