Kerry (5/5): Recommend the new section of the hotel, not the older section. - We liked the location, close to shops and pubs We stayed in the older section of the hotel, bed was hard and uncomfortable, toilet had poop stains inside the bowl. No curtains above the door to block out light, and the light outside the door shone straight into the room late into the night. The kitchen light was linked to the bathroom light, so the whole room lit up every time someone needed the bathroom. No security lock on the main door, had to consistently check the door was locked. Having had stayed in the newer part of the hotel twice with my family, this was so disappointing to see a significant drop in quality of hotel rooms between the older and newer sections. Only booked the older section as that was all that was left. Please update your older section of your hotel. Sorry just so disappointing.. thinking of booking elsewhere next year.

Ana (3/5): Very disappointing. - The room,comfortable bed, great shower. The fact that our sleep was disturbed from 11:30pm onwards by an apparent drunk or drugged man (staying in one of your rooms) who kept banging on our door and the doors of several other patrons making sleeping impossible. Management did not answer the calls. We and others called the police and they showed up around 2am. By this time who could sleep?? Never staying at this place again and we do not recommend it to anyone. We felt threatened and generally unsafe. It is a disgrace that the motel has no security on whom to call.

Veneka (1/5): the worst motel yet to stay in and we travel alot. so feral we couldnt stay here and checked out - Location was close to funeral we attended photos online we booked foe didnt match the room we paid for and or got. filthy. pubs on toilet button and wall. dirty toilet. out dated styled didnt match photos online. shower was like outdated caravan park with no privact stained dirty curtain flapper door no lock and caravan park bench for towel. near toilet was hole in wall my teen said would be described as porn room glory hole. the shower floor and walls were dirty and towels stained and faded. Bed was lopsided and uncomfortable. sheets had brown stains and dust over them. pillows if youd call them that were just a lil thicker than the pillow slip. floor was dirty with cockroaches on floor. the room itself smelt like dirty sweaty socks. the style of room was very outdated and based on these errors went to reception no staff on so we returned key checked out and despite alerting them know the faults we were not offered another room or refund infact told no refund as we went through bookings.com so despite us over paying for this room and fraudulent paid for room not as we had expected to what we had paid for offered nothing in return and not even a follow up call from them knowing we checked out. we booked into sebel near by which was modern and all mods and cods and alot cheaper and much cleaner. had we have viewed pics at this state and still paid for this then can understand we paid and accepted for that however this is not the case. We paid for something we saw online and sol the higher expectations did not match this room and I believe i was ripped off.

Mark (8/5): Pleasant - Very clean, quiet and close to the airport for an early start. Meals good at the club next door. No under cover car parking there have been hail storms recently which was concerning. Very big storm that night but no hail. 😊

Kevin (6/5): I'd stay there again if the accessible room was better laid out. - OK, the place is fine. It's an older place, tired but clean, the price is right, the staff friendly and the location suited me perfectly. They were let down by a single problem, being the bad layout of the 'accessible' room I chose. I was unable initially to even access the excellent modern accessible bathroom. A friendly young man came and moved a couple bits of furniture for me so I could just squeeze my wheelchair between the bed and fridge to get through. The amount of scarring on the fridge shows me I am not the first to have this problem, but to be fair perhaps nobody has complained? The room just badly needs rearranging, that's all. In its current state I hesitate to recommend it as 'accessible'. The bathroom however is excellent, clearly newly renovated and well designed.
