- Erin (6/5): - Had all the basic amenities. However, was very unclean, smelled like rotten eggs throughout the hotel, and it seemed as though the hotel rooms are meant for x-rated stays. There were condoms and adult toys in the room as part as the amenities...very odd and made us feel very uncomfortable sleeping in the room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 電視畫質跟頻道希望能改善，毛巾希望能用心清洗，房間要有梳妝台啦不然只能在廁所站著化妝 - 其實前兩年就入住過了，這次連住兩天不同房型，唯一缺點就是房間沒有梳妝台真的很不方便，然後浴室沒有可以掛衣服跟毛巾的地方，尤其是毛巾這次很明顯臭臭的，還是硬著頭皮用，喔，對了，電視線路非常不清楚，電視台數也非常少，電影選擇也不多（第一天的房型有電影，第二天就沒了）但差不多價位的真的宜蘭好很多很多，之後去花蓮可能就不會再入住了！

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel very close to hualien station - Overall a great hotel very close to the station with helpful and polite staff, only thing was that the standard quadruple room (had 2 large double beds) we booked was a little run down with toilet and electricity issues, all it needed was some TLC general maintenance and I would of rated higher.

The reception area was difficult to spot - it's the guard house-looking building near the entrance of the hotel. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was gigantic. The private bath was big enough to fit 2-3 people. The bed was soft. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Thumbs up.
