van den Broek (2/5): Vieze kamer! - De locatie. De zogenaamd “niet-roken kamer” was erg vies. Bij binnenkomst hing er een zware rooklucht aan alles: gordijnen, beddengoed en matras.. alles rook naar sigaretten. Na even in het bed te liggen rook je de nicotine zelfs aan je armen en kleding. We hebben dit bij het personeel gemeld, maar er werd volgehouden dat er niet in de kamer gerookt was, ondanks duidelijke sigarettenbrandplekken. Onze klacht werd totaal niet serieus genomen en er werd niets gedaan om het op te lossen. Door de vieze kamer en de onverschillige houding van het personeel zijn wij eerder vertrokken. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Patrick (7/5): Awesome location and good value. - Location, location, location -- right next to new lane hawker center and across the street for good economy lunch options. Another bonus I wasn't expecting is that there is an elevator so I didn't have to climb up the stairs with my heavy luggage. One other thing, when I wanted to exchange money, the hotel clerk called the money changer who came to the hotel to exchange the money. Awesome! One downside about the room is that there wasnt a fridge. I had to buy a bag of ice daily from the convenient store nearby. Also had ants in the room.

Rachel (4/5): Average. Not suitable for family vacations - The ONLY thing I like bout this hotel is LOCATION which near all eatery. This should be a budget hotel. The hotel didn't provide tooth brush, slipper or laundry bag. The furniture look new but the towel is a 2nd hand items from Hilton hotel. The hair dryer suppose mount to the wall but the hotel remodel it with changing the plug. Somehow feel not safe using it like it will explode anytime. Though good location but it is noisy at night time even after 11pm.

Nothing that was negative, we can walk to the town center for shopping. Surrounding area was peaceful and safe to go about your business without fear of harassment by local vendors.

I put mine on the floor. Imagine the discomfort I endured squatting down opening and closing my baggage. I am s senior citizen at 70.

Yiing Yiing (8/5): Budget hotel with clean room - The place is strategic to KOMTAR & 1st Avenue, however it kinda far to the tourist spot at Georgetown Furthermore, there doesn't provide free parking, therefore, getting a parking is quite tough. Overall is a good stay.

Victoria K. (6/5): Nice budget hotel near food - My room is triple with a double and single bed. Overall the size of the room is decent, with some walking space, ideal for resting at night. May nt be able to contain larger suitcases. The facilities are basic, with one shower/shampoo dispenser. Toothbrush n toothpaste nt provided. So if you are particular abt toiletries, do bring ur own. Limited hangers for clothing and they are secured to the shelf. Note that there are no shelf in the shower area to put toiletries. There is a metal shelf outside the shower area for u to hang clothing/towel. Only one roll of toilet roll provided per day. House keeping service is only available when requested by putting the sign outside the door. The receptionist will remind when checking in. Complimentary bottled water and coffee packets are given. One down side is aircon is leaking. Management may want to fix it. Also there are no safe provided. There is only one room access card issued.
