• Antonio (5/5): Vista ed esterno della struttura davvero notevoli. Da rivedere qualcosa all'interno. - Abbiamo soggiornato presso Ragoncino a ridosso del 1 Maggio. Molto gentile la signora Veronika che ci ha accolto all'arrivo, ci ha spiegato tutto quello che avremmo dovuto sapere per il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è posizionata in un posto incantevole, immersa tra le colline. Il paesaggio è davvero incantevole e abbiamo potuto apprezzarne la tranquillità anche nei giorni in cui gli ospiti sono aumentati. Abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzare i lettini per prendere il sole, i tavoli all'aperto e il BBQ. Era presente anche una piscina, ovviamente ancora non utilizzabile per la stagione ed una zona all'ombra, dedicata al posteggio delle auto. La struttura accogli gli animali domestici senza problemi e senza sovrapprezzo. La recensione credo che sia uno strumento molto utile soprattutto per l'host che sulla base dell'esperienza avuta dai visitatori, può adottare tutte le misure per garantire un servizio migliore a supporto dei clienti e della propria immagine. Se la posizione della struttura era il punto forte del soggiorno, la stessa cosa non possiamo dire per i servizi offerti, presenti all'interno dell'alloggio. Nonostante ci fosse stato spiegato come attivare il riscaldamento di ventil-convenzione, lo stesso non ha funzionato e almeno nel primo giorno è stato un piccolo problema in quanto in casa la temperatura era abbastanza bassa. Il televisore non funzionava e se è vero che un luogo in una posizione cosi incantevole questo non dovrebbe essere un problema, se ci sono ragazzini al seguito, a volte lo potrebbe diventare. La doccia, anche nella modalità classica, spesso interrompeva l'erogazione dell' acqua, costringendoci nel bel mezzo della doccia a continui tentativi per far riprendere la normale erogazione. Sapone e doccia schiuma non presenti. I letti, soprattutto quello ricavato dal divano, non sono stati il massimo del confort.

• Cristina (8/5): - -L'ubicazione collinare , la struttura nel complesso, e la possbilità di passeggiare nel verde spazio riservato dell'agriturismo. -Il bilocale arredato con il giusto stile e dotato di tutte le utilità. -La tranquillità del posto e la possibilità ,con pochi minuti di macchina, di visitare vari luoghi di interesse. -La pulizia, soprattutto delle stoviglie, che in altre strutture presso cui abbiamo soggiornato erano pessime, qui nulla da eccepire. -La disponibilità dell'host, la signora Veronika. -Si dovrebbe migliorare (se possibile) la connessione del Wi-fi; si può certamente vivere senza ma essendo compreso nel servizio sarebbe opportuno. -Il riscaldamento andrebbe ottimizzato; gli apparecchi attuali vanno tenuti accesi a lungo per riscaldare a sufficienza l'ambiente. Forse in pieno inverno sarebbe un problema. -La doccia idromassaggio, purtroppo non ci sono le istruzioni e (almeno per noi) non è stato facilmente intuibile il funzionamento per sfruttarla appieno.
• marion (10/5): Un séjour fantastique dans un lieu magnifique ! - La piscine dans ce paysage c'est somptueux ! Calme, très agréable. Une hôte de grande qualité. Nous étions comme chez nous. Les lits sont confortables et on n'a manqué de rien. Il fait assez chaud dans la pièce canapé lit/ pièce de vie mais nous avions à notre disposition un ventilateur.

Facilité de parking, flexibilité,. On entend les autres appartements (notamment dans la salle de bain où j'entendais l'appartement du dessus aller aux WC), wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien à l'intérieur, pas de réseau dans l'appartement.

Wymeldowanie miałyśmy o 10.00 , O 9 rano już nas w pokoju nie było, a właśnie o dziewiątej dostałam informację że trzeba wynieść śmieci. Oczywiście zrobiłybyśmy to tylko że na tydzień na pięć osób dostałyśmy jeden worek na śmieci. Tak samo było z papierem toaletowym musiałyśmy się prosić żeby dostać kolejny papier

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Cudowna lokalizacja, absolutnie niesamowity klimat. Spędziliśmy tam 7 cudownych dni i z pewnością będziemy polecać dalej. Cisza, spokój, zapierające dech w piersiach widoki. To miejsce, które idealnie wpisuje się w klimat Toskanii. Mogłoby być troszkę bardziej dokładnie posprzątane, w kuchni przydałoby się lepsze wyposażenie :)

• Lee (5/5): - The view and location were the highlight of the entire trip One of the group stayed in room 3 - mattress was very old and uncomfortable, there was a dent in the middle. - there was one pan and the first time that it was used it the handle broke and it could be seen that a new one was needed. - internet does not connect inside the rooms only outside of the premises. - Fridge was not working properly had to throw away the food that was bought. - On the last morning while opening the outer door the hinge came off and the heavy wooden door fell. Thankfully no body got hurt but when we tried to explain what happened the cleaners as the owner was not even there, they were communicating in Italian so that we do not understand and were insisting that it was forcefully opened but were told that it’s impossible to use that much force to twist the hinge. The cleaner (Veronica) agreed and understood how it happened and contacted Christina (owner) but Christina was very rudely insisting that we pay for the damage, she was not even trying to understand us as the door was very rusty and even the other doors of other rooms were also rusty. We even told Christina that we would contact a lawyer as she was only interested in getting paid and not even asked if anyone got hurt. Eventually we managed to temporarily fix the door, Veronica was very helpful and understanding and she even apologized many times.

