• Crystal (4/5): Great and Friendly Staff, Very clean rooms! - The room was very quiet and clean. The staff was great! Rosalyn, Rakeem and Mr. Stacy were Awesome and so very helpful. Getting breakfast was horrible, the breakfast area is way too small! People kept bumping into me and by the time I got to my table my food was cold. Refills at the breakfast bar took forever and making waffles took way too long because there are only 2 waffle irons.

• Rein (9/5): - The staff is amazing very welcoming, kind and helpful. Location is walking distance to our son's apartment. Breakfast was better than most hotels; potatoes seasoned nicely. Black out shades worked well. Room was quiet. Even at the lowest speed the HVAC fan made the air feel cold when the air hit you. Internet was out when we arrived and took more than a day to repair. Even though we drove, an airport shuttle would be nice for future trips and insure we would always stay here on future trips.

Our original King size booking was not available upon check-in. Dirty soiled toilet seat. Hair in our face towels from previous guests. Trash was not disposed from previous guests. One of the hooks to hang our coats was loose and came apart after we tried hanging our garments. Dust bunnies on one of the beds, but thank God we had another queen bed. No refund or compensation for what I requested.

There were some empty containers out for breakfast which didn't give much for choices.. The door fixture was loose and pulled away from the door itself. We did not feel safe. All the above didn't seem like it met Hiltons or my expectations for this franchise.

• Mia (9/5): - Free breakfast actually comes with Real Meat on a 3 Day Rotation. During my stay there was Maple Turkey Keilbasa, Pork Sausage Patties, and Chicken Sausage Patties. I think officially the turkey is called a Maple Sausage but it tastes like a Turkey Keilbasa. Real Potatoes are also served. We had a rotation of Yukon Golds and Red Bliss Jackets. The eggs are a powder mix. You can access Free Coffee, Hot Water, Tea Center 24/7 downstairs in addition to the Keurig in the rooms with Dunkin Donuts Regular and Decaf Coffees. There is a credenza with drawers filled with 24/7 access of food related amenities for guests to access. It has things like paper plates, paper bowls, plastic spoons / forks/ knives, napkins, and lemon juice. I didn't go through every drawer but it's located across guest services in the front lobby. This hotel was amazingly quiet considering it is directly on Ashford Dunwoody near Perimeter Mall and I stayed during Labor Day Weekend 2025 at full capacity including younger guests and families. I was on the top 7th Floor across from the elevator and heard little noise from the elevator, the ice machine or other guests. Guest services was super helpful and pretty friendly. The other guests were very cordial. King bed was very comfortable. King Suite has good floor space. You don't feel cramped. I should mention the refrigerator is larger than a cube size. I was able to fit food and beverages. Oddly, there were no black out curtains in my room. I'm not sure if that was because I was on the top floor. I normally have difficulty sleeping and require black out curtains. I ended up doing well on most nights with my sleep despite not having them. I called to the front desk to inquire if thos was normal for this room and she was surprised. She offered to put in a work order to install them during my stay on the day I called. But this was not done. This set expectation was the only area where this hotel location fell short. Considering this is a King Suite with Queen Pull Out Sofa intended for up to 4 Adult guests, the closet space is barely sufficient for one person. There are some wire drawers under the television. But this is still insufficient storage space for 4 Adults. I ended up grabbing from my suitcase. There was no suitcase rest instead of using the floor. As a Foodie, I would have liked yogurt and a larger condiments bar for the oatmeal. Didn't care for the eggs and Chicken Sausage Patties were just OK. The shower curtain is too short and a puddle of water formed outside the faucet in my handicap accessible bathroom. This would have been a fall risk if I was solo traveling in a wheelchair.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Overbooked at 3:00 pm with my prior reservation? - It was stressful checking in at 3:00. The lady checking me in said they were overbooked. She asked if I would take 2 queens. I agreed. Then she asked if I would take a mobility room. I agreed. But she commented several times being overbooked even though I booked well in advance. I said “Is there a problem? I booked well in advance.”And besides that, I was checking in at 3:00, the SOONEST you are allowed to check in. How did she know she was overbooked? Last minute cancelations happen. I was tired from travel and felt frustrated that I couldn’t get the room I booked for. Besides that, the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning wouldn’t let me go below 68. I have to have 66° for my reactive airway disease. Do better Hampton.

• Kayla (8/5): Nice stay - Overall- I would rate this hotel a 4/5. It was in a great area, convenient to shopping and dinning. Parking was free- which was difficult to find in the Atlanta area. Also free breakfast. I would def stay again. Nothing was negative, but I would say somethings that could have been better. Checking in took a while. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4pm. I was the fourth person in line- the gentleman was nice, but not very talkative. I wish another staff member could have helped check everyone in quicker. Also, in the bathroom I found dental floss left behind from the previous customer. Not a huge deal as it was under the sink on the floor, but leads me to think they don’t clean very well. Overall, nothing terrible. Nice place to stay. Pretty easy drive to the Truist Braves Stadium, would stay there again.
