- Jörg (9/5): Heimelig, aber sehr außerhalb der Zivilisation - Sehr nettes Personal, Strand und Pool direkt vor der Tür. Man kann kostenlos ein Kajak benutzen. Für Gäste, die länger dort sind, wird gratis ein Flughafentransfer gestellt. Zimmer werden täglich grundgereinigt und es gibt frische Handtücher. Jeden Morgen entsorgen Damen den leider täglich angeschwemmten Müll. Insgesamt fühlt sich mit der aktuellen Belegschaft alles etwas familiär an. Das Resort befindet sich sehr abseits, so dass man für Besuche der nächsten Ortschaften (z. B., wenn man eine adäquate Apotheke benötigt oder mal zum Essen gehen will) ein Taxi benötigt. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Resort so schlecht und von riesigen Schlaglöchern geprägt, dass Moped-Taxis über die genialen Apps grundsätzlich ablehnen und Taxi-Fahrer gelegentlich den Weg nicht finden oder den Auftrag gleich canceln. Aber das lässt sich relativ gut regeln. Notfalls besorgt der Chef ein Taxi. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich und bei der Bestellung sollte man sich nicht unbedingt an den abgebildeten Fotos der Speisen orientieren. Dafür sind die Wartezeiten bzgl. des Essens ungewöhnlich kurz.
- Ana (3/5): Disappointing - The beach when clean was lovely. My bungalow ( one of the best ones) was clean and practical but not privacy and not cozy at all. Everything is run down and rubbish everywhere. The service is not good apart from the room cleaning ladies. Not enough staff. The mattress was the hardest I have ever slept on, like sleeping in the floor.

- didier (7/5): Bien mais peu mieux faire - La plage et la piscine surtout Les chambres son t bien meme si elles sont simples Le petit dejeuner C est pauvre dans la formule Booking on a droit a une boisson chaude ou jus d orange et ûn mini encas Le jus d orange n etait pas du fruit frais mais de la bouteille industrielle imbuvable Le chemein d acces est long 1.5kms et difficillement praticable (sable, pierres, trous et meme un serpent) La cuisine est moyenne pas au niveau local aucun vietnamien ne mange ici et le service pas super pro et agreable (le sourire est rare)

Неудобный матрас и подушки. Покушать там кроме как в отеле рядом негде , ехать до отеля по грунтовой дороге минут 5 . Глушь . Ночью орет петух и громко лают собаки , за свою цену считаю , что сервиса нет .

Disappointing when it could be a - Only positive was the location Accommodation was very basic, very tired. Bed was super uncomfortable, very hard bed, (bruised hips after 5 night stay), bathroom was not clean, shower leaked everywhere and only like warm, kettle provided but no cups, or spoons, or tea/coffee. Fridge supplied. Food was awful. Breakfast eggs/omelette was pre cooked and delivered cold every day. When fried eggs were sent back, was heated in microwave - unbelievable.

- Kestutis (5/5): Everything needs an improvement, but the location is wonderfull - The place was great, quiet and with the nice beach. You can enjoy company of local dogs, see some chicken running around, and take a kayak for free (which is really nice). We ordered two rooms: one for me and my wife, and one for children. 1. Hotel pictures on booking.com look very different than in reality. 2. When they brought us to our sea-view room, the room walls vibrated from old AC. Then they showed us another option with sea view, which looked like a prison cell. 3. Another apartment (garden view) was full of mosquitos. In the bathroom we saw more than 50 of them. Manager tried to help us by offering other options (as it was in the eveneing already). We got a room (no sea view), which was quite ok (except no place to put your clouthes, WC room was not clean and if you turn on ventillation in bathroom, you get bad smell). First night we spent all together with our children in this room (no compensation for getting just one room instead of two). From second night children got another room wich was also quite good (except a lake on the floor from the leaking AC - it was fixed in few hours, so no complaints regarding that). BREAKFAST: you can choose one option from 5-6 available breakfast options and one out of few drinks. Oh, and you get few slices of watermelon for free. Everything else - you need to pay extra. And the rooster: it "helps" you to wake up from 4:30 in the morning... Staff was quite ok, only a manager was able to speak english.

