I reserved 2 queen rooms and then drive 4 and a half hours to the hotel I explained to the property that I could not get until 2-3AM and the property stated it would accommodate me once I arrived once arrived at 315AM the Owner stated I could come back at 2PM to check in and slammed the door in my face
• Sullivan (1/5): Not satisfied in the property or booking.com - The front desk staff was initially pleasant The door was loose as it had been kicked in The roof vent slammed open and closed every few minutes loudly The room smelled bad The room was dirty The whole facility felt very unsafe and I wasn't able to safely stay the night then after roughly 45 minutes of being there they would not refund the room Very dissatisfied in this booking and the fact that booking.com represented them but would not honor a legitimate refund request

• Morelia (2/5): - Clean outside The room needed a lot of fixing. Not worth the price. I know it’s a motel but at least fix the doors ours had a big gap. And I am someone who will improvise rather than ask/complain so we just put a chair and covered it with a sweater. Blanket and bedsheets need to be updated.
• Shontelle (1/5): Overall they have clean inside to have trash can dirty and dead roaches in the bathroom and dresser - I was accused by the guy working the front desk of having a cat in the room. He told me he found cat pop in the room. I did not bring any animals and when I check in I check the room and capture pictures. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. As you can see I used the towels to mop the floor and the amount of dirt on the towels was awful.

• Sweeney (1/5): Would never recommend this motel PERIOD! - Property looked decently clean from the outside, but the rooms were DISGUSTING. Paid for a night stayed about 45 minutes before leaving. The check in was a nightmare as well. Would never recommend. Rooms were disgusting and the AC didn’t work. Also no fridge and cockroaches everywhere.

When I got there they were so unprofessional she kept insisting and being loud about no pets I said ok she kept repeating it over and over and the room was not clean at all .very uncomfortable experience. They were staring at me to make sure I brought NO PETS or another person . Like so uncomfortable. I couldn’t even get in the room had to swipe the card multiple times till they saw the camera and knew it was me to open the room door . I came back and I just couldn’t even sit on the bed it looked so musty . Never again I checked in at 3:40 and left by 10:30 pm . I refused to sleep in that condition of a room and I paid so much for it . My loss

• Michael (2/5): - The place is horrible filthy disgusting no hot water I highly recommend that nobody stays here ever I had two night reservation they only let me stay one night and when I came back all my stuff was gone they stole all my s*** and then they lied about it the worst hotel ever
• Pedro (10/5): - The owner and wife are great people and were very nice. Only thing the ac smelled kinda funky when you first turn it on but great place feels homey/cozy. Would definitely come back again I recommend especially if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay at, wish they had smoking rooms available, it was difficult to get my dose of Nicotine, especially when the room had a small hint of cigarette smell but wasn’t bad.
• Frank (4/5): - Took forever to check in. Lady was insisting to get two beds for one guest. Would not give a key and charged more than what site I reserved on quoted. Over night stay for emergency. You need extra cash when checking in as well that's given back at check out. They can't do card apparently for that

• Verified traveler (4/5): It is what it is... - What you'd expect from a cheap motel. Could barely understand the two people who ran the place. Sheets were stained and I found hair on the bed. Room smelled a bit. There was damage and peeling on the walls. There were people yelling and fighting first thing in the morning. But I guess it served it's purpose as a place to sleep for the night.

She gave us room and we told them it smell like gas due to faulty pilot from the wall heater, and the only solution was ask us to check out. It was late already, so we asked them for new room. There weren’t toilet paper in the restroom. And she only wanted to take cash deposit when we don’t carry cash while we are out working. We had to run to atm to take out $40 for cash deposit when I told them to charge it on my card.

• Antawn (5/5): Low budget for a quick stay. - The bed was comfortable. The room was affordable. The area looked raggedy but it was still rather quiet. Room #120 The room smelled odd, the AC unit put off a bad odor. The gas was on from the heater and the pilot wasn't lit.. I had to open the window and let the room air out upon entry because of the extreme smell of gas! Many of the plugs were no good, I had to use the nightstand to hold my charger in the wall in order to charge my phone. I started to notify management but they didn't seem like the type who would have cared.

Mirror broken, different color paint on the same walls, no lamp, only 1 awful daylight overhead light, nothing matches, terrible decor, bathroom old as hell, had to check in standing outside in the cold at 6pm. Kept waiting for 20 minutes. Would not open the door into reception area. Felt like a criminal. Bed comfortable and sheets clean at least.

I thought I already paid but they wanted to pay me again so I just go back took an hour drive again. I don’t understand why they are doing as customer service like that. I never be there even when I need to stay in I will take different places. Thanks

• Itene (4/5): This hotel would not be my first choice when booking again. - This was a last-minute booking for one night. I did not care for the wall heater. There was no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, shower floor mat, or coffee maker. These are things I normally find in hotel rooms that I have stayed in in the past.

• Poirot (10/5): Love it will recomend it to any staying in the area deserves 5 stars - Friendly staff very helpful knowledgeable great at dircting to stores restaurants I had my cat as I didn't have a place for it yet which I did the next day and now they won't allow me to stay again I felt horrible but their sign said no Pete I was desperate I lied and paid the price it's a wonderful old school motel quiet,friendly perfect for my needs at the time it deserves a higher ratings then it has if I could I'd stay there again and again I will recomend ot to anyone looking. The manager was the best.

The bathroom was so old that things were falling apart. The wall by the door lock was cracked and ripped (like anyone could break in by just giving a little push)

Parts of the drywall near the door was crumbling off. The place was filthy. It literally smelled like someone died in the bathroom. The entire room reeked of elicit drugs.

• Smith (3/5): Not much good about this place. - It was close to where I needed to be They charged me more than the price on Booking.com app! She said that's what her boss told her to charge and said her boss wasn't there. I showed her the price on the app and she wouldn't honor it! Scam! Also, the pillows had stains on them. The shower head is way too low. I'm only 5'10 and I had to squat down to get from my chest up wet. The water pressure in the shower was VERY low.
• Guido (7/5): Budget classic American motel - The accomodation is the classic motel, even the ice dispenser is there :D Rooms are quiet, someone was enjoying the pool, overall a good experience. The moquette. I'd love to see it replaced with something more reassuring.
