• Louise (8/5): Great value for money - Amazing location where you can walk right on to the canal, great little room with everything you need, huge comfy bed, shower was really powerful. Staff were lovely. Noisy guests getting in at 4am but this just comes with a city centre hotel I imagine.

I asked why she couldn't look up my name and find the room eventually after asking 5 times she did. I asked her name and she refused to provide it. Lost shows and unhelpful staff

• Lindsay (7/5): Overall good value for money - Plenty of space and added bonus of having a fridge in the room. The room has everything you could possibly need; iron, hairdryer, fresh towels, bottle opener, scissors, etc Overall the room was clean but there were some hairs on the bedroom floor, so looked like it hadn’t been hovered or properly swept. Also, I arrived at the property at 2pm and was charged £20 extra to check in an hour early. If the room is ready, don’t see why they need to apply an extra charge.

• Katrina (7/5): - It was a lovely clean apartment and absolutely amazing staff. The hotel was near most locations and only a good 10 min walk to bullring was very clean and just a lovely experience. The only down side was the sofa beds wasn't comfortable at all to sleep on and hurt my daughters back and they had to share a bed with their other siblings.

Didn't like that we can hear next door in the shower, as if they were in our room. Loud running water at 2am isn't ideal, so walls are very thin. Had to get our key card checked kn our 2nd day as no longer let us into the corridor for our room Minor inconveniences.
