- Rachel (8/5): Great stay. - Super friendly and helpful staff. Good location well served by bus and subway. Clean rooms Not much. The room was small, but as per the description when booked.

Embora boa localização, vai dormir mal, rinite atacada e sem Wi-Fi. - A localização é muito boa, tem um ponto de ônibus na frente do hotel que te leva para qualquer lugar de Quioto; e a estação mais próxima fica a duas quadras. A limpeza era bem ruim, o quarto estava cheio de pó e o filtro do ar condicionado parece que não trocam há anos. O Wi-Fi também é péssimo, no nosso quarto nem achava o sinal para conectar. Quando reclamamos na recepção nos deram um pocket Wi-Fi que também não tinha velocidade de internet nenhuma, precisamos usar o 5g do celular todos os dias. Também pedimos travesseiros extras no início, porque eles fornecem apenas 01 por pessoa e é muito fino, e nos informaram que não tinham. Só pro final da viagem que conseguiram nos dar os travesseiros extras. E, a maioria dos funcionários são bem antipáticos e indispostos.
- christine (1/5): - L’emplacement Il faut être contorsionniste pour occuper la chambre 437 !!! 20 cm d’espace entre le mur et le lit, le seul endroit pour la valise est de l’autre côté des lits et il ń’y a pas de place pour passer. C’est se payer la tête du client. Sans compter que la vaisselle du petit déjeuner est en melamine. Pour un Ibis STYLES, doit pouvoir offrir de meilleures prestations. Je ne réserverai plus sans cette chaîne d’hôtels.

Le stanze sono microscopiche (15 cm tra letto e muro)

- hiroshi (8/5): 全体として満足しています。 - 清潔感。アクセス好。 トイレの便器のサイズが小さすぎ。外人は臀部がはみ出すのでは？日本人の男性１６５センチ６６キロが十分座れない感じがする。特に前の恥部が器にくっつく感がする。また、尻を洗浄する水が出る部分が先過ぎて、併せようとすると便器に接触する。 また、水温は色々あると思うが、日本人で家庭の温水に慣れている人には低すぎる。調整できないものか。

А еще тут было окно, это прямо редкость для Японии Дороговато конечно. Разменяли день в Осаке на +1 день в Киото - как будто оно того не стоило. Ну и номер миниатюрный) Кровать для двоих не оч просторная (одеяло совсем не дышит, приходится кондиционер включать), подушки низкие, не самые удобные

- Adelina (9/5): Für einen kurzen Besuch in Kyoto passend. - Mein Aufenthalt im ibis Styles Kyoto Shijo hat mir gefallen. Der Check-in war schnell und einfach. Das einfache Doppelzimmer habe ich als Einzelperson genutzt. Das Zimmer welches ich bekommen habe, war im höchsten Stockwerk auf der belebten Hauptstraße. Alles was ein modernes Zimmer haben sollte, kann man hier finden. Sonstige Einweg- oder kleine Hygieneprodukte konnte man an der Rezeption bekommen. In meinem Flur gab es einen Getränkeautomaten, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gab im Zimmer einen Schalter, welche man benutzen kann um eine Zimmerreinigung anzufragen, was ziemlich praktisch ist. Ich habe nur einmal am Abreisetag Frühstück dazu bezahlt. Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig und lecker. Die Lage vom Hotel war nicht all zu weit weg vom Kern der Altstadt und anderen Attraktionen. Die Bahn und Bus sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr bemüht und aufmerksam! Sie haben mir auch geholfen mich in der Stadt zurecht zu finden und einige meiner persönlichen Highlights zu erreichen. Dafür bin ich Ihnen sehr dankbar! Ich bin einen Tag vor meiner Abreise krank geworden und musste meinen Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängern, welches ohne Probleme möglich war. Sie haben mir auch einen Accor Member Preis angeboten. Außerdem haben Sie mir einen Arzt empfohlen, welcher mich auch am Schluss sehr gut behandeln konnte. Falls ich wieder nach Kyoto zurück komme, möchte ich gerne wieder hier übernachten. Das einfache Doppelzimmer kann für zwei Personen etwas kein sein. Ich hatte nur einen großen Koffer bei mir und dieser hat gerade noch so neben dem Sofa gepasst. Auch wenn das Zimmer im höchsten Stockwerk war, konnte man den Straßengeräuschen nicht entkommen. Ich habe auch eine etwas ungünstige Zeit erwischt, da regelmäßig kleine Autos mit Lautsprechern vorbeigefahren sind. Ich nehme an es handelte sich dabei um Werbung der damals angehenden Landeswahlen.

- Charles (6/5): Great location but very expensive and the room was too small. - The location was great for us being close enough to the city centre and local attractions. It was very expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in Japan but we think that was true for all Kyoto. The photos of the room did not show how small it was with barely enough room to walk past the end of the bed and nowhere to unpack our luggage. We had to put our bags under the bag and live out of them for our three night stay.

- Freddy (3/5): For the price we paid, they ought to clean the rooms properly and provide better customer service. - Close to stations, restaurants, and stations. Room was not clean - hair in the bathtub, bathroom walls dirty wall, baseboards and shelfs dusty and or marks that I had to disinfect before placing my toiletries. And the space to walk in the room was terrible - we had to walk sideways to get to bed, refrigerator, move around the room. They only provided comforters and no sheets. Based on evidence of need for more cleanliness, it made me wonder if comforters covers were clean and changed. When i asked evening staff for a sheet to serve as barrier from comforter- he questioned me why I wanted them and why the number requested (2 rooms three persons). They need more training in customer service and definitely in cleaning.

- Monique (7/5): - Die Lage ist super und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis und einen grossen Kühlschrank. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein typisch kleines Zimmer ist, wo das öffnen der Koffern sogut wie nur auf dem Bett möglich ist. Die Bedienung der Klimaanlage war unklar, da es leider keine Anleitung dafür gab. Es hat leider auch nur auf dem 3,5 und dem 10 Stock eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

A bus stop was very close by and we were able to walk to a major shopping area. There were several convenience stores close by and several eateries. We purchased the breakfast option and were happy with the variety we had to choose from. The room was very small as was the double bed which was up against the wall. It was difficult for both of us to move around the space at the same time and getting in and out of bed sleeping up against the wall was difficult. As a senior citizen it was challenging.

- Cassandra (8/5): Nice clean stay - Clean, good location, easy to access the different areas of Kyoto. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice time staying here. They need more elevators as it can take some time to get one. Also for what it is, it’s a little pricey.