• Lorena (10/5): Indimenticabile. - Ci è sembrato di vivere in una cartolina, paesaggio stupendo senza eguali, la residenza era pulitissima così come la piscina, siamo stati benissimo. Tutto perfetto. Non abbiamo critiche di alcun tipo.
• Thomas (7/5): Gradevole e rilassante! - Bella la posizione, a un’ora da Livorno e Pisa, circa mezz’ora da Volterra, Peccioli ed altri paesini. Belli gli spazi esterni con terrazza se si vogliono fare grigliate. Se si vuole rimanere immersi nella natura, nel silenzio delle colline e magari tra qualche lepre selvatica! Manca una zona ombra, magari qualche albero grande che possa dare riparo dal sole. Attorno alla piscina metterei una siepe che possa riparare dal forte vento che abbiamo trovato per tutta la durata della permanenza, non tanto alta così da non rovinare la bella vista sui colli. Purtroppo un cartello con gli orari per accedere alla piscina visto che qualche vacanziero vi accedeva alle 8 di mattina e qualche altro ci rimaneva oltre le 20…

Men jeg følte, at man havde taget en gammel farm og tænkt, at her kunne man nok tjene nogle gode penge på overnatning. Hvis møblerne så bare havde været en anelse opdaterede i stedet for disse ældgamle og ukomfortable møbler.

• Maria DOLORES (6/5): Casa bonita en entorno precioso con gran potencial si cuidasen más limpieza y comodidad del cliente - La ubicación y piscina, las vistas exteriores La limpieza de la casa, no estaba limpia del todo, había telarañas por las alturas y debajo del mobiliario. Además en el baño el wc perdía agua por lo que durante toda la estancia tuvimos un fuerte olor a orines y el mango de la ducha estaba roto y no te podías duchar bien, el hecho de que no hubiese mampara provocaba que todo el baño se inundase de agua, lo cual resultaba muy incómodo para todos. En cuanto al sofá cama estaba muy desgastado y era incómodo, y el espacio que ocupaba al entrar en la casa hacía que no permitiese bien el paso de entrada y salida por la puerta.

• Devang (8/5): Lovely break in the hustle bustle of the whole italian summer trip. - The place is set in the most amazing secluded region of the tuscan area. Gives you the whole vibe and feel of what you actually are expecting. Really love how the owner has divided places there to give complete privacy for all staying. its not shared, everyone has their own rooms but they are adjoining and the best was the pool area. The place is serene and the sunsets are the BEST Only would complain about two things. For locals who know the place would know that this is not easily accessible by public commute. So not a very solo friendly place if you don't have a car. One does need a vehicle to go out and about. What one could have also mentioned and told us that there absolutely no staples in the kitchen and one has to stock up everything as the nearest supermarket is 8-10km away. When my friend visited in April she got a welcome basket with bread , ham and cheese. We in July didn't get it. Lastly, if you have a pool (which is beautiful) you can't charge for towels. Its only fair you provide towels free for people staying at your property.

• Monica (6/5): Pleasant stay overall. Pretty location - The room was clean however lacking some basics that usually are supplied at other locations. There is no coffee supplied. Noisy at times from the motorcycles racing on the nearby road taking away from the ambiance. Not sure how it is considered agro-tourism as there is nothing grown on premises.

• Mike (10/5): Enjoyed it incredibly much! - Due to delays, we arrived more than two hours after the check-in time, but Christina was incredibly helpful when we called her. This is such a beautiful and practical location if you want to truly explore Tuscany in depth. We enjoyed three days in a room with three separate sleeping areas. On our last day, we honestly wished we could have stayed for another week. The swimming pool was carefully maintained every day. The rooms were clean, private, and charmingly decorated in authentic Italian style. We are very happy with this experience!