- Florian (7/5): Luft nach oben. Traumstrand. Ruhige Lage. - Traumstrand 10 von 10. Ruhig ca. 1,5 km von Hauptstraße über Schotterpiste zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter guter Rollerverleih. Restaurant vor Ort in Ordnung und preislich fair. Je nach Strömung war sehr viel Müll im Wasser und lag auch am Strand. Der wurde hin und wieder weggeräumt, oft auch von Gästen, dann aber vom Personal hinter der Grundstücksgrenze an den Nachbarstrand gekippt. Auch lag am Rand der Häuser recht viel Müll. Das Müllproblem in Vietnam ist ernst wird hier jedoch auch lokal etwas mitverursacht. Personal an sich freundlich, beim servieren doch etwas unmotiviert. Unser Zimmer war schwer renovierungsbedürftig. Es scheinen jedoch schon 80 Prozent renoviert. Bei den sehr undichten Fenstern mit Fingerbreiten Spaltmaßen wären Moskitonetze schön. Mit etwas mehr Mühe und den richtigen Maßnahmen könnte es ein echter Glücksgriff sein.

- Marina (9/5): В целом неплохой отель, чуть дороговат, но все окупает - море и шикарный пляж! - Пляж прекрасный, чистый, на пляже убираются каждый день, в домиках, что подороже, красивый вид из окна - прямо на море, слышно, как шумит море, приятно засыпать и просыпаться под шум моря, можно встретить красивый закат, на пляже есть беседки, скамейки. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Можно бесплатно покататься на лодочке. В кафе хороший повар, готовит нормально. В 4 км от отеля находится гранд ворд , обязательно посетите, там круто! Месторасположение это и плюс и минус этого отеля. Плюс - хороший пляж, уединенность, прямо на берегу моря, минус - до ближайшего магазина пешком 1,5 км по ужасной грунтовой дороге, через лес. Дорога плохая, поэтому таксисты не едут туда. Но, это решаемая проблема - мы брали байк. В домиках не убираются, пока не повесишь соответствующую табличку, полотенца меняют ежедневно и все, постельное белье за 13 дней так и не поменяли. Мебель и обстановка в домике «уставшие», требует ремонта, особенно в дешевых номерах, с видом на сад, в них даже шкафа нет, неудобно. Мы попросили переселить нас в номер с видом на море, там получше, но тоже надо бы обновить. Персонал не особо улыбчивый, не слишком приветливы, холодно вежливый, не более. В кафе готовят хорошо, но завтраки однообразные, по меню на выбор 6 блюд, если едете надолго - надоест.
- Jonas Elmetofte (6/5): Et sted med potientiale, men det forbliver nok altid, som det er nu. - Beliggenheden var fantastisk. Det er faktisk dét, som gør det svært at vurdere stedet. For beliggenheden gør, at hotellets mangler nemmere kan overses. Poolen var virkelig dejlig og et kæmpe plus. Stranden blev gjort rent hver dag. Mango/banan og mango smoothien smagte godt. Scooter udlejning Der var virkelig meget som vi ikke kunne lide. Og det er sådan en skam, når stedet har så sindssyg meget potientiale. Værelset med udsigt til pool: - Virkeligt slidt. Puds der er røget af væggen flere steder. - Dårlig belysning. - Ingen hygge belysning. - Interiør slidt og ligner noget, som man har fundet billigt eller gratis. - Ingen kost eller noget til at feje bare en lille smule. Man får hele tiden sand indenfor, hvilket er helt ok. Det ville dog være rart, hvis man lige kunne feje det til siden. - Aircondition dryppede og sagde irriterende lyde, så vi var vi nød til at åbne (ikke svært) for at rense filtrene (heller ikke svært, men ikke vores job at gøre). De 2 filtre var fuldstændig dækket af et tykt lag støv. Vi skyllede dem og de blev som nye og voila, aircondition fungerede upåklageligt. Badeværelset: Badeværelset var under al kritik. - Ingen toiletrulle holder - Konstant vådt gulv, da bruseafdelingen var midt i det hele og ingen afskærmning. - Intet til at skrabe gulvet, så man bare kunne få det lidt tørt. - Håndklæde reol var ved at falde ud af væggen. - Døren larmede som en sindssyg når man åbnede og lukkede. - Døren gabte, selvom den var lukket - Slidt, som i meget slidt. En kæmpe revne tværs igennem badeværelset som eksempel. - Der var koldt og varmt vand i bruseren, men det varme vand blev ekstremt varmt, så kunne ikke bruges. Service: - Vi fik ikke en eneste gang skiftet sengetøj i de 10 overnatninger, som vi var der. - Håndklæderne blev udskiftet, men vi fik konsekvent kun til 2 personer, selv vi var 4. - Vi var konstant i underskud af toiletpapir, da deres toiletpapir var virkelig dårligt. Så man brugte nærmest en halv til en hel rulle pr. Toiletbesøg pr. Person. - Vasketøjsservicen var faktisk god, dog blev et par badeshorts væk. Det kan selvfølgelig ske, men det er bare irriterende. - Dårlig kommunikation fra personalet/ledelsen.

Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich Die Anlage selbt ist für Tierhaaralergiker nicht geeignet, da sehr viele streunende Hunde in der Anlage sind und die Liegen am Strand und Terasse bevölkern. Wir hatten einen Strandbungalow mit Meerblick gebucht und unser Badezimmer hatte Risse durch diese kamen jeden Tag dutzende Insekten.

- Roberto (6/5): Top Lage. Eigendlich ein Diamant was nicht geschliffen ist - Einzigartige Lage. Direkt an einem nicht überlaufen stand. Der Strand ist super schön. In 24 sage würde das Badezimmer nicht ein mal geputzt. Es war bei der Ankunft absolut verdreckt. Hare überall. Spiegel dreckig. Und dAs Klo daher aus als hätte Mann es noch wie geputzt.
- Elisey (10/5): Нужны мягкие матрасы на каждый лежак на пляже, стаканы и кружки для кофе в номере должны быть! - Частный собственный идеальный пляж с лежаками, уютная территория, приемлемые цены в кафе. Можно снять мотобайк в отеле, советую заранее бронировать, по другому из отеля не выбраться кроме такси… Дорога до отеля плохая, вода течет плохо иногда холодная.
- Aleksandra (8/5): - Beach and the staff. The beach is basically private for this hotel. It is stunning clean and has lots of trees with natural shadow. Very quiet peaceful hotel, great for families with kids. Rooms are very basic especially shower but cleaned regularly. Overpriced for 2 star hotel. It was so basic but we paid 120$ per night for a room. Which is wild for Phu Quoc. We had no choice because another hotel we booked in advance cancelled our booking 3 hours before check in. I assume if booked in advance for normal price this is very good place to stay

Może dla 3 -latka. Na teranie resortu odbywa się palenie śmieci. Toksyczne opary drażniły drogi oddechowe i oczy. No nie.... Nie polecam.

- MISATO (7/5): ビーチのんびりにはばっちりっ - ビーチが目の前のバンガロータイプを探していたので、目的としてはばっちりでした！ 年始でしたので、どのバンガローにも人が泊まっているようでしたが、みなのんびりと過ごしており、 ざわついた感じなく、のんびりとビーチを拠点に過ごすことができました！ お湯がでなかったです。。

