I stayed here because it was the only hotel that had a hot tub & I wanted to unwind & relax before bed but when I got in both nights it was like a like warm bath & NOT relaxing. I was double charged for our room! $117.57 on Wednesday, September 24th, and $176.49 on Saturday, September 27th, after checkout. Then, on Sunday, the 28th, I was charged $8.50? I need the $176.49 refunded! ASAP!!! And I want to know what the $8.50 was charged for! Please contact me at 301-616-6471 as soon as possible!

Firepit was an attraction at night, lobby was lively with what seemed to be a big family hanging out. My obversations were made while I enjoyed the bar and college football with a bunch of Priests. Labor Day weekend is an annual Catholic pilgrimage in uniontown. True story.

Speakup12 (2/5): Never again - Checked in here 1 night for a work trip. Never again. The whole place smells like dirty dogs. I mean on every floor, in the gym, pool, bar and front desk areas. The rug on my floor was wet the whole time and i drag water into my room. Went to get on the treadmill and both were broke. Then i saw a women go into the pool area and use a towel meant for humans to wipe her dogs ass.

We werent in our room very often except at night. So we paid $100 so she could sleep there. Nothing else. I understand and agree with a non refundable fee for the pet but$100? Too much. Not at all happy with this fee.

Ellen (6/5): Bug - We got there Friday night and so tired went to bed soon after arriving there. Saturday morning we went to our Granddaughters for breakfast. Spent the day wedding dress shopping and planning for her June wedding.. My husband went to bed i stayed up and watched tv. All the sudden an ugly bug comes out from behind the picture. Just one. It stayed up by the ceiling and crawled towards tge light. Eventually it flew down and i was able to trap it in a cup. I took care of that bug but couldntsleep all night thinking more were going to emerge. It being winter and very cold i wasnt too alarmed (only paranoid) i didn't even report it. As im typing this i feel stupid i let a bug get the better of me. The room otherwise was very nice. The bug incidence made me realize this isn't the hotel for us. We left Sunday real early. I needed to get out of that room. It was only one bug. But it was ugly.

I really enjoyed the way the shampoo and body wash was mounted in the shower in pump dispenser bottles. The signs for the room numbers are not consistent. They weren’t on the same side of the door for each room so I initially passed by my room.

Pioneer64054891313 (4/5): Flies. Rooms smell like portajohn. Wifi is abysmal. - I have stayed at this hotel for work every other week for the past 12 months. The staff is kind and helpful. That is the only thing decent about this place. The internet almost never works, even the premium wifi. I was assured that they were getting upgraded service in august but there has been zero improvement. That’s not the worst thing. 90% of the rooms smell like a portajohn and have massive fruit flies in the bathroom coming from the shower drains. I brought my own drain-o as housekeeping poured a little bit of concentrated Simple Green down the drain and said “yeah some rooms just smell like that”. One night may be ok since options are sparse in town and the staff is friendly, but don’t stay here otherwise.

momr759 (10/5): Very nice hotel! - We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and had great internet. The room was very clean and well appointed. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The staff was friendly. The coffee in the lobby is only available until 10 a.m. The restaurant on-site serves breakfast and dinner only. The lobby area was very attractive. There were quite a few restaurants a short drive from this hotel. It's on the outskirts of Uniontown. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.