• Laetitia (9/5): Superb - The area is stunning. The apartment is big. There s a peaceful atmosphère. The sofa bed is really outdated and uncomfortable; I m glad the kids slept in it and not me :) I would have like to have a bit more supplies like trash bags.
• Pascal (7/5): Excellent location, friendly people but works are needed to keep the comfort that is advertized. - Excellent location. Nice and calm setting. Great and clean swimming pool with only a few people. We have been here in 2023 as well. We love the location which is great. In 2023 the matresses were on the limit of having to be replaced. In 2024 they were still the same used and therefore uncomfortable matresses. In the room of our children some of the electric wallplugs were not correctly attached to the wall and came loose. On top of that there is no air-conditionning! There are some old devices that run but do not have any cooling effect. That certainly needs to be fixed. Swimming pool chairs also need to be fixed or replaced. Half of them are 'broken' and do not allow the backrest to be et straight up anymore. As a conclusion: excellent location but works are needed to keep the travelers from coming.

We had a good time without issues. Wifi was unusable 1mbps Speed anywhere in house and outside. We were not received by anyone , no check-in was made which Is obligatory in Italy, we were stopped by cleaning lady before leaving to make pictures of our id cards and pay extra 25 euro tax that was not mentioned anywhere. One of the showers in apartment 7 was not working properly water would come cold then hot then cold and the draining was clogged water was coming out the shower cabin. One of the beds in last room at the top was broken. There are too many apartments for such a small pool, not enough sun chairs seats to sit at the pools. The cleaning of the pool inside at the bottom was lacking.

It was very hut during the night and we couldn't sleep because we can't cool down the room. The location would be great if they would install a better air condition. Maybe it's not the same in every room. Everything else was easy and perfect.

Only one fan for first night but much better when we asked for 2 more for the rest of the stay.

Outside pool with an extraordinary view which is ideal to relax after visiting the tuscan countryside. Ideal location for short trips to all major points to visit in Tuscany(Pisa, Volterra, Siena, the coast and beaches, etc). Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Veronica and Roberta made the stay even better with their constant work and support. No breakfast available. You need to prepare your own breakfast in your appartement (dishes, pans etc are provided).

• Masoud (8/5): Tuscan beauty with the taste of Teatro del Silenzio - - Its location is perfect, the property is on the top of a hill and you have perfect views from almost any direction. - The swimming pool is clean and with a nice view, and equipped with sunbeds and small table. There are two sunshields, but maybe not enough for busy days. - The property itself is beautiful, clean, and a perfect place for relaxing. - The towels are of high quality and clean. - The staff, two ladies Roberta and Veronica, were polite, friendly, and helpful. - The location is very close to the parking lots of the Teatro del Silenzio in case you want to attend an event there. It's 10min drive. - The road to the property is too bumpy, hilly and not asphalt. It's around 300m. It's only suited for SUVs. I had small car and had problem driving up and down hill. - The toilet papers are of low quality and not enough for a long stay, I bought papers myself from the supermarket. - The warm water system for the kitchen, shower, etc. is too old and seemingly unmaintained. It needs a full renovation. - The whole bathroom needs renovation. - The room is not equipped with vacuum cleaner. - The kitchenette could be better. It does not have dishwasher, and some useful equipment like a cutting board. And all the pans and pots are too big for the small oven.

• Luciana (8/5): Immersed in Tuscany - Roby was very cordial and received us very kindly. The apartment was very clean, neat and equipped. The location is fantastic, you feel really connected to nature, we even saw a hare. Its quite close to san Gimignano and Volterra (considering that every small town is so far away from the net). It is ideal to go with the family and have breakfast or lunch at the outdoor tables or have a barbecue. It must be beautiful in summer enjoying the swimming pool.

• Matthew (9/5): Lovely property for exploring Tuscany - Well equipped rooms in great location for exploring the local area. Bed very comfortable and staff were friendly and attentive in answering questions in advance of the stay. Check in seemed more complicated then necessary with a lot of information needing to be provided despite checking in online in advance.

Waking up and seeing the stunning landscape was beautiful :) The apartment was so lovely and the pool was great for cool down on these nice warm summer days. The staff was also super helpful and check-in and -out was very quick and simple. The village of Lajatico is quick to reach and has everything you need. Best bakery and little coffee bar with the friendliest people. All in all we can’t wait to book again :) That’s it’s booked out already :)
• Maciej (8/5): Very good - Beautiful views, quite and peaceful place, with very nice and clean swimming pool. If you are looking for a good point to visit Tuscany - it one of best locations (1 hour plus - to most important cities). wifi do not exits inside building - but outside seams to work.
• Lauren (6/5): Brillaint location and views but unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again. - Great location. Quiet rural spot. Short drive to lots of beautiful villages. Beautiful view from accommodation. Room was advertised with air conditioning. On arrival air conditioning was not working. No apology from staff. This made the stay particularly sleeping quite uncomfortable. Staff was only spoke Italian which made communication difficult. Staff were not attentive or welcoming. Decor and pool air tired and in need of renovation.
• Gosia (10/5): We loved it and we miss you already… - The location is perfect to enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Stargazing is definitely made possible in the quiet surroundings. Friendly, vivacious and hard working staff - Veronica and Roberta - thank you for making our stay pleasurable. Close to Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena.
