- ALVISE (9/5): Clean and comfortable room. Amazing breakfast. - The room was clean and overall well-maintained. The breakfast was really amazing, it included continental and asian food, a chef ready to prepare your egg fresh on demand and another one ready to prepare you a noodle soup. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The only minor issue was that the bathroom door would not fully close, leaving a gap. I believe this may be awkward for some guests.

- Goran (7/5): Great location with horrible Wi-Fi - While the rooms are on the smaller side, they feature a nice, well-maintained bathroom, even if the design feels a bit dated. The hotel itself could use a slight cosmetic touch-up, but it is kept very clean, and the staff clearly does their best. Temperature control is simple thanks to both the air conditioning and an openable window. Additionally, even when the hotel is at full capacity, the three elevators are usually enough to get around quickly. The breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours when the hotel is fully booked, but the staff is highly efficient and quick at clearing and resetting tables. The hotel has great location with easy access to the public transportation. The most frustrating part of the stay was the incredibly slow internet, which was unbearable to use. The Wi-Fi was essentially useless, forcing us to rely entirely on our mobile data plans. Additionally, while the breakfast was good, it could definitely be improved with a bit more variety.

- fiaalover (9/5): - 신라스테이 좋다는 이야기만 들었는데 실제로 묵어본 건 처음이었어요. 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 깔끔하고 모던하고. 조식도 알차서 후회없는 선택이었어요. 특히 침대가.. 대박적으로 크고 편해서 가로로도 눕고 대각선으로도 눕고 딩굴댕굴하며 편안한 시간 보냈습니다. 조금씩 세월의 흔적이 묻어나기 시작한 것 같아요. 저는 15층에 묵었는데 복도 카펫이 울퉁불퉁하게 울어 있더라구요. 그리고 객실에서 창가쪽에 테이블이 길게 설치 되어있는데 그것도 좀 낡은 티가 나고.. 그 외에는... 욕조 문이 화장실 안 쪽이 아니라 바깥 쪽에서 여닫을 수 있게 되어 있는게 좀 이상했어요.

Shilla Stay Guro is the very few accommodation in South Korea that you can rely on with high expectations.

Všude bylo čisto a uklizeno, pokoj byl pravidelně dobře udržovaný a oceňuji také pití zdarma doplňované každý den na pokoji. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku a hotel můžu doporučit. Menším mínusem byl trochu opotřebovaný nábytek a část patra působila lehce zanedbaně. Na celkovém dojmu z pobytu to ale nic zásadního nemění.

The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating with all of our requests. Many thanks to Remi (I hope I correctly remembered their name!) for the special gift! There is a subway station nearby (5m walk) that takes you to pretty much anywhere in the city (30-60mins to usual hotspots). I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast is delicious. However, we had a longer stay and we got pretty bored of the menu after a week, since the breakfast options are decent in terms of quantity, but ultimately limited, and there is no rotation whatsoever in the menu.

- Macarena (9/5): Lovely place - The hotel is very well taken care of, rooms clean and organised. Bed super comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! Maybe a bit far from the main points.

The hotel location was great for us, you are close to the bicycle path along the canal leading to the Han river bicycle path. There is a metro and airport bus station nearby and many small shops and restaurants.

The buffet food/restaurant was amazing. The fitness centre needs dumbells or barbells to actually be useful to use properly.

- Kuo (8/5): Decent stay. - Very convenient to subway station (5mins walk), and very near food street (5-10mins walk). Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good variety of food options for breakfast buffet although it does not change. Great rice noodle station. Loved that they provided wet wipes at breakfast buffet. 2 free bottled water daily. Heated toilet seat. Open concept restrooms at lobby. Limited parking is available for hotel customers. Bathroom slippers provided. Wifi speed is good. Room can be quite small. Bathtub is slopped at an angle and can be very slippery and dangerous - very high falls risk - I had to put a towel to prevent slipping as they don't have rubber bathtub floor mat. Room has poor ventilation. Minibar / kettle area does not have light. Bath towel may have a musty smell and may have stains - just check before use - they happily change for you. Unfortunately had a few tourists from China that may have spoilt the stay experience.
