• A.J. (8/5): Nice hotel, good rooms. Friendly staff. - Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I made a reservation for a car, when I arrived late at night it was not available. Apparently there is only one spot available. Better do not count on it. The staff was helpfull though in finding a solution nearby.

• Matthew (10/5): Highly recommend staying here for value and ease of access to Tokyo - Central location, excellent staff, clean room with all amenities. Comfortable bed, free water bottle, casting options for tv. Tokyo is 30 mins by train. Has 7 eleven and Lawson outside the property. Room is Slightly on the smaller side but totally manageable

• Barnes (9/5): Ideal first stay in Japan will look to return soon - Peaceful and clean with a close proximity to Ueno station and Ueno park. Staff very friendly and accommodating even if you don’t have the strongest Japanese they are patient and willing to help

• Corinna (6/5): Small but clean! - The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The location was good for subway connections and there is a Lawsons over the road. We booked a Superior Double, having had a Standard Double in another APA at Ryogoku and the superior was smaller than the standard!

• Cravo (8/5): Excelente custo benefício, muito perto do metrô - Localização excelente, 4min de distância da estação Ueno. Consegui fazer tudo a pé. Equipe muito atenciosa e cordial, limpeza impecável, e um excelente kit de amenidades no hotel. O quarto é bem pequeno, pra abrir a mala grande foi necessário que uma pessoa saísse do quarto.

I want to upgrade to a larger one, but there are no rooms available, so staying here feels quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is also very small—it feels really cramped overall.

• Jorge Cokino (9/5): - El personal fue muy servicial. Check-in y check-out sencillo y rápido.. Está en un muy buen barrio de Tokio. A 650 metros aprox de la estación Pese haber contratado las habitaciones de categoría superior el espacio es muy reducido.
• Souad (8/5): C'est un hotel que je peux conseiller si l'on voyage léger. Très propre avec un personnel aimable. - Très propre, personnel très aimable. L'hotel est très bien situé à quelques centaines de mètre du marché AMEYOKO, du parc UNEO, du ZOO, pas très loin à pied de AKIHABARA, voire de AKASA...En métro à 30/40 mn de shibuya, shinjuku, harajuku... Chambre vraiment petite pour 2 personnes, SAUF si vous voyagez léger avec juste un sac à dos, sans grosses valises, sinon vous aurez des difficultés à les caler.

• Gary (9/5): Very pleasant and worth the money if you prefer staying in Ueno area. - Location is great and conveniently located about 600m from the station. Rooms are clean and functional. Would definitely stay again. Even though I spent very little time in my room, perhaps more than 1 x english channel(only BBC World) on television would be good for when you are about to nod off at night. Might be a bit cramped for space if more than one person. However neither are a dealbreaker.

• Pie (8/5): Good hotel to stay in Ueno - Location is excellent, just 5 to 10 mins walk to Ueno station Iriya exit. Walking distance to Ueno Park & Lawson store just accross the street. Not a crowded area as well & clean room. Airconditioning was not working properly. Though couple of days it worked fine but most of our stay the room was warm.
