If I had to pick, a complementary bottle of water each day has been standard across all our accomodation in South America and would be a nice offering at the hotel. - Camila (8/5): - O bom desse hotel é que pia, box e vaso sanitário são separados. A cama é grande e confortável e as atendentes do café da manhã são muito simpáticas. Uma delas até descascou uma manga pra mim, já que eu estava com dificuldades rs. Cada dia tem opções de pratos quentes distintos no café da manhã. Outro ponto positivo é que eles ajudam com agendamento de passeios em Cartagena. Faltou um cobertor/edredom no quarto. Não achei que a roupa de cama estivesse super limpa/cheirosa.

- Mara (8/5): - Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Pool war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind null isoliert, das heisst man hört alles und riecht alles, was draussen geschieht (jemand hat vor unserem Zimmer geraucht und es roch wie wenn wir im Zimmer rauchen würden). Wenn man Tageslicht möchte, hat man gleich auch die ganze Hitze im Zimmer, da es keine richtigen Fenster sind. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und das Badezimmer ist kein eigenes Zimmer. Schade, dass die Liegen auf dem Dach sind und nicht beim Pool.

Hice la reserva para que mi mamá celebrase su cumpleaños y aun sin avisar en recepción ellos tuvieron un detalle hermoso con ella. Excelente ubicación y servicio. Muy bueno el desayuno y todas las instalaciones. La tapa del inodoro tenia un detalle, estaba partida y no cerraba del todo bien. Es solo un detalle, todo lo demas estaba excelente.

- Neza (8/5): Nice value for money stay in Getsemani - The property is located in a nice area of Getsemani, close to restaurants, cocktail bars and souvenir shops. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is on the terrace of the top floor and is partly self serve, partly order. As the location is in Getsemani, it can be quite loud during the night. Additionally, all rooms are facing into the courtyard where people come and go, so you can hear a lot of noise.

- Ken (7/5): Cozy place with good location and great breakfast. - Good central location in the city ventet. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant that had very friendly staff. Nice little pool. Attitude of reception staff was bad: Especially one man at the reception was quite lazy, arrogant and never smiling. At arrival we asked for a better room not so close to the reception but we strangely were told that it was not possible because the hotel was full. But we could see that many rooms were unoccupied and when we insisted again it was all of a sudden possible to get another room.
- Moira (9/5): Boutique Hotel in Getsamani - A super hotel in the Getsamani area of Cartegana. It is very arty and has a nice pool on the ground floor and a deck on the roof for sunbathing. Good WiFi and TV with loads of channels ( English and others) and good air conditioning . The breakfast is good - fruit coffee juice crepes and eggs. The hotel is a little bit away from the action which is good for sleeping. The basic rooms are small with no natural light. We stayed here twice before 6 years ago and some years before that. Then the hotel really had the wow factor now they seem to simply going through the motions however it is still a lovely place. There is a lot of noise in the morning - watering plants, washing areas etc people going up the stairs etc. They could provide some free water. Noise in the early morning and no free water.

Et surtout un personnel très serviable, souriant et professionnel. Un havre de paix. La chambre est très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner préparé avec soin par Ana et Esther. Un régal ! Notre petit dejeuner préféré du voyage. Et le personnel à la réception est au top. Rien à redire.

- Stefanie (9/5): Sehr schöners Hotel in toller Lage - Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten ruhigeren Lage von Getsemaní. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon mit Schaukelstühlen. Die Servicekräfte Ester und Anna beim Frühstück sind außergewöhnlich. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Ab und zu wird abends in der Nähe, Musik gespielt, was für uns kein Problem war.

And I love the pool and general colonial design of the hotel. I would like more comfortable sitting area on second floor.
- Luc (9/5): Een echte, authentieke aanrader! - In eerste instantie alle lof aan het personeel: zowel de onthaalmedewerkers, als het keuken- en poetspersoneel. Allemaal bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Rustige topligging aan de rand van de befaamde en kleurrijke Getsemaníwijk. Het historisch centrum op loopafstand. Het zwembad is voldoende voor een heerlijke verfrissing. Het ontbijt was heerlijk én geserveerd met de glimlach. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Cartagena, opteren we zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel. Helemaal niets.

