• Ruchi (7/5): - The food and service was very good. The overall ambience and room vas very nice. The room was also of good size. There was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures on booking.com and no outdoor garden activities for walking and playing. The indoor games amenities were poor.

The shower was awesome 👌 There was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. The front office night staff were not very accommodating. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It took them 2 hours to eventually get us some coffee sachets. The rest of the staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful

All fixtures showing signs of ageing and not clean...especially bathrooms. This hotel charges extra for asking for additional soap or tea/coffee packets....the ones kept in the room is not even enough for 1 person. I don't think any hotel does this. For the price they charge, definitely it is not worth. You can get much affordable and clean budget hotels elsewhere in Mysore.

The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the ambience was pleasant and relaxing. What impressed me the most was the high quality of service at such an economical price. Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Poor client service - Although 2 rooms were booked and was stated as 2 units, the frontvdesk receptionist insisted two rooms were not booked and interpreted it as two beds. He was adamant and on escalating the matter with his supervisor the matter was resolved. The hotel reception does not pick up the phone as given phone in the Hotels.com website.