The room was outdated. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken and the bed not amazing. I fell in a hole in front of the cottage :/ The access road is a bit chaotic.
- Igarashi (7/5): ビーチは良いがコスパがなぁ - ビーチの目の前で、数十年前のいわゆる東南アジアのビーチリゾートでプライベート感あり静か、キレイな海が目の前。何処か懐かしさを思い出させる。 カヌーも無料で使用でき、ビーチライフは満喫出来る。 スタッフも清潔に保とうという意識を感じる。 大通りから1km以上舗装されていない道のため、特にヴィンワンダーなど近場からだとグラブがとにかく行きたがらないためつかまらない。 支払いもクレジットカードですると合計金額の4%とられた。 朝食込みだが支払いの際に朝食代を取られていたのでキチンとチェックする注意が必要。 フーコック自体、新しいホテルが多く設備が充実しているが、設備は記載した通り昔のビーチリゾートのため古く、ホテル自体のコスパは非常に悪い。 それでも静かなビーチライフを満喫したい人におすすめ

- Mariia (7/5): Top location but lacking good food and hospitality - This respite is located in the perfect private beachfront area. Allows you to relax fully in the quiet setting. The facilities have a pool, sunbeds with umbrellas, kayaks you can use for free, laundry service. We had a spacious bungalow with AC. Although this place is in the perfect spot, it needs some more love:) The facilities may benefit from the better cleaning - bathroom walls, dusty areas inside the accomodation, towels with stains. Beds were clean. We have originally reserved the sea view bungalow but were notified about the booking mistake a week before the arrival that this room category is not available. We could no longer cancel without the fees. Upon arrival the manager offered us a 20%discount and a bungalow a bit further from the beach, but it was okay for us. The restaurant offers a lot of variety international and local food but it was blunt and we could not enjoy it. Fruits and juices are perfect and fresh, nothing else. Not even the coffee was drinkable. Luckily you can order food delivery using the grab app. The staff does try to speak English but generally not accommodating and you need to follow up several times on your request, even when using the translator app.

- Hana (10/5): - Klidně místo u nádherné pláže,výborná restaurace,úžasní psi. Moc dekujeme personálu,nic nebyl problém,cokoliv jsme potřebovali,nebyl nic problém. Měli jsme od nich zajištěný krásný výlet individuální jen pro nás sami s řidičem. Na místě lze vyměnit i peníze,půjčit si skútr. Lze jet zdarma z letiště autobusem číslo 17 a od zastávky jsou to 2km. Postarší vybavení,leccos by potřebovalo opravit,ale celkový dojem nám to opravdu nezmění.

- Alice Kloster (5/5): Best location but poor seevice - Marvellous location on the beautiful beach. Stunning view. Clean water and beach. The orange juice in the restaurant was yummy! Our room was right next to the kitchen and did not have the promised balcony. The door to the bathroom could not be closed. The room was not perfectly clean, but ok. Only two power supplies although the room has 5 queensized beds. The staff geberally seemed tired and more interested in playing pool and listening to loud music than taking care of the guests.

