- Marius (9/5): Good value and location - Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Location is good, hotel is near the airport (5-10 min drive), shuttle to airport is free. Some minor things in the room could be renewed. Cutleries and dishes during breakfast are disposable.

The front desk Stephanie was very nice and the other girl at the desk when we checked in Friday, the breakfast was really the best hotel breakfast we’ve had The pool didn’t have a lot of towels but that’s ok we bring from home typically!

- Kiana (7/5): - The room was very clean. You’re able to adjust the temp for the room. The staff was friendly and I believe that it’s a reasonable price for what you get. Would be great if the deposit for the room was added when booked and not when you arrive. They tell you that you get the full deposit back for the room but you don’t because parking is not free which they do not tell you even though there is nowhere else around to park
- Johanna (6/5): It’s ok for a few days stay. - Room was big for 3 adults and a child. Stayed in a king suite. Comfortable. Super close to O’Hare, Allstate Arena, and restaurants. Toilet was filled with urine, the sliding door for bathroom wasn’t good. Kept on opening no matter how gentle we were about closing it. also, bathroom didn’t have a functional fan. Layout of bedroom and furniture was weird.

- Esteban (8/5): Its good when close to the airport. - The rooms were clean and the staff helpful, we had a good night stay. the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel it was complicated to locate, specially when you land on the other side of the airport.

Efectiva para cubrir el espacio de tiempo entre dos vuelos... conexiòn de casi 24horas. - El servicio de Shuttle, fantastico. quiza ofrecer crema de manos entre los amenities... por el frio, las manos se resecan demasiado. Y un Shuttle a la estación del metro de Rosemonth.

- Margot (5/5): Prijs -kwaliteit niet op niveau - De kamer is ruim en comfortabel, de bedden zijn goed, fijne matras, schoon en fijn beddengoed. Goede badkamer, fijne douche. De instructie over de luchthavenshuttle was voor ons onduidelijk, we werden, zelfs nadat we gebeld hebben met het hotel, van de ene naar de andere terminal gestuurd. En uiteindelijk zelf een taxi genomen. Op de kamer is een airco, die met een grote regelmaat gaat blazen met een geluidsniveau waar je onmogelijk doorheen kunt slapen. Er was geen drinkwater op de kamer.. In de ochtend was de electriciteit uitgevallen waardoor we in een aardedonkere kamer moesten uitchecken en met de zware koffers via de trap naar beneden. Er was daardoor ook geen koffie, thee of redelijk ontbijt. Natuurlijk is dit overmacht maar het leek alsif er niet werd geiimproviseerd en er werd geen extra hulp aangeboden.

- Donald (8/5): Would definitely stay there again. - Rosemont was beautifully decorated for the holidays. There were many restaurants nearby and other convenience shops. Location was also close to Chicago, northern suburbs and highways to get around faster. There was a crack in the shower’s floor that we had to avoid stepping on for fear of getting cut. No incident though.

- Shady (4/5): Overall below average stay - Proximity to AAOS OLC I had a king suite with sofa bed..Outdated furniture, bed not very comfy, horrible pillows, weird room design wardrobe in the bathroom!!, and tv table dividing room in two halves, room service comes every other day ..overall below average stay.
