• Harwood (1/5): HORRIBLE. Please do not make a reservation or stay at this hotel. - This was a complete cluster. We reserved the room for a senior softball tournament. The tournament was canceled due to predicted bad weather. We made many request for the room to be transferred to a different date. No one would respond to us. I called and the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said they don't have one! Right. They need to respond and have someone that can work with their customers. The horrible attitude of we already have your money, so we do not care about any type of service. We did not ask for our money back, just to change the weekend. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A STATEMENT AND NEVER USE THIS HOTEL!!!

• Elma (8/5): It was ok for the most part, the room. didn’t smell clean and the furniture (sofa)the cushions did not matc - The room was clean. The tub was slippery and slimy …no rubber mats for safety or support bars.

• Sandra (8/5): Wouldn’t stay here again🤷🏻‍♀️ - The bed and the linens were awesome The TV did not have a remote control, the toilet ran the whole night, the couch didn’t have much cushioning at all very uncomfortable in the lighting at the vanity was not well fought out. And we paid $165 for one night.

They were up late so it made it difficult to fall asleep. Not the hotels fault just not considerate people

• deborahhU3922XA (8/5): Good night sleep very quiet on a private road. - Natalie was awesome! Set up the new TV on the wifi. The entire staff was pretty great all around. Very clean, comfy beds, pet friendly with a $30 per night. Breakfast could definitely be improved.
• Nomad07202617220 (6/5): Friendly staff and quiet location but the bedding and breakfast need major improvement. - Staff were wonderful and incredibly welcoming, and the room itself was very clean. The only downside was the bedding quality. The pillows were quite flat and the bed only had a thin sheet, which even had a few holes. Updating to more comfortable pillows and real comforters would really elevate the guest experience. Breakfast could benefit from more variety and allergen-friendly choices. Including options like non-dairy milk would better accommodate guests with dietary needs.

Breakfast was ok Toilet in room quit working. First tank wouldn’t refill with water when toilet was flushed we had to fill ice bucket with water from shower and put in tank. Did this couple times then it quit flushing altogether. When front desk was notified we were not given another room and told handyman would check it out in am. We left in am as soon as we could and never saw handyman

• blakef27 (8/5): Repeat customer and will repeat again in the future - My spouse and I have stayed at this Baymont multiple times over the last several years. It is a clean, well-run, budget friendly motel option when staying in Bryan TX. The only downside is the ‘hot’ breakfast, which consists of make-it-yourself waffles, instant oatmeal, and the ‘world’s worst’ coffee. Cold breakfast items (cereal and yogurt) are acceptable, and there are other breakfast options nearby. Despite the breakfast, my wife and I give this Baymont two thumbs up and will stay there in the future.

• Rickylalane (10/5): Easy to stay here. - Every fall we visit Bryan, TX to see family. We always stay here. It is so convenient to transportation and shopping. It is always clean and the staff helps in any way possible. It has become our Texas home.

• Brent (1/5): I would not book here again unless it was absolutely necessary.my wife was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe here - Not to far from football stadium Sheets were stained along with an uncomfortable mattress. There was also a large group of young guys drinking, smoking pot, and being loud outside on the walkway directly outside of the room they assigned us. I went back to front desk and had them give me a room away from the boys. These were not game day college kids partying prior to the game. There was also an adult with a back pack riding a bike, making his rounds outside of the establishment. Not sure what he was selling but he did visit with the boys for a bit and made his way around to the other side of the hotel. Also, the price on booking.com dropped by $40 for the same room the day of the stay. I would wait to book here the day you wanna stay. You could possibly get it much cheaper.

• Lisa (10/5): - For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The sheets were clean and crisp with good pillows. Nice amenities in the room - micro, fridge, hair dryer, large TV.

The TV in the room has a line going right down the middle of the screen, so half of the screen is gray and the other half has a normal screen it was hard trying to watch the tv because the tv doesn’t have a good screen. My suggestion is if they can change the tv in room #117 PLEASE.

PRO internet was good and fast, bed comfortable, all staff were gracious and helpful. tv channel selection could have been a little better. nice and cool/cold ac.

The staff needs to make sure lots of coffee is made, because they ran out and some had to wait. Also, they ran out of milk. (I think it was replenished.) Staff could be a bit more welcoming. Lots of noise outside of our room.

The sofa like chair had cat claw shreds on it. The staff was very friendly the room was clean and the property itself was clean and convenient to local restaurants grocery store gas stations & fast food. The area alone not my cup of tea but i was just passing through.