- Patrizia (6/5): Renovierungsbedürftige Anlage mit wunderschönem Strand - Das Bungalow Resort lebt von seinem sehr schönen Strand. Die Speisekarte ist überraschend vielseitig, aber nicht immer alles vorhanden (und wurde teilweise auch nicht nachgekauft). Der Strandabschnitt steht nur den Resortgästen zur Verfügung und war wirklich sehr schön. Man merkt gleich, dass hier ein Renovierungsstau herrscht. Das Zimmer (Nr. 407) an sich war sehr groß, das Bad jedoch nicht brauchbar. Möchte man die Dusche benutzen, setzt man das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser.
- Nathalie (7/5): We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. - Het strand, het lekkere eten en de heerlijke smoothies maakten onze ervaring compleet. De accommodatie was eenvoudig, maar bood alles wat we nodig hadden voor een prettig verblijf. Ter plekke kun je gemakkelijk brommers huren en het vriendelijke personeel draagt bij aan het fijne verblijf. Voor deze prijs verdient deze plek eigenlijk een nóg hogere score. De stroom werd regelmatig uit gezet om brandstof voor de generator te besparen. Dat betekend dus geen licht en geen wifi.
- Иванова (10/5): Рекомендую на 100% - Потрясающее месторасположение. Море, пляж, тишина. Мы отдыхали в с середины ноября 2025 до конца ноября 2025. Погода шикарная, все постояльцы отеля, как и персон уважают ваш отдых и вокруг стоит тишина, и только шум моря. Завтра потрясающий, в целом кормят (если обедать и ужинать там) отлично. Брали с семьей (я, супруга и дочка 4 года) один мопед на прокат и ездили до местных развлечений. Рынок + зоопарк (зоопарк, кстати обязателен к посещению - честно я такого еще не видел) По нашему мнению отель намного лучше Sheraton и т.д. за свои деньги Мы обязательно туда еще вернёмся. Спасибо всему персоналу (все время были отзывчивы и услужливы)
- nicolas (6/5): Sympa mais bcp d efforts à faire pour la propreté - Très bel emplacement face à la mer Plage très bien entretenue Et les dames qui travaillent pour l hôtel se donnent du mal pour que la plage reste propre Les salles de bain! Nous avons été logés dans deux chambres différentes, d ailleurs à cause d une mauvaise gestion car nous avons réservé pour trois jours et n avions pas du tout envie de changer! Dans les deux chambres les salles de bain laissaient à désirer côté propreté Il y avait encore bcp de sable côté douche, à se demander si cela avait été nettoyé! Et dans la deuxième chambre les toilettes étaient immondes!!! Dans les deux bengalow odeur forte d urine dans les toilettes

- Adam (9/5): Gorgeous stay on beach on Phu Quoc - Amazing resort in north of Phu Quoc island. It’s away from the touristy main town and feels like how imagine Phu Quoc was like before the mass development. Very chill vibes here so expect a relaxing stay right on the beach. We had a garden view room which was simple but comfortable. Great value. It’s situated on what’s easily the best and cleanest beach we found on the island. Gorgeous clear blue water and no trash in sight. The resort has free kayaks to use which was a fun activity and loungers/hammocks to laze about on. The pool table was a fun addition too. We enjoyed playing with the cute puppies and wanted to take them home with us. Staff were great and helpful. The resort is 30/40min ride to main town so need a motorbike to be self-sufficient but they rent them out here for 200k a day so this was not a problem. I imagine would be tricky getting about without one. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay by 3 more days. Food was a little pricey but so is everywhere on the island. Menu was somewhat limited as they kept running out of certain ingredients but we just picked something else or ate out. The dirt track leading to the resort is a very rough ride. Shower was cold. These are minor complaints though and certainly did not put a dampener on our time here.

They have their own restaurant and food is really good. Last 1.5 km road to resort is really bad and gets scary in the night.
- Alain (7/5): Kies deze alleen voor de locatie - De lokatie is top Hygiëne is drama, in 8 dagen geen een keer de badkamer schoon gemaakt. De vereniging komt door de matras heen. In 8 dagen geen een keer schoon linnengoed.kamer wordt matig tot slecht schoongemaakt.Wasbak loopt slecht door, kraan hangt los. Te kort strand bedden doordat de eigenaar touroperators de hele dag toelaat. Elke nacht meerdere keren blaffende honden. Lokatie is echt super, bediening en keuken complimenten maar de test dramatische.
- Alina (9/5): Cet endroit nous a séduit par son joli cadre, on y reviendra 🤞 - Endroit isolé, très belle décoration autour du restaurant, de taille humaine, personnel réactif et avenant. Le dépaysement assuré, très belle plage tout au long de l'emplacement, pas de voisinage, un petit coin du paradis. La table de billard, les kayaks sont disponibles sans frais supplémentaires. Les bungalows sont un peut vieillots, les portes ne ferment pas bien. Les gels de douche et shampoing, pourrait être améliorés. Le chemin d'accès en voiture n'est pas très alléchant pour les taxis/ grab - voir s'ils peuvent remplir les trous par des cailloux ou de la terre.
- jean (9/5): Une plage authentique et dés bungalow dans leur jus . - L’endroit est magnifique et nettoyée tous les matins , le restau super top si vous mangez local et le personnel très sympathique. Évier cassé et pas de porte de douche dans la salle de bain. Lit un peu dur quand même ..
- Emilia (9/5): Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce - Lokalizacja super, ośrodek jest położony nad piękną plaża z bardzo klimatyczną restauracją, to jest na prawdę urocze miejsce. Obsługa jest świetna, bardzo mili ludzie i bardzo pomocni, nawet zamienili materac na łóżku na moją prośbę, wybór dań w restauracji jest spory, dania są smaczne, śniadania również. Woda i plaża czyściutkie. Bardzo miło spędzaliśmy tutaj czas, są kajaki do użytku gości i basen. Super miejsce. Nie spałam tutaj zbyt dobrze ale moje plecy są bardzo wymagające w tym temacie. Niektórym apartamentom przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie.