Nos pasaron una habitación sin ventana de vidrio lo que nos hizo sentir demasiado ruido de unos vecinos, sin embargo, fueron muy atentos e inmediatamente nos cambiaron de habitación. El personal fue muy amable, inclusive se me quedo algo en el hotel y luego de unos dias me llamaron para avisarme que lo habian encontrado y lo enviaron hasta mi domicilio. Pienso que almenos podrian poner una botella de agua como cortesia, de resto me parecio todo muy bien!

The room is really small,but nice decorated. It's a roof terrace too,where is nice to take breakfast. Even if at some points could be better somewhere else,we enjoy our stay here. The beds are quite hard and it's a lot of noise,if the housemaid is waking up,you're waking up. If you have 2 big trolley bags with you,be prepared to keep 1 closed.

- Javier (10/5): Excelente - Muy lindo hotel y lo mejor fue la atención del personal, las chicas del desayuno muy amables y si re todo destacar a Wilmer; el recepcionista, muy amable y paciente, fue de mucha ayuda, me oriento y resolvió dudas sobre mi recorrido por la zona. Lo unico malo, cuando estaba saliendo del recinto , el dueño del hotel retando al personal en la recepción frente a los huéspedes. Una lastima
- LIVNY KEREM (9/5): Una estancia agradable cerca de todo pero sin ruidos en el hotel. - El desayuno me gustó mucho, son muy atentos y tienen variedad en frutas, pedimos cosas que no estaban a la vista y nos lo proporcionaron, como yogurt y granola. Todos los colaboradores son super amables y muy atentos a resolver tus dudas e inquietudes. No tengo algún aspecto que no me haya gustado, solo que las habitaciones en las foticos se ven más grandes, pero esta perfecto para dos personas. Te resguardan el equipaje.

La piscine a l’ombre est là bienvenue Environnement bruyant: les fenêtres n’ont pas de vitres, les vieux planchers n’isolent pas du bruit. On entend le bruit du quartier toute la nuit et la préparation du petit déjeuner dès 5:30

- Everton (10/5): Excepcional - Absolutamente tudo. O hotel é ótimo, o quarto é confortável e o banheiro é excelente — bem limpo e funcional. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e bem servido. A piscina é uma delícia e faz toda a diferença no calor de Cartagena. O ponto mais alto é a equipe do hotel. Todos são atenciosos e solícitos. Tenho de destacar o Wilmer, pois ele foi sempre muito disponível e prestativo, ajudando em tudo o que precisamos: desde a disponibilização de um adaptador de tomada até a indicação do melhor beach club em Isla Rosário. Muito obrigado! Recomendo e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar. Gostei de tudo.

- Saskia (9/5): heerlijk - het personeel was professioneel en erg behulpzaam, met name Lina aan de balie en de dames van het ontbijt het zwembad was wat klein, maar wel heel lekker fris. De kamer was ook wat klein, voor ons was het goed genoeg.
- Roos (7/5): - De locatie is perfect, in Getsemani maar niet aan de mainstreet. Er is een leuk rustig pleintje waar je wat kan eten en drinken. De kamer was schoon, je zit wel aan een galerij waar alle gasten langs lopen en het is een beetje gehorig. Gehorigheid in het hotel is niet fijn. Wij hebben 12 uur lang geen airco gehad door een stroomstoring. Daar kan het hotel verder niets aan doen alleen werd het pas opgelost om 23:30. Rond dat tijdstip was het erg druk in het hotel.

En recepción profesionalidad y amabilidad, la limpieza impecable y en el desayuno, que es formidable, el personal hace que no haya mejor manera de empezar el día El barrio Getsemani está cerca de todo, permite caminar a todo lo interesante de Cartagena. Hay que asumir que se ha convertido en el centro de la marcha y la diversión y por la noche está a rebosar de gente y es bullicioso