- Christina (8/5): Fantastic location, very nice staff! - Fantastic location, very nice staff. Had a bit of language issues, but managed well overall. When we wanted to change room, that was not a problem, and the staff was very fruendly and helpful with absolutely everything. All in all, a very pleasant stay, and again; the staff and location were the best! Too many dogs around the restaurant and pool for our taste, but thats goes for a lot of places, not only this resort.
- David (8/5): We had a good value of money for this price in this Tết vacation whereas they have to serve with good attitude - The beach is fantastic and pristine.The staff is kind and friendly. The water is clean. They have free kayaks for us to use. Lots of tourists esp Europeans. We thought we were in a foreign country not Viet Nam The road getting from the main road to resort was really bad.

- Rikki (5/5): Great beach location but nothing else was great. - The location on a quiet beach, in a quiet part of the island was fantastic! Beautiful days spent lying on sun lounges in the shade or sun. Rock pools and empty beaches. The property organised an airport pick up and put an extra small bed in our room to accommodate our family. BUT, not being near any other restaurants or food shops made it very difficult to buy different or additional food, and this was DEFINITELY needed. The food was the main reason we left, it was not good at all. The breakfasts were not eaten, everything was undercooked. All food was very overpriced. Also, many items listed as being in the rooms were not there (walk in robe, drying space, kettle, etc). The air con controller didn't work, so we were cold each night, or had to turn all power off to turn it off. The sea view was actually mostly the view of a breaking down pagoda in between us and the beach. Facilities (bathroom, sliding doors into rooms, etc) were not built well and not maintained, so the kids couldn't close the doors alone, and they were difficult for us to close - every time. A couple of things that are not working or value for money we can put up with, but there were just too many things. Plastic was burnt with the rubbish pile filling our room with a terrible smell. They were lovely people and we wanted to support them, but eventually moved to a place that cost the same and was so much better in comfort, cleanliness, breakfasts, facilities. We are glad we stayed for a couple of nights at Vung Bau, but would recommend this place only if you go prepared, with plenty of food and your own transport to go to other places to eat, and can be satisfied with low quality facilities for a great location.

- Cran (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location, very friendly and accommodating staff, amazing food with many vegan and vegetarian options! A whole vegan menu! Which was extremely delicious. For two families staying for a week who are all vegetarians and vegans, this was really great. It was a very fun and comfy stay. The kids enjoyed the pool table, the kayaks, the lovely beach and the snorkelling trips that the resort organised for us. A highly recommended place ;) Nothing. It was a charming and ideal place for us.
- Kim (4/5): The room is very dirty but the beach is admirable. - The beach and the sunset and the staff are super nice. but that’s all The resort is so remote that no taxi want to pick us up because of the rough road. It is very dirty, cockroaches poop in the drawer, snake on the green ground, dozen of barking dogs and poop on the area, ants under bed and mosquitos, geckos on the wall. Curtains with plenty of holes, bathroom no ventilation, either ice cold oder burning hot water, lock is only from the outside. In overall very dirty.
